Current I am Klomster, i have no status.

Bio

Known primarily as Klomster, both on the net and on real life.

I really enjoy roleplaying and do so every weak, preferably twice in two different campaigns. Sometimes even more.

From time to time i've done some forum roleplaying with mixed success. I've tried GM-ing with even more mixed success and all in all, i find forum rp's enjoyable. Hence why i joined, hoping to play some forum rp's and OWN at it. (Or something.)

I have an erratic thought pattern so my posts can appear as incoherent, if you notice you can just mention it if i should clarify anything.
Other than that, hey there fellas.

I just realized that the Tak'a'dis are a great source of possible sub factions. Being master gene-crafters and manipulators.

If someone wants a race, they could be a personal experimentation, escaped test subject or a previous slave race that wasn't up to snuff.
Or one could create a species which shared Joord but were forced to leave hundreds of years ago.

The Tak'a'dis having had space travel for a very long time, while also focusing on small nimble fast craft makes daring escapes very plausible.
Holy shit, post rate is really up nowadays!

Since the guild site at times seem to omit that new IC posts have been posted, i just now read the last two posts.

I can't say i've ever before felt as tense and hoping that a group of mushrooms manage to board a ship, but here we are.
Nice job on the writing. @Oraculum

I suppose me and @Sigma should do a big party post with the Schäferkin delegation and all the things that go on there.

After that, i'm gonna mix up the politics a bit :P
@Jbcool One of the marines being the most chaotic?

*Looks at my actual Tzeentch chosen chaos sorcerer*

Ok :P
Guess i just ain't chaotic enough. :D

Perhaps i should change that....
So, sing praise to the god emperor of mankind, he who sits upon the golden throne of Terra? :P

Hehe, what do you think about the idea that the Tak'a'dis are the classic "Grey" aliens who have studied humans? :P
Unless humanity was formed less than 300 years ago, then the timeline doesn't add up.
@TheDuncanMorgan Ah, sorry if it felt like i was too inquisitive or demanding.

And i honestly completely missed Seikatsu. It seems like i zoned in on the Avem. I was just confused when i didn't recognize them.
Having a map would help with this. And i see that you've worked to get a map for us (which is nice).

Dunno if i could make a map.
Mostly since i don't know the layout of the continents. Also, it would be easier with pen, but i could do it on computer i guess.

Now the thing is i don't know if i should accept/suggest myself for this important task.
I am notoriously bad at getting shit done.
@Fallenreaper Yeah i know.

And things like where my character worked would be fun to see :)

For example, where was the battle of Hymns? Sure, i haven't specified much, it's literally.
"The steel fist engages in a land battle against a distant enemy of the elves."

Who? Where?
I dunno, at this stage not even the elves know. Well they probably know, but not me.
Am i supposed to add that myself?
I see, hm.

It seems i should do more research.
Then again i don't see why my character would know that. So i dunno.

When did the two last places appear?
I've only heard of the Avem in the OOC.

5 months ago? Dang....
Time flies it seems.

Well, i didn't know that Seikatsu was actually part of the setting. But then again it's never been mentioned before so it's not like i feel like i'm all horrible because of it.

Well, then i blame the Guild subscriptions feed. It's not like it shows new posts in the non-roleplay topics.
At least not for me. Or i'm crap at reading it.

Regardless, my bad.

Is there a chance to get a world map?
@The Wyrm I'm mostly wondering how Japanese showed up in all of this.
How they tie in with Formaroth, if the elven imperium have tried to invade them, perhaps they succeeded? Is the place a slave state to the elves? If not, how did they fight back the imperium?

And why samurai? Sure, i get that if the land is scarce in iron, real life japan proves that armour is instead made with plant materials and cloth and wood. But if Seikatsu is an entire continent, i wonder why this is a problem.
The reason japan has such a warrior culture is because of limited space, many clans vying for might and a spiritual culture.
How a continent would have limited space scares me, holy shit the numbers of people. And also, if it's a smaller place, why haven't the elves taken it over?
Since it doesn't seem to be part of Formaroth. So it wouldn't be part of the year 107 events. I guess?

When i think about it i myself is a bit sceptical on this.
I want to hear from @TheDuncanMorgan on this. I'm not gonna rave and rant or anything.
Think of me as sitting and saying.
-"Hmmmmmmm." While holding my chin.
Naah, he's probably not undead.

Unless you want to, i can probably fix that up for ya :D
Although, that's more papa Nurgles domain, i'm more of the path of Tzeentzh, so a ghost perhaps?
A magic ghost....
