Current Two days ago, Noble Arms is indisputably four years old, spread out across three threads, and the third thread is still ongoing and about to reach the endgame...

Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Hmm, would it be possible to try and take over Skyrim yourself?
Hey, guys, interested in joining. However, I have to ask a question: How can the Dragons be permanently defeated without someone absorbing their souls? On second thought, nevermind; I won't have the time to join at present, but I would still like an answer to my question.
Well, basically, my plans for Ascot are to be abducted by some unknown force, for the purpose of making the group fight among each other without Ascot to act as 'the glue'. As for taking a break, well, I now have the time to rejoin, but I want to wait for the pace to pick up before that happens.
I'd like to come back, but, well, there's still the question of whether Ascot wandered away or was kidnapped.
We contact Nightmare, have him weaken Avalon's defenses, and allow a raiding team to sneak in?
((Not a collab post between Letter Bee and Archmage MC)) Constantine had been sad when he heard the news; Alec/Lighthouse was dead. At the same time, Cedric had only now discovered that his computers had been bugged, and had to get new ones. The boy felt guilty, while Elena felt afraid. As for Constantine, he was feeling as though the constant fighting...it wasn't achieving anything more than deepening the rift between Metahuman and Baseline. And that was wrong. His allies in the Universities and most of the Civil Rights groups had left him after he and the Reform Council had failed to prevent the Disney Massacre and the FBI bombing. He was now left with no source of civilian support, except for StuCorp, and that was closer to a paramilitary. So, Constantine needed new supporters, fast. And what he was going to do, now that dawn had arrived and the curfew was over, was a long shot. The man was going to go to Light's Fan Club, when the group would clandestinely meet in the early morning. ------ Due to the Disney Massacre, few people would consider lending their hotels and convention halls to a Fan Club for a Metahuman. However, the owner of Light's Comedy Club was one of those few people, and thus he had let the remnants of the Light Fan Club to meet, even though it got his place vandalized with graffiti saying 'METAHUMAN LOVER' and 'F****T. And, of course, more than a few roving gangs of bigots, which Constantine, in self-defense, managed to dispose of with a pair of rattan sticks that he had carried for this occasion. And so, he entered into the Comedy Club, but not before talking with the receptionist and assuring her that he meant no harm; he just wanted to talk. When Constantine entered, he found several people, a mix of boys and girls, men and women, huddled around a giant picture of Light. As said people noticed his presence, they glared at him in suspicion, causing Constantine to rub the back of his head and say: "Hey, can I talk with your leader, please? I need to talk to someone, about, well, the person you're a fan of." There was a sound of muttering all across the hall, before one member, a skinny girl with bousy brown hair and glasses, came to tentatively offer him a button. "Here, it's free," she said suspiciously. Constantine smiled and took it, guessing that it must be a sign of trust, before pinning it into his shirt, then making a slight bow and saying: "Thanks." And with that, the suspicions faded, and Constantine was brought, face to face, with Elizabeth Clifton, the leader of the Light Fan Club. "Hello there," spoke the redheaded woman who looked like Queen Elizabeth the First in body, although she was dressed in the same T-shirt and jeans everyone wore. "'I see we have a new fan; what brings you here - you don't look like you just here to talk about how great Light is." "I'm not; I'm Constantine Ramiel King, member of the Reform Council," spoke the young-looking man. This was met with a gasp of surprise, and the muttering resumed. Elizabeth kept her cool, though, and replied: "And what do you want?" "I want to restore my faith in...thinking beings in general, both Normal People and Metahumans. And to do that, I need to talk about Light, and, perhaps, well...quote said talk to the world with my smartphone." His disarming smile was genuine. "Well, there's plenty to talk about; Light saved my life, after all," Elizabeth smiled. "Let's find a place to sit." Half an Hour Later, Constantine could recognize just why people were so loyal to Light; it wasn't just her entertainment appeal, but because Light was genuinely devoted to saving people. Elizabeth spoke about how Light had saved her from a careening truck at the cost of a lot of pain and even unconciousness, while others chipped in, telling stories about how the Toon-Metahuman saved them from fires, criminals, and even other Metas. Constantine found himself appreciating people all the more, and wondering why he had an attack of Cynicsm in the first place. And, of course, in his spare seconds, the agent was busily compiling the seperate accounts into one blog post; yes, he can multi-task - he was a genius, remember? Some time later, Constantine was having an improportu party with the Fan Club as they brought out their last supplies of sweet stuff. A few hours later, he, having stuffed himself with cookies, took his leave, having completed his blog post. Some more time after that, he arrived home to his loving family (Elena and Cedric, not Gary although he loved him too, as a brother), after having recieved news that several of the students' and civil rights' groups that had abandoned him after the massacre had come back, and brought new friends and groups. Hope was filling his heart now; whatever happens, what was best in both Humanity and Metahumanity will not die so easily...
how did the government go evil? that doesn't seem realistic at this point and time in the rp since this is trying to like the real world, also it sounded like the government was still neutral
Wasn't the Government behind Project Genesis, which is evil? Edit: On second thought, I was jumping into conclusions when I said that the Government as a whole has gone evil, it's just that it's, as NP says, been indulging in projects like Project Genesis that are both immoral and potentially self-destructive. @NP, @Archmage, thanks! I actually have an idea now, thanks to Archmage. Edit: Augh, I keep forgetting about Cypress!
Okay, @NP, @Patriarch, I don't want to complain, but, the tone of the RP has just shifted to 'Darkness Induced Audience Apathy'. The Government is evil, so is Aperture, factions of them are working together, and the only semi-unambiguously 'Good Guys', the Reform Movement, are swept by the tide of events, and are furthermore betting every chip they have on a raid on the Enemy's main installation. Even then, the Reform Movement only has a chance of crippling Aperture and its Government backers, not take out the Anti-Metahuman factions of the Government, and especially not reconcile Humanity and Metahumanity, where a rift has grown thanks to successive massacres and bombings, a rift that won't fade just because the Big Bads are defeated. Point is, nothing is being done to address the larger questions of prejudice, to bind Humanity and Metahumanity once more, except for a vague hope of catching the culprits aggravating the divide, which isn't enough.
Not The Patriarch, but sure.
Okay, guys, I have a vague idea; what about an event that reconciles a lot of Humans and Metahumans to each other?
