In my mind I have many dads. Some that were not even married to my mom but good friends because I knew that they would be there for me. That I could talk to them or have their support. They make you stronger and help you keep your head held high.

Darklight Chronicles

Name: Jace V. Gallach

Aura Color: Red
Abilities:
-A large sonic quake causing all those surrounding to fly back through the air. Will also crack the ground, break glass, and rupture weak structures such as wood or brick buildings
-Huge energy ball that explodes into a shock wave causing the same effect as the last ability and can be aimed further away but has a shorter radius from the blast zone. Is thrown like a grenade.
Armor: Thin, multi-plated, carbon-fiber armor and no helmet. Looks similar to medieval plate armor.
Appearance: Thick-shouldered, 5' 11", Scottish male with a wavy mess of black hair. He typically is only seen with his armor on but when without Jace can be found wearing a black sleeveless t-shirt and a pair of jeans.
Summoned weapons: Primary- A 4 and a half foot Greatsword with Gaelic writing running down the blade that reads "Sapienter Si Sincere"
Secondary- A .905 Caliber Assualt Rifle, clip holds 4 bullets due to their size.
Backstory: Coming from an abusive family, Jace couldn't help but let out his frustrations at school. He quickly became known as the school bully and even teachers were afraid of him at times. The fact that no one cared to even try and see if he was okay only caused him to become angrier and more violent. No one seemed to care about him at all. One day, his father had gotten horribly drunk and started insulting him, saying that he was useless and would never amount to anything before picking up a knife and threatening his life. In defense, his powers activated and he brutally murdered his father. After being contained, he was bailed out of trouble due to his age and the fact that the Head Master of Northern Lights (I believed it's called) wanted him for his school. "Now I am on the path to seek the truth of who I am."

Quill

Yeah... That was something... wasn't it. Quill watched as the man ran off before diverting his attention back to Penny. Hmmm, she may like the Murder Mystery Ball, but that's a while away. I could take her to the roller-skating rink, and if she doesn't know how to skate then I could teach her.. Quill was completely lost in his thoughts when the drinks arrived. He sipped his drink while thinking of the options. "Well, any bookstore or library will have mystery novels but as for dancing, we could always go to the roller-skating rink. They're having a dance-off going on in a little bit. You do know how to skate, right?"

Marshall and Elysia

Marshall had headed off to class and got there right before the first bell rang, thankful to be inside before the rain started. As he sat down he noticed something was off. "Wait a minute, you aren't our teacher. Who the heck are you?"

"I'm Elysia, your new student teacher. They put me in charge of this class for the next two weeks. Hope that won't be a problem.

Elysia walked over to her chemical mix and held a test tube over a beaker of chemicals. "So today, I'll be teaching you about chemical reactions and how to control them. In fact, that will be our main focus for these two weeks. If I did this right then.... Elysia poured the contents of the test tube into the beaker and watched as it bubbled before a green smoke rose out of the top and formed the shape of a weird green tentacle creature and then faded away, That should happen. So I'll be teaching all of you how to do this and even how to change it to make whatever you desire."

As impressive as that was, this is going to be a looooonngg two weeks.

Eswin

Eswin pulled his notebook back towards him and began to write, My name's Eswin. It's a pleasure to meet you Nova. I saw you at the school earlier, aren't you going to be late for class?" Eswin started to hand out his notebook again before he ended up dropping it. The book landed on the ground with a picture of Nova surrounded by hundreds of blue butterflies. He quickly picked it up and flipped the pages around back to the correct page before handing it to her, a huge blush on his face.

@Akayaofthemoon I don't mind more people but it will be hard to find people that are okay with just playing a human with no powers. But I still think it would be a good idea to get more people in.
