Elis was just trying to make an impression by showing who he believed to be the leader his skills. I won't be this controlling when things are serious but it was simply meant as a joke and didn't think it would cause a problem.
Elis has determined the leader based off size and relative respect, he must now show the large one that tiny is even more dangerous.
As the song played on, Elis made his way over to Hugh. Once the music stopped, Elis overheard his name and stifled a laugh, "Hugh, more like Huge. Sorry, I had to but you've probably heard that a thousand times. I'm Elis... and this is your coinpurse," Elis states as he holds up the man's money bag.
@The Wanderer Don't worry, you explained that you were traveling so you won't be killed off, but you still needed to be informed of what was said.
