Had a fun birthday. Had some alligator tail for dinner, overall was pretty good for a place I hadn't been to before. Will start getting back into the groove of things soon.

Hi. If you've wound up here, you're probably wondering who I am.

You can call me Kuro, although some of you might better recognize me by one of the several other names that I have used in the past throughout the 11-ish years that I have spent on this forum. I'm a middle-twenties retail manager that is still trying to relive the glory days of their roleplay career while balancing a full-time job with an unsatiable need for overtime.

I tend to be open to most ideas when it comes to roleplay itself, be it whatever genre, group size, system, etc. That being said, I often gravitate to anything that falls in the following categories: anime, fantasy, slice of life, superhero or survival horror. If you believe that you have an idea that I might be interested in, feel free to shoot me a link; I'll get back to you as soon as I possibly can. Sometimes I forget to check my messages, so don't feel bad about pestering me again if I missed it.

I also have a discord server laying around. If we're cool, then I might be willing to a toss an invite your way.

Nancy punted the thug with one more final kick.

"It's more than Veridian ever did for him." Nancy explained as the teenager expressed her condolences. She took a deep breath, allowing her a brief respite to calm down. "They slaughtered him in their facility and did nothing about it. He—we were swept under the rug. Their secrets were worth more than a life."

Nancy sighed, and turned her attention back to the teenager, who proceeded to introduce themselves.

"Nancy. Nancy Rodriguez." Nancy replied. She didn't like to give out her name, but it didn't matter much at the time. The Delgato thugs were all knocked out, and Madalyne had seemed at least trustworthy. "Yes, that Rodriguez. Councilwoman Rodriguez is my mother. Not that it matters, though. As far as she is aware, I died along with my father. Perhaps it's better that way. I don't want to see me like this. Like... some kind of machine. More cogs than her own daughter."

She began to walk back to Zero-Zero. A somber expression had since graced her face.

"But that's enough chit-chat for one day." Nancy spoke, activating Zero-Zero. Climbing back inside the exoskeleton, she picked up one of the Delgato thugs in her grip. "Rise and shine, sleepy head! Time to tell us everything you know, and maybe I'll let you live. And it better not be the same thing your buddy told me earlier!"

In Is there an easy way to resize images using BBCode? → 7 mos ago Forum: Suggestions/Problems
Trying to size images for a post. However, I can't seem to resize images even using BBCode hacks that I've seen utilized here on the forum. I'm stuck between either meticulously resizing and cleaning up images in an editor or leaving it a blurry, all-too-large mess in the post. Is there something I'm missing?


Your only options are to manually resize it or trying to break the system with [color=#2e2c2c][/color] with tables. That color code is the color of the reply background, so by making junk lines (use whatever key it doesn't matter) you could possibly force the image to resize. It is a very code dependent hack, though. Tables and the guild's BBCode are extremely finnicky, so I'd personally just try manually or by using a program/site to resize the image first.
