Alex almost whimpered when her wine was taken away, though normally she would complain about that fact she really couldn't afford to raise a ruckus in a place like this due to her having that 'first free meal' thing that Reether mentioned many more times than just once. She had to point the bottle out "Is there really no way of obtaining cheap booze? Gah I couldn't get fruit juice and now this?" She rubbed the back of her head, she wasn't blaming the man, more the world itself for having fallen this far to be with without booze! "What about the dwarves? I hear they make the stuff out of muchrooms."

Seemed like her stay within this place would be ending sooner rather than later, still something interesting was going to happen, she could feel it... She just hoped regret of this choice would sneak up on her. As for the girl? She had heard whatever she had a few times over, though given her natural defenses she had never bothered with it. The creeping death huh? She had to wonder who came up with such a deadly sounding name for such cute looking side effects, and though coming up with a new name for it would have been rather exciting

"If he wanted you gone he would have thrown you out by now"

It was at this point that another addressed the group, she was getting confused by just how many people were being drawn together, and so many unique people at that! Though human this women carried around a fine blade with her, even within its sheath she could tell this much. "Ora~ It is getting a little crowded here it seems~ It is ok though, most people here are so small not much space is taken up" A small chuckle escaped her lips

Yuudi was almost instantly asleep as soon as she sat down in the taxi, a skill she had developed over many years of intense training, only a true master of the art could achieve something like this! It helped a lot with trips like this, though it seemed like she missed out on the whole teasing part as they came to their destination.

Stepping outside Yuudai peered up to the sky, her arm coming up to wipe some drool from her lip "It's a good day today" After having muttered that out she was about to protest about the whole her checking out the area with Cole but before she knew it she was already cut off by her sister taking a phone call! "Uh... Fine, let's go Cole, I'll look after you while my sister is busy" She teased a little, acting like he was their pet that she was just taking him for a walk.

She would ignore any attempts at comebacks that he had, knowing that her silence was likely just as effective as anything she could have come back with... Didn't mean that it didn't piss her off a little though. A few moments later a mist rolled into the area, a slight chill ran down the oni's spine as the girl crossed their path "Well, that took shorter than I expected..." Taking a moment to check over the girl she addressed her "Excuse me miss?~" Time to see if she was cute enough to flirt with!

Orior is correct, tho I planned on asking her why she could not sense her. Lycan's seemingly tend to know when one another is around, even if they do not know their race. Alex just covered her ears because Aurora looked panicked. ^^;

Alex smiled gleefully as the fox moved up to rub against her fingers, the softness of the little ones fur was amazing and even caused her to ignore the dwarfs little stab at her attitude and age, for a moment that is. "Just because I retain my beauty doesn't mean you should be jealous, just because all dwarfs look middle aged before they even reach adulthood." She didn't mention anything about her attitude, mainly because he could have been right on that fact. Still she just went back to enjoying the company of the fox for the time being, making sure to stroke its ears as she enjoyed her wine.

A short while later and Alex sensed a familiar presence, another of animal blood who she had noticed within the streets so she always suspected he was not dangerous, not like some of their more feral brethren. However it seemed Aurora did not share such feelings as panic set in! Extending her leg Alex caught the chair before it hit the ground, and that was all she intended until she peered up and heard a whispered 'no' come from the fox eared elves lips. Within but a moment Alex let go of the bottle of wine, having it reston her knee, and swiftly moved Aurora's hood back over her head, making sure to keep her hand there and pet the girl to try and calm her down.

She had likely moved fast enough that anyone not paying attention missed it, but those at the counter with them were sure to notice. "Shh, sit down young one." For a moment Alex sounded warm and rather noble in her speech as she tried to quit down the girl, her leg pulling the stool back up and her other free hand coming away from the fox to pick up and set the bottle of wine on the counter. "Hes not going to harm you, he is only a puppy." She chuckled, back to her rough way of speaking, though it was clear she was avoiding the subject of her ears until she had calmed down. That did not stop her from turning to Rex with a blank expression "Look at that, you scared the poor girl."
