@Phi Chisym That was more than a week ago. If they're still swamped with real life stuff that is totally fine but an update to that effect so as not to leave everyone hanging would be appropriate.

It is not.

That's disappointing. Ping me if that ever changes.

You should probably amend your "Join Status" indicator.
Is this still accepting new members?
@Raijinslayer Is this still going forward?
@Misery Is this still going forward?
What power level are we looking at? Are we doing like a Superman Vs Zod, gods among men type powersets. Or are we more Batman Vs Mr Freeze where their powers are destructive but they aren't bringing a building down in a single punch.

I have an idea for a ghost themed heroine with phase shifting powers, I'm wondering if that would be underwhelming.
@Lady Seraphina Leaning more toward Watchman, but enjoyable for the player piloting their OC in a plot with increasingly higher stakes. I would like the Us vs. Them preface to be the undercurrent while each player is petitioned by the supporting cast to do something right or wrong. And that causes the players to cross paths repeatedly through the plot while their goals are in direct conflict. It would make for some good fight scenes, right?

Further question, on a scale between Watchman and the DC Animated Universe (Batman Animated, Superman Animated Justice League and Justice League Unlimited etc) where are we in terms of tone?

Does that mean the game is designed to facilitate a fair amount of PvP?
I gotta ask why ladies only... Other than that, can we only play female characters? I tend to prefer playing male characters, but I could play a girl.

Comfort I would imagine. Same reason a lot of D&D games are female only. Those involved want to feel safe and have too many experiences with male roleplayers being extremely creepy and/or otherwise not fun to work with.
I am interested.

I do have a logistical question. What are the limits and categories for the differences between magic, dust, and semblances? The anime takes kind of a "whatever looks cool in the moment" approach and while that works for them, in a collaborative roleplay it tends to result in a bunch of players who have a bunch of different ideas of what those things can do and the end result is one person with a fairly tame semblance and another who exudes nuclear radiation and could blow up like a bomb killing everyone in the RP if they wanted to. I feel like it is best to iron that sort of thing out early on so that everyone is on the same page and we don't run into any problems later.

Like if we want to be able to go super saiyan with our semblances that is totally cool, just as long as that is established to everyone at the beginning so everyone is working with the same benchmark of abilities.
