I don't think starting over is an option, this is still Outcast's RP and he said he'll be back, we just want to keep it going until he returns. Starting over doesn't do that. We just need someone who can GM, then we send him our orders, and the ball can get rolling again.

As for the UR, Ab did say he was interested if there is an open slot, we can have him take over until Outcast confirms him.

Understandable concern, but most WiR GMs in the past, including the creator, Frymon, have played and GMd, there really is no issue. Dutch played as Russia back in 1900, and Pirate was Germany, and he GMd WWII, you can go ask Pirate right now whether there were any issues. Just because the GM is taking part, it does not affect the rolls or update. Plus, there can a be co-GM who takes care of things if the GM happens to be in a war and there's concern about neutrality.

In any case, Mag is a nomination, a suggestion, I'm putting him up for consideration, and when we have a few more nominations, we can all vote and pick our interim GM, and if necessary, a co-GM

I don't see how rolling a few dice and writing up an update has any relevance to whether someone is in a war or not. I nominate him because he has experience, if you have another suggestion, rather than picking at my attempts to keep this alive, why don't you contribute with your own nomination?

Haha, Outcast can tell us, but between autocratic Orthodox Russia which is increasingly hostile and the Pan-Islamist democratic Ottomans, I have a feeling that we all know for whom the Azers voted.

In any case, to ease your worry, while Persia and Shias positively hated the OE in this period, Russia they hated more and would have congratulated the OE on 'liberating' the Caucuses from them. If you disagree with my conclusion I would be interested in hearing your thoughts ;)

Hmm, I've got a few queries about the update Dutch.

1) I'm a bit confused as there are no stat changes beneath each paragraph. Were those not included in this one just as a one-off or is this a new style?
2) Also, 50K conscripts are now police officers in Afghanistan, that hasn't changed on the stats where it still says 70K, is that a mistake or were an extra 50K conscripted and made into officers? Because that isn't what I meant T-T
3) Just wondering, my income is negative, and is now even lower (is that due to new police officers and general soft infra reform?), yet my treasury seems to have suddenly gained about 5.000.000.

Am very confused :/
