Gang RP: The Rise

We are a family here, only you chose to be a part of this family, and we can choose if we no longer want you here. The world is tough, and our job is to make sure you are ready for it. Welcome to Block 66. Here, there is more love in our little fingers than in most families tied by blood. You want to be part of this family, you have to prove yourself first. But I’m not going to tell you how to prove yourself, that is something you have to figure out. For those you lucky enough to be here, you have to earn your keep. You get a job and, depending on your pay, part of your salary goes to the welfare of the gang. If you do not have a job, you help with the deliveries, and I don’t mean delivering flowers. With enemies all around us and everyday being a survival and struggle, if you stick with the gang, you should be fine.

In this RP, you can choose to be a gang member, a police man, a corrupt police man, a person wanting to join the gang, a rogue gang member, or something else (Ex: being a member of a allied gang...that's if I approve it of course). You're free to do whatever as long as it doesn't throw a wrench into the planned storyline. There will be times where during the story, I'll need all hands on deck for a situation or just a few in a scenario. What will be happening here is that the group is on the rise to gain power and reputation. So we will face rival gangs, gain territory, hustling, creating networks..so on so forth. All of this will be under the motive to look out for the family and to make sure everyone can get by in the city.

This is like a prequel to the last RP. So...ones who were on the last one, you have the choice to use the same characters as before or create a new character. If you can make changes and adjustments for the characters you used before if you so choose to. This will go back a few years when the gang not too long got started and the original leader was still leading. So with that said....

RULES:
1) No speed posting. Please allow at least two posts to go between your last post and your next post.
2) This should go without saying, but no God-Moding. No instant hits or kills or ultimate dodging. Give the other poster's character that your character is attacking, a chance to act in return. Let's try to be fair and honorable in our IC combats. (There may be times where I may instant/automatically hit your character if it's part of an event of the story but I will not kill or seriously injure your character.)
3) Please be respectful of other players. If someone attacks your character, don’t just ignore the post because you “didn’t like it.” The respect should also carry into the OOC room.
4) Violence, profanity, and romance are allowed, BUT...don't go too far. If you want to go X rated, take that shit to the PM.
5)Please post your CS on the OOC first for approval before sending to the character's tab.
6) If there are any concerns about anything, please PM me or ask on the OOC

With all eyes on them wonder if these newcomers were really going to be the trouble that they really didn't want in this bar, ready to pounce just to show what these girls were up against, the spectators around the bar stayed silent, watching this little scene. The sleaze who was talking to them, went by the name Chet. Just some low-class, alley hopping jerk-off who have more than once robbed or raped innocent bystanders who too the wrong turn. Smirking at Rebecca's retort, it was as if he enjoyed a woman who would play hard to get. It's like a hunting game to catch the prized creature and break them down. Staring at the two, another individual entered into the bar, not that Chet noticed since he's preoccupied with getting a little tail.

The Bartender recognized the familiar face that came through but kept quiet. Even though the bartender let people do as they please in the pub, he knew the line of work Vlad was in. Not someone to fuck with but in his gut, something quite interesting was going to happen tonight and it definitely had something to do with the new ladies who are more than likely here to get info about someone or the activities here in the slum village.

Back at the scene with Chet and the two luscious foxes, the asshole continued on Nah nah chicken legs, I shiv. I shiv real hard. you two are nasty...I can billy. come on....let's slice and dice. hehe! trying to convince her to let him have some fun with her or otherwise, he'd just take it. When she walked pass him, he pulled out his switchblade and smirked ready to get the party started and like usual, if she was to fight and be a bit much for him, Chet expected the rest of the bar to help him to the ladies down. But...before he could start his attempted rape, Vlad came up behind him to stop him after clasping his shoulder and calling him an idiot, which then, from turning, Chet noticed who it was and backed off knowing this was now out of his hands and let Vlad go about his business while standing there looking stupid at all three who just entered in Tch....Chet gotta find new dices to roll. he said turning to leave.

Once Rebecca came up to the bar, The Bartender stayed silent when the beaut asked fro Vodka and tonic, pulling out at least a hald decent glass, placing ice cubes in and pouring the selected beverage as Vlad came up and ordered his usual bottole of rum, pulling the bottle out and placing it in front of the Hybrid regular. switching his eyes back and forth, The bartender simply stayed quiet for the time being while Vlad and Rebecca started a conversation. Pulling back, he joined back with the two prostitutes, listening in.

the bar was silent during the interaction waiting to see if any actions were to take place and if the bartender needed, he'd let the rest know to riddle the place with bullets like they've done before when someone they didn't want there made the wrong move. After the three stepped out. The bar went back to it's usual festivities now that the tension was now away from them.

With a sigh, Stone watched her and yes he knew full well what she went through but time and time again he's tried giving her help to overcome her demons. I mean, he didn't want another decorated agent getting killed because they've become swallowed by the inner demons and end up killed from a clouded mind. "Yes I know but I've offered counseling for you. You never went to the therapist that I've assigned you to. I'm trying to keep you from getting yourself killed." after she looked out the window and asked about Rebecca, Stone raised an eyebrow "Now...they weren't tailed. this is a secure place, no one would be able to just show up here or spy on us without us knowing." he said. Stone pressed on a button on his desk that caused his wall to slide open, revealing a wall of monitors which gave him visual or everything outside his office...well...mostly main areas including outside. He saw the black van pull up and gave a smirk "No worries about that, I was expecting the van to show up here. It holds inside something we've been working on for months. but...right now...that's not important. I have another assignment for you and I'm wondering if you'll be in the right condition to handle it. I also have someone else I have to contact today. @DiZL ReloadeD I'm actually waiting on him to call me back."

Deep in the club, sitting at a lone table in the corner, quietly sitting by himself, there was a young man who, wearing a hoodie, watched the scenery and peered over to the bar where the two young vampire girls were talking. He had a gun sitting in the pockets of his hoodie waiting for the right time and was looking through his phone to make sure his back up was going to show like they said. This young fella was of coarse the wolf that was found out by the bartender. He seemed to be quiet and not hostile but being that he was more than likely from the Banes, he still could not be trusted. His leg was jittery, seeming nervous that this could mean life or death for him if the wrong move is made.

abilities....other than the abilities that comes with being a vampire...not really but having the skill of charming someone...I don't mind. I could make an exception with everyone or some having an extra skill or ability along with what's already given as that certain creature as long as it's not over the top. Just let me know what you're wanting to add as an extra ability/skill that's exclusive to your character.

Hearing out Vlad's terms as far as staying, Aries was grateful that he even agreed to be part of his group. That was the most he could ask for so, he was going to run with it and try to make this work for the sake of his people. "Deal. and I know how you feel about authority. So...I'll let it slide as long as you're not disrespecting me in front of the others." Now that he managed to get Vlad on his side, this was the time that an investigation on the murder of his Uncle and Mother could get underway. Even though this was a potential permanent team up, there was still a possibility that Vlad could leave him anytime if things weren't looking positive. "I'm still glad to have you aboard but right now, I need to handle some business. You can feel free to get your rocks off here if you wanna."

Typical scene for a place where drunkards, the unfortunate, scum, dirty sluts, douchebags, shady drug dealers, gang-bangers, lowlifes, any and every disgusting figure the underworld could offer, they were welcomed with open arms in World's End Pub. The atmosphere was a bit hush hush, normally being the case when talking about anything that's illegal and under the table, not wanting loose ears listening unless you want trouble. Trouble though, tended to be the only thing that was welcomed in this place, especially when unwanted company was to show itself. There were a couple tables, occupied with 1-3 people obviously discussing something unlawful. There were two prostitutes standing at the bar, smoking, flirting to get the bartender to hook them up with free drinks. two thugs in the corner fighting over something petty with the sound of the biker club blues emanating from the jukebox out to the rest of the pub.

The smirks, talking, fighting, and the business minding came to a halt the moment the door swung open with two beautiful women walking in. Damn sure not the type you'd see in such a place like this shithole they were visiting. It was as if it that moment the jukebox screeched silent when these two out of place chicken legs were standing at the entrance and making their way in. All eyes were on them. The bartender and the prostitutes couldn't take their eyes off of them as well. Who were they and what did they want? If they were cops, they were not going to have much cooperation from the scum here. The innocent looking teen with the woman was looked upon as if she was a weak calf or sheep that they'd love to attempt pouncing on if the other woman was not with her but then again, they'd try her as too.

A man walked over wearing shade and a biker-like duds sporting slicked-back hair while he had a toothpick in his mouth. He greeted the ladies with a raspy but whisper-esque voice "Chicken legs, chicken legs...whatya billy bout? yall flash? or ya playin da sho-nuff?" he said using his own street lingo. He looked Rebecca up and down "Ya go hard...ya go reeeeaaaal hard...Chet sees ya okie doke, ya billy?" basically saying he likes what he was seeing and wanting to know if they were up for some fun and how much he could have both of them for. The bartender just watched to see what was to happen from this first confrontation.

Hearing out Cadence, the bartender watched the human male but didn't pay him any mind but from what Cadence said, he simply shook his head "Well either way just be careful out there. I'm guessing that pretty soon we will have a few run-ins with the other families. I know how are so...just don't get careless. if anything I'd say stick with Kaira for a while...she looks like she needs the company." speaking of Kaira, since she answered, he looked back at her. "Like I was just telling Cadence, just be careful. If laying low is best then go ahead and take that course and if needed, maybe you need to stick with Cadence for the time being just in case you two are confronted by the enemy. but ladies if you'd excuse me for one moment, I have another customer. Be right back. Oh and another thing...I think a member of the Banes have been snooping around in here as if I wouldn't notice. If he's not causing trouble...don't worry about it but...I just need you to keep an eye on him." he said, turning and walking away from them to take care of another person.
