Rocking Out

Egwene killed the injured bandit.
Damien handled the the other two bandits.

The Amazon giggled and held her hand to her mouth; she wanted to hide her smile away. "My turn? Well, come at me, ya little sh-" Before she could speak another word, she had met Damien's strength fully. She tasted his punch and it was not to her liking. Anger was beginning to consume her, but she could not pull off a counterattack quickly. She was not expecting such tenacity from the half-demon.

Olivia held up both of her arms to prepare herself. Her arms absorbed the barrage of strikes by Damien. She was surprised his punches were beginning to sting. The Amazon guessed this must originate from his weird limbs; they did not seem to be normal punches. No human she had came across could do this much damage to her body.

Using anger, she broke away from the punches by throwing her arms out and taking a step back. With a swift kick, Olivia pressed her heel against Damien's chest to give herself some room. She noticed given her Amazon anatomy, her arms and legs did give her more of a reach and an advantage.

Wiping the blood from her lip, she gave out a giggle. "Huh, you're not what I expected. But you're still going to die," she sternly commented. Olivia then rushed towards her opponent and prepared to deliver another kick.

Castle sighed. He could not believe most of his men were wiped out by amateurs; none of the three targets he had any information regarding their identify or strength. They must have just crawled out of the wood-works. The leader of the bandit party knew one thing for sure.

He did not want to be defeated by such low-ranks. It would look bad on him. Castle noticed the fox-fire girl was planning something. He could see she had her attention directed towards his corpulent pal. The leader patted his magician on the shoulder and confidently said, "I got this one."

Castle endured most of the attack. Nothing could be seen except the rise of smoke and soot. As the black smoke faded, Castle had taken Egwene's fire and was not harmed. Looking at the body of Castle, it was clear as to why. "Let's get this finished, darling." Castle cracked his knuckles and began steadily walking towards the fox girl.

He had somehow managed to replace his entire body of flesh. Castle had an exterior of rock surrounding his soft skin; this was the power he needed to take Egwene's flames. "Who's going to save you from me, little fox?" Castle held his chest up high. Fire wasn't going to do much to a man of rock. He charged toward the fox girl with a punch ready to go.



The corpulent magician felt a hand on his shoulder. He was reassured his boss would handle the nuisance of the fire aimed at him. Leonis had the metallic man to deal with. The arrows seemed to have little to no effect on him; this meant he would have to pull out the heavy stuff to ensure victory.

Leonis searched through his spell book for a defensive spell. He found the metal man was not going to back down and was on the verge of attacking. Frantically looking, he managaed to find a suitable spell. With some spoken words, Leonis was able to summon a transparent sword capable of levitating and defending his body from harm. The sword deflected most of the thrown knives aiming for him.

The sorcerer had no doubt he was going to win this battle. He just needed to find the kinks in the man's armor. Leonis was distracted by his thoughts and had not noticed his sword had gone out. It had broke to the multiple strikes to its blades. The remainder of the knives had struck him. Leonis had some shrapnel of metal impale his left arm

"Son of a-" He cut himself shortly. Crouching to the floor, he grabbed a few pebbles off the ground. He ignored the pain of the daggers in his arm. He ignored the blood dripping down next to his feet. Leonis kept his focus on defeating the metallic man. Juggling the pebbles, he chucked the pebbles at Hephaestus. More magic words were spoken and the pebbles had increased in size! They were similar to the boulders before which explains what must have happened in the first attack.

Errand Run

The goblin could not scream. He was not expecting anything. All he knew was a dog had a grip on his hand. The green creature felt a sharp pain on the back of his head. The pain overwhelmed his entire body and began feeling a slight numb sensation. The goblin lost part of his footing and his vision was coming to a blur. Going forward, his body landed on the floor with a thud. The goblin was knocked out cold!

One Piece: New Age

August could not believe this was happening. He could not fathom the words to describe his situation. Bullets were darting across the area to injure him; people equipped with swords wanted to slice him up. Most importantly, a jaguar was chasing after him! This was too much even for him. He began to regret volunteering as bait.

August looked back and could see the jaguar was gaining on him. He was thankful the animal did not happened to be a cheetah. The speedster was not sure if he could outrun an animal that fast right now. August could see the jaguar dig its paws into the dirt with every step. If August did not pick up speed, he might be pounced on.

The speedster changed directions quickly. He skidded on the floor with his legs to make a swift turn. This would hopefully bring some distance toward himself and the cat creature. Skidding on the floor, the jaguar managed to scratch his back leaving a couple of claws as it attempted a pounce.

August mustered a yelp before he jumped off his legs into another sprint. He hoped the others weren't busy messing around. Stamina was beginning to deplete and he needed to start doing something else than mindless running.

Battle Breaks Out

Egwene killed a bandit.
Hephaestus killed three bandits.
Damien knocked down two to the floor.
One bandit laid conscious, but injured it front of Egwene.
Bandits remaining on the field: 5

The bandit tried picking himself up in front of the fox girl. He pressed his palms against the ground, but could not manage to get up. He tilted his head and spotted Egwene. Gritting his teeth, he began making his threats. "Hey, bitch. How about you give me a hand here and I'll tell Castle not to grind you into itty bits!"

The two bandits Damien had knocked down managed to still stand. They groaned slightly and were still readied to fight. They eyed the boy with the strange limbs headed toward Castle. They both prepared their battle stances and chased after Damien.

The other two remaining bandits had been observing the battles going on. They were not going to attack the guy covered in metal. Their swords seemed ineffective and the guy was a total monster. The demon boy looked like he was going to be handled sooner or later due to his challenge towards Castle. The only person that seemed likely to attack was the fox girl. The two men discussed it together in whispers and began charging towards Egwene.

One of the bandits stopped in mid-track. His eyes opened wide and his breath was cut short. It was then his entire upper body had slid off his legs. The bandit had met a bitter, bloody end. The other bandit was oblivious to what had happened. Which one of the three new mercenaries had done this? The remaining bandit looked around at the three culprits.

"What is going on?" The bandit confusedly shouted. Just then his breath had been cut short as well. The same predicament had met him as well. His torso fell right next to the previous one. Blood had spilled onto the ground and the only sound that could be heard was faint breathing.

"I can't let you guys do all the work," the scarecrow muttered. He continued to cackle as straw poured out of his left limb. Within his right hand was a sharp and impressive scythe. His eyes met the metallic man's eyes. He pointed to the three bandits on top of the hill. "These bandits are small fry, but those are the ones that we need to worry about."

"This is not what I had expected. Who are these assholes?" The one named Castle was furious. He had not expected a farmer to be able to recruit admirable warriors. Many thoughts poured into his mind- they were mostly negative. "These guys are really pissing me off!" Castle took his time observing the likely heroes in this scenario. "So far as I know, there's that fox girl, the man in metal, straw face, and the farmer. Where the hell is he?" Castle stroked his young beard; his blood thirst was intended for Ezekiel, but the farmer could not be seen.

"And the abrasive one..." The bandit on his right side pointed at the rushing Damien. Castle looked toward her direction and smiled. He ordered her to take care of it. The hooded bandit leaped from his side and slammed the ground in front of the confronting demon boy. The ground shook after her strike; the floor was beginning to quake around her. The bandit took off her hoodie and revealed her face; her chestnut hair was tied in a pony tail. "My name is Olivia," she laughed. "I figured you should know the name of your killer."

Up close, it was obvious the bandit was not a normal human. Her height was tremendous. She stood admirably at 7 feet. Olivia's appearance was physically fit.

"Death by an Amazon. You should be praise yourself as a fortunate one. Most people dream of this," she giggled as she cracked her knuckles.

Castle watched the man in metal from the hill. The individual proved to destructive in its power- his strength managed to wipe out almost half of his party. "Leonis, what do you have in that book of yours to kill that ugly sort?" His finger wiggled at Hephaestus. "It needs to be done now."

The corpulent bandit on his left side began rambling through an old book. His fingers quickly ran through the pages. "I'll try, sir," he said quietly. There was no telling what the power of the metallic man had in store. Leonis stopped flipping his pages and planted a finger on the page. "This might eradicate the metal one," he commented. Leonis waved his hand in front of him and chanted a few words.

A rune had opened up before him, the magic glowed red and had sent forth a barrage of arrows. "Let's see how these work on his armor," he smiled. The arrows shot through the wind and were enchanted with magic energy. It couldn't be said if they would have an effect on Hephaestus. Leonis was attempting to see how strong this being's armor could withstand.

Errand Run

The goblin stopped pulling the dagger out from his pocket as he stared at the dog. It was clearly unexpected the dog had a human tongue. This particular goblin was not too smart and had trouble wrapping his head around the concept of a talking dog. He stood bewildered at the mammal. It was just then the dog had dug his teeth into his hand.

The goblin released a loud yelp. His dagger dropped to the ground from his pocket. Eyebrows raised and aggressive breathing, the goblin was not happy. Using his free hand, he began punching the dog to lessen its grip on his hand. "Bad dog! Bad dog! Let go!"

The recipe stopped glowing once handed to Orion. By further examination, the recipe was not complete. The paper was torn half-way meaning the other ingredients must have already been acquired by Grandma Grinny. The items needed to be retrieved were written down in list form with a complimentary check box next to them.
