Yo, everyone is a walking armory. Also even if Gren did blow up his fusion core wouldn't be able to destroy all of Beacon. It's suppose to power him, not be a nuclear warhead. He'll need a specific upgrade to do that. Gren's not like some sort of action-movie car that blows up if you hit the gas tank. The worse thing that would happen right now if you damage his fusion core (Which is at the center of his body) is that he'll leak and cause a small radiation leak. As in, within the immediate area around him, not the entire school. And if you've managed to damage or otherwise literally gotten under his skin him so much that you can do direct harm to his fusion core, he has much bigger problems.

My knowledge of fusion reactors is admittedly limited but I do know that they're the worst kind of reactor to have a containment breach. The tritium isotopes that are used have a halflife of 12 years. This is exactly what you don't want, it is long enough that it can fuck everything up and short enough that there is a good deal of radiation. That tritium will bond with oxygen to make water molecules. Radioactive water molecules. These will make their way into the water table and are impossible to remove because they look just like any other water molecule... except sometimes it'll spit out a high energy electron. If this water is in your body, then that radioactive decay will shoot a high energy electron through you, destroying organic molecules and scrambling your DNA. At the least, this can increase your risk of cancer a marginal amount. At its worst, it could kill you. While fusion meltdowns might not be explosive like fission they are very very dangerous.

That's of course using earth science but still.
No more than they know Blake used to run with the White Fang, or that Jaune got in with forged papers. Pretty sure I wrote in our Team Doc that Gren had his papers and accounts forged as well, using a division of the White Fang specifically meant for creating fake documents and papers for their operations. Gren just happens to know someone from a smaller faction within that division who's faction purpose is to smuggle members out of the White Fang, with mixed results.

Hiding your past or using forged documents is one thing. Hiding the fact that you're walking around with a fusion reactor and weapons systems built into your body is quite another. I mean I can understand keeping the fact that Gren used to be White Fang hidden or using false papers to legitimize his past so no one would go looking but Beacon would be a high profile target for terrorist attacks. You're telling me they have absolutely no means of detecting weapons that students didn't claim or bombs or anything? He's a fucking walking arsenal and no one has any idea? Imagine he was still White Fang he could just detonate himself and the White Fang could claim Beacon's destruction as a huge victory.

Wasn't the deadline, like, sixteen hours ago man?

I was under the impression the deadline was midnight on the 17. That leaves me another four hours give or take.
Gren is a Cyborg. A big different. I can't say I know how the technology is done, but in my head cannon Gren uses his aura to power his body's basic function, like moving. He has a backup when his aura is down to zero, but that's only so he can escape/recover. Gren's fusion core powers everything else, like his Scroll, inner computer, rocket boosters, and programming his rockets functions.

He's got a fusion core?! Does Beacon know about any of this?
As for an EMP, it shouldn't be "That" big of a problem since Gren still runs off enough bioenergy that an EMP won't shut down his body. Though he would lose access to most of his fancier gadgets and abilities, such as his helmet or thrusters, and the God Eater's rockets would default to impact based instead of timed or proximity. He'd also have issues starting up The God Eater's chainsaw since that's electrical instead of gasoline. He can still produce an aura on his own since he's a Cyborg, not an Android. Now if she uses an EMP while Gren is say, using his thrusters to avoid a death trap, then yeah that might be a problem. Though frankly I figured some people might have already been tipped off that Gren is packing some heavy duty tech if he's capable of putting powerful rocket boosters on his armor without a notable power source.

He's an android who's mechanical components don't run on electricity?

She threatened Ebon with the knife, he walked into the blade. Plus part of that had to do with his telepathy. She was in a rather bad place emotionally since Gren brought up her family and though she couldn't identify it as his mind powers Ebon's probing hit a nerve in her brain that said: "Enemy". Drawing a weapon on someone isn't out of character for her but she doesn't kill people unprovoked.

However in some situation I'd be up for her setting off an EMP bomb in some situation that very nearly kills him because she's the only one that he didn't tell about his cybernetics.
@shadowkiller912 I am furiously writing out my entry. Don't start judging yet.
