Can we app a genetically altered human with a kilometers long sword that can cleave said representations in one hit as a substitute Servant? Meanwhile Saber will take Hyuuga to Hawaii, 'cause this whole HGW thing is seriously overrated.

Indeed, that's very much the case. Since the Grail is the Devil, it saw that Seyrun was so no good that she was almost like him, of course Angra-kun doesn't want competition, so it let Seyrun go. Such a shame she has other plans in mind...

EDIT: Keep the arguments flowing folks, I can always expand her ego a couple extra notches. You don't imagine how much I like flaunting my characters.

You'd be surprised how much that is even an understatement. Seyrun may not shine as much as I'd like her to, but still she'll have her chance of being the diva she was born to be, none of the other Masters hold a candle to her in terms of skill, after all, even though she's partially crippled.
