The Supra Dobranie is abuzz with the delight of yet another expenditure that the government will have to deal with once it came into full effect, that expenditure is the Petrol Development Grant. The Grant specifies that domestic producers of the substance will receive up to $500,000 monthly in grants in order to expand these productions which will remain in effect for the producers so long as within the next three years, they show an increase in the production of Petrol. While many were skeptical of the expenditure, the argument of petrol becoming a foreseeable important resource allowed many to vote yes to the great purely to see eventual profits in the future. While it may seem like a risk, it is a long term benefit that would allow Itherae to become rich off of petrol exports in the future. When that would happen was the next question.
Through the grant, it was predicted that, many of these producers would begin to be far more competitive on the international market as well which would further grant Itherae an irrefutable hold on the world. However, there was the risk that many too many companies would actually begin to start up in order to gain this money and not produce enough to meet demand and get run out of business. If that were to happen, talks of amending the grant had come up and the problem would be dealt with should it surface.
Read newspapers all across the nation. When word of Julia’s demands had reached Itherae, there was even more panic as all sides were beset by mobilizing nations. War was coming and tensions were growing and growing as the people did not know what to do and international stability was in jeopardy. While Itherae was clear on its stance of neutrality in most foreign affairs, the Julian-Vigentinon affair was far too close to the nation and its ally of Cydernia for comfort. Thus, the government needed to come up with some form of peaceful resolution so that the region wasn’t pulled into a massive war where pointless lives would be lost for little gain.
Itherae had announced an offer to mediate a meeting between the City-State of Julia and the Empire of Vigentino to resolve the issue in a more peaceful manner as war would no doubt bring suffering and likely force the rest of the region to spiral into chaos, despite varying feelings among all politicians who wanted Itherae to stay out of foreign affairs. While the Great Powers would be dealing with the foolish rebels in Serrenthia, Itherae would be doing things that would actually be relevant to all of Eurania rather than some meager colonial holding.
War was to be avoided at all cost and the world stood on edge, history would be watching and it would remember Itherae as being resolvers of peace. The Queen demanded it.

Everything had been so peaceful for a split few moments until, unfortunately, some hag had to come to her table and begin what seemed like small talk with Uchaka. The murderer had given the woman a blank stare as she spoke, not really registering the words of the fellow patron until a few moments afterward where, in response, Uchaka merely narrowed her eyes. Yet, the cloaked girl merely looked down and silently continued eating until, yet, another schmuck decided to begin stomping towards her. Except this time, the player was less curious and more angry, with grit teeth and a harsh condescending attitude about him.
Yet again, Uchaka barely registered the man's word, not bothering to speak and instead being more complacent to eat and refill her hunger rather than talk to two people who were judging her either way. After a few moments, Uchaka let out a sigh before speaking in her own harsh tone, looking up at the man who dared question her with her skull mask hiding her face while her eyes seemed to burn into him with an eerie resolve, "I suppose the question is why I would kill? The answer is simple, hunger and the human desire of greed. That is all you need to know and that is all you will ever know." Her head turned back to her food, before her scalding eyes looked up to the first woman.
"Now, I would appreciate if I could eat in peace. After I am done, I will go back into the wilderness and grind for things to sell and if anyone is to be dumb enough to come after me then I will kill them too."
Her words were reflected in a tone of a light bit of eerie sadism as a warning seemed to be more of an effort to egg someone on to try and attack her. However, she shook her head and merely continued eating.
While not the deal that Acrisius had been sent to achieve, it would probably be best that he not try and push the boundaries of the northern kingdom. However, Acrisius would go on to negotiate more for a bit of a better deal for Itherae as a decrease from 20,000 tons to 14,000 was rather steep for the agricultural surplus that the High Kingdom had originally wanted to trade for, thus he produced a counter to the offer that Johann von Kesse had put onto the table. While the amount of coal did not increase, the amount of agricultural supply would decrease by almost seventy-five thousand tons. Furthermore, Article III has been left unchanged as it would benefit both parties since it acted as a way to keep both bonded to the deal.
Article I. The Kingdom of Yorgnir will export to Itherae a sum of 14,000 tons of coal a month for a sum of five years.
Article II. The High Kingdom of Itherae will export to Yorgnir a sum of 425,000 tons of agriculture a month for a sum of five years.
Article III. If at either time one party cannot or chooses not to fulfill it's trade agreement, an outstanding debt paid for the average international price will incur at an average interest rate of 3.8% for the lifetime of the trade agreement.

It was nighttime when a girl with a grey cloak and staff walked into the inn, nobody could see her face for she bored a skull mask that his most of her true self beneath. That would not be much of a concern had the name above her shown an alarming sight, a red tag, which showed to everyone that this person was a murderer. She could already feel eyes burning into her, such was the way of life for Uchaka now, but she was used to it. Her eyes scanned the room before she silently walked forward to the bar so that she may acquire the one thing that she had come here for.
”Dried Fruit and Smoked Meat,” Uchaka stated simply and forwardly to the NPC bartender, only a slight bit of aggression in her tone. When the NPC simply stared at her for a moment she grew annoyed and commanded, ”Now.”
That seemed to work as the NPC got out the two pieces of food that Uchaka had demanded, in kind she placed and equivalent of 40 Renn in front of the NPC before she turned and walked to a corner table that no one was occupying so that she could eat in relative peace. Now hopefully none of the other patrons would pay her any mind so that she could actually eat. Most of the time the red name would keep others at a distance but one could never be to certain as even NPCs could react rather strangely around murderers of her kind.
Not much can really be said about the user known as Uchaka’s backstory as for most of her life she has been a shut it who has always felt outcast by society given her family essentially disowning her when she refused to join the family business and forge her own path in Germany. While it was working for her, she was alone in a new region of the world where most people saw her as an immigrant who had little to offer in their society, which was partly true as she could never say that she flourished in Germany as she had hoped.
Eventually, after a few attempts to make it big, she was forced to return to her home in Japan where she would join her family’s business being an accountant. Not only did most of her family still not like her, but she hated the job of accounting that she had been stuck in. That was when she started to get into VR games, primarily to let off steam and have fun.
In Telrae, she actually found herself becoming a mage and in the few hours that she had played was instantly hooked. Then, everyone had become trapped. Uchaka was frantic to do what she could but being a weak mage at the time all she could do was party up and go after bosses in a desperate attempt to reach the 100th floor which she was nowhere near. Having spent all her money on spells and her party eventually being wiped with her being among one of the only survivors was nearly forced into starvation. Uchaka pleaded with passerby’s on the road for food but many of them hoarded it to themselves. That was when she ambushed two other players and killed them, taking their loot and their food.
Now she was rejected by a fictional society as well, with a red name tag show that she was a murderer. To fit that person she crafted herself a skull mask and keeps it over her face so that none may know what she’d look like in the real world.
