Yeah, Potato told me and Mass City that the beginning of Arc Two is going to take a one-day timeskip. As for the backup for Cedric, my interpretation was that it did arrive before the timeskip; it just wasn't elaborated upon due to said timeskip.

No, it's been a few days since that video was broadcasted; there was a timeskip of at least a day, and some more time has passed since then.

Dangit; on my PM collab with Rumiko, my NPC already used his portal on himself to enter a room - he thought it was flashier.
Thankfully, it isn't posted yet, so I'll Retcon it.
