"Well son, why didn't you talk to us about it before?" he asked while Avary was walking away. Joel gave a sigh. It was already crazy enough that his sweetheart has become pregnant but his son have issues and don't want to talk about it. Katherin was usually better at talking to the kids about things like these. Joel usually talked about general things when it came to his sons and daughters. Alex was possibly the only one who didn't have issues. His nieces...well they usually communicate with his girls more often.

Joel's cell phone rang, thinking it was another business call but it was his brother.

As Connor was continuing with his comforting to Ella, Joel looked at Avary when he looked at him and approached him "Is there something you want to talk to me about son? you had depression?" he asked him.

Still a bit upset about the pregnancy and the shock that came with it, Joel watched as Avary was trying to comfort and calm Ella. Did everyone else know about all of this? more than likely but this could be a reason for Joel to be home a bit more often and seeing the fear and distress his daughter was going through...she needed her parents and siblings more than ever. Joel needed a few moments to calm and soften himself up knowing yelling was not going to make Ella feel any better. That's when he saw Connor come over to comfort his sister as well.

Listening to the conversation, Joel was quiet until he heard Katherin say something that he thought he was hearing things wrong. But when Ella responded to what he mother said, it had to be true. "pregnant? wait....she's pregnant, Ella you're pregnant!?" he said shocked while looking at his oldest daughter, wife and his older son. "When the hell did this happen?" he asked shocked and a bit upset. "Ella...sweetheart...who got you pregnant? is it that boy....Tony?" he asked while putting Alex down.

Joel smiled at Alex for his son's positive attitude. When he heard the screaming, he went out to where Ella and Katherin was and followed Avary "What is going on?" Joel asked. he haven't really had time lately to check on the kids regularly because of a recent project. "Ella what's the matter, why are you behaving like this?" he asked concerned. walking up closer with Alex in his hand.

Looking over at Avary after Alex was passed to his arms, he greeted his other son "Hi son." he said while looking at the girls.

smiling, Joel went to check Selena but then saw Ella leaving and Katherin came over hugging him as he hugged back but was wondering what was going on "Alright, What's wrong with Ella?" he asked.
