Well that covers most of it. There's also Nation Roleplay, but that's for aspiring evil dictators. Or, you know, benevolent prime ministers and such. But mostly evil dictators.
Hey there, I saw your status in the sidebar. Welcome to the Guild! Hope you enjoy it here.
As for where to start, that tends to depend on your writing style, expectations and experience -- Free is for people with generally "loose" standards, while Casual is where most previously experienced Roleplayers begin. Advanced is usually for Roleplayers who pursue writing and wish to get better. Arena and Tabletop are specific areas, but I'm not well-versed in either of those. 1x1 is for intimate RPs, whether it'd be romance, adventure or fandom.
I'd suggest checking out interest checks to get ideas as to what you wish to Roleplay. Good luck and ask if you have any questions, I'd be more than glad to help!
