Well, I guess this comes at a good time. I have been thinking about this for a while, and I've finally come to a conclusion. I have to drop WiR until after my exams (100 days until I'm done.)
If this game is continuing, I can send all my orders until then to you Dutch, if not then it makes things simpler.
When I do return, I'd be interested in joining a KiR 1800 as Afghanistan (mind you that would mean there is no unified Germany.)
But whatever it is, KiR 1836, KiR 1871 (Unification in this year, so seems the best if its about Germany), KiR 1890, KiR 1918, I'll be joining soon as am free.

The Austro-Hungarian Empire has proven itself to be a voice of reason in a world which has given way to insanity. While we would have been honoured that a great peace - one to end all wars - could have been signed in Kabul, peace, wherever it is signed, is the sole aim and purpose which all warring nations should now aim for. We urge all nations to take up the most generous offer of His Imperial Majesty Charles I, a gentleman who has shown himself to be a forward-looking man of peace.

We would like to extend our commiserations to Austria-Hungary for the great loss it has had to endure. It is a most saddening thing indeed that such a great man had to live his last years seeing his nation consumed by war. Amir Habibullah Khan is most honoured to have received an invitation to the funeral and whole-heartedly accepts. He shall be present at the funeral - to salute a man he has always respected and admired despite never having the privilege of meeting him.

Once more, we strongly urge all belligerent nations to accept the Austro-Hungarian offer of negotiations at Geneva. The Emirate's offer to mediate remains, and we so wish to see peace that we will send our delegate to Geneva in Switzerland should these peace talks go ahead.
