So.... I just read that whole exchange, and... I gots a couple things to say, just my neutral opinion, and no attacks will be forthcoming from me.
1) There were totally rules broken.
2) @Keyguyperson Dickish? While accurate, I woulda called this particular instance childish more than anything.

I agree with @Cale Tucker on this one. You need to follow the very simple, specifically set rules. If you don't want shields, then that's fine, but that doesn't mean you can get an extra of something else. Three types of armor, several types of guns, three types of shields. Pick one.
The first half of your response was mainly a personal rebuttal against Cale- you two may have beef, or may not, but it doesn't matter. It wasn't a personal attack, I realize that, but you're targeting him and you're pointing him out specifically. We have problems with your app, not with you.
This. Rules have been broken, and you have to follow the rules. Specifically not following the rules in order to make a statement isn't a cool, original idea. It's just kinda dickish. If you have a problem, you should have brought it up from the start instead of waiting until now to start a giant argument.

Well, in that case... the easiest would be to have a joint action taken against some enemy force, in which the USV gave you railguns. Either that, or you paid a hefty price (or paid a smaller price to an unsanctioned arms dealer).
@Keyguyperson For my Nation, could we have bought some of your railgun cannons? Giving you buttloads of monies?
We don't sell. But the Black Market does.
If you want my railguns, you'll have to get them IC. Probably from an arms dealer with damn good connections. The biggest weakness of the USV is being free market, anyone can get anything if you do enough searching and have a fat enough wallet. Of course, get caught by an undercover cop, and it looks really bad.
That being said, I'd totally love to buy some missiles from @Alfhedil as well. Maybe the USV would be a bit more flexible with the price.

We'll only do that if an attack is made by people vaguely related to them or if our President is having a sex scandal and wants something else on TV.
