Welp, they removed the tracker in a location based....tracking....game. Good one Niantic, Pokémon hunting in GO just had to be more random didn't it?

Bio

Roleplay topics of interest: Pokémon is a big one. The canon of the main series games specifically, though I'm cool with a few select points from the anime thrown in. I'm also a big fan of the Mystery Dungeon universe. I'm good with RP'ing as a Trainer, but I can handle playing a Pokémon too. I prefer to have alot of interactions between the characters in an RP. I enjoy to flesh things out and give my character actual 'character'. Original worlds? Eh, I'm ok with as long as I got alot of background to them.

Recently, I've been in the mood to try RP in other series/fandoms, so if I can be sold on an idea, I'll probably look into it. Let it be known that I'm not into anything 18+ or sexual in nature. It's just not my thing.

Roleplay style: For each post that I make, I write about a paragraph or two. I try to include a bit of environmental detail, physical character detail, and sometimes delve into the mind of my characters to see what they think about the situation at hand. I'm trying to get better at expressing my characters emotion through body language since I tend to run out of descriptive words after a few posts. Most of my characters will most likely be teen aged or occasionally young adult. I also try to keep my characters male, but I can play a girl well enough.

Timezone: I feel this is an important thing to mention. My timezone is EST (GMT/UTC-5). During pretty much every month of the year baring July, August, and the later half of December, I'll be going though school during the week. So I'll most likely be able to get posts out on the weekends or later in the day when I get home.

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Eastern Residential District]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo
The bandage wrapped Totodile's gaze followed Lilisette's to a nearby lit window, his maw dipping in an awkward frown. "I'm not hurting that bad. It was really only the shock itself that was painful." Waddling over to the sill, Devon attempted to stand on his tip toes and peer into the glass. His blue snout having a hard time getting itself over the plank of wood. "I...I sort of remember always getting hurt alot when I was human, but I don't think I've ever felt anything as painful as an effective move. Human's don't really need to worry about that, since they don't have 'typing' like Pokémon do."

The feminine cry that came along with the sound of a door being thrown open caused the Water-type to stumble, falling back flat on his feet and causing his bruised nose to hit against the sill and make him cry out. "Ow!" The confused lizard than backed up from the window to finally spin around face Ember with a eyes wide in alarm. "What!? Uh, crap. We didn't know." Rubbing his nose again, winced. "Thanks for the warning."

The question and head tilt from the Quilava caused Devon to smile warmly. "We did, but we left to come get you and Selena! We don't want you guys to miss out on the party that the Guild's throwing for the dancers."

Letho the Sableye
[Folio Town - Town Sqaure]

@Shiny Keldeo
Letho seemed to be distracted by something when Fuse asked the question, shaking his head and coming back to reality. "Yep. The one ran by that really girly Sylveon guy. Think his name's Relm or something."

The Sableye's gaze met the Luxio's as he nodded slowly. "I'll try. I might just mention it after everyone goes to bed. I just...." A sigh escaped the imp's bladed mouth as he started towards the Guild's front entrance. Pausing to look back at Fuse with a guilt frown. "Hey uh, I know you haven't been having the greatest luck with missions lately...So...Just don't be too hard on yourself ok? Shit happens, and in the end there's not much we can do about Gren now."

An awkward pause, and then another sigh as Letho's head sagged on his shoulders. "I probably worded that really badly....Sorry."

Shock the Ampharos, Cyan the Marill, Quill the Monferno, Missy the Mismagius, Nasir the Zoroark
[Forest Beyond Route 701]

@Ninian
Shock shrugged at Nasir's question. <Yeah, I mean, I'm pretty sure that Staraptor are big enough to carry a human kid. Devon's pretty average, so I bet it could work.>

Back when Devon was getting the medicine, he nodded at Nasir's question with a smile. "Yeah...I think I've got a perfect one."

Watching the little bird peck away at his hand, the brunet teen wore an awed smile the entire time. This is so cool...I barely meet any wild Pokémon that are as chill as this Starly...I picked the right choice, defiantly.

At the Starly's observations of the forest, Shock rubbed the back of his head and wore a bit of a guilty frown. <Yeah uh, sorry about that man. It was just so ya know, you wouldn't freak out and fly away before we had a chance to talk to you. You're hanging with us now, so I won't shock ya anymore.>

After the Starling Pokémon had finished his meal, the crimson hoodied Trainer reached out. Gently picking him up and holding the little Flying-type in his lap as he looked down at him with a soft smile. "So, I got a question for you little guy. How do you like the name 'Ace'?"

Awesome, can't wait to see how this goes

Delsin Grey

Appearance: Delsin is a 5’ 4”, slightly tanned skinned teen. He wears his semi long black hair parted to the left, has green colored eyes, and smaller features such as his ears that are usually hidden by straight hair clumps. The boy’s usual attire includes a grey turtle neck sweater, thick blue jeans, and a pair of worn black snow boots.

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Country of Origin: Canada

Personality: Delsin is a bit of a quiet kid. He mostly keeps to himself unless someone actively engages him. Though a lot of people mistake this for shyness, it is more so that he doesn’t feel the need to talk with others if it has the chance to lead to him being distracted from a current goal. Delsin ‘overthinks’ many things in some regard, his family and friends have needed to tell him on multiple occasions to slow down or take a break, but to Delsin that would mean losing out on opportunities.

The way he thinks it, is that if he manages to set up and plan his life as soon as he can while still young, he can enjoy the rest of it with less stress and worry. Despite his rather distant view on most around him, Delsin still cares for the people close to him and will put them above his own goals without hesitation if there is a reason to. His friends have also been slowly making him a bit more lax, with Delsin being able to find time to hang out or enjoy video games with them on weekends more frequently.

Backstory:Being raised in the north western provinces of Canada, Delsin lives in a world of little to no change. The city he lives is a community of only a few thousand people, where public events and excitement is rare. He lived a rather simple life; being raised by middle aged mother and father along with his younger brother Trevor in a middle class neighbourhood. His determined and focused personality allowed him to excel in school and impress both his parents and teachers alike.

Though he mostly revolved his life around school work even in his early ages, he managed to make a few friends. One such friend was a boy named Carrick Giro, a care free humorous boy that had moved there from a province in the south eastern part of the country. The two met during a lunch period where Carrick found the bookworm writing up journals for projects that were not due until the end of the school year. The new kid pitied him, and ended up bugging Delsin enough to get him to ‘wake up and smell the dead, ice covered roses’.

Carrick was able to show the boring student how to entertain himself with things other than school and work such as social media, video games, and music….He also unfortunately got Delsin involved in a few fights between other kids, forcing the two to learn how to fight in simple styles. Finally it seemed that someone had broken Delsin out of his one track mind set, and the two are friends to this day.

Skills:

  • Bilingual – Delsin’s heavy emphasis on his school work has allowed him to practically master Canada’s second language, French.
  • Analyzation/Planning – The black haired boy is able to read into many different topics. He tries to analyze something in detail to try to learn as much as he can about it for future reference. The teen also has spent a great deal of time planning out his future career and life, and has become quite good at structuring things into efficient plans. These skills are tested often by his new found love of video games in the JRPG and Exploration genres.
  • Cold tolerance – Living most of one’s life practically buried in snow can have an effect on one’s tolerance for the element. Delsin is no different. Colder temperatures do not usually bother the hyper focused teen, but he is fonder of the rare warmer climate.

Other:

  • Has distaste for ‘free loaders’; people that only excel in life due to abusing the trust and power of others, while doing no work themselves
  • Has a fear of being lost without any sort of direction or knowledge of a situation
  • Knows how to throw simple punches in order to defend himself from kids in his school
  • Is skeptical of myths and legends that are common in his area, prefers to believe only solid evidence

Raiden the Feraligatr and Glyph the Flygon
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Ninian
The kind old Flygon bit his lip and nodded his head slowly at Robel's request. Lowering himself to the ground to cross his legs on one of the pillows beside the Heliolisk and whisper. "Of course. In fact, I already had plans to gather our most capable members. It is because of ah....That other topic that I wish to discuss with you...." His domed eyes peered around at the currently unsuspecting guests, sigh leaving his maw. "We can talk about all of these matters once everyone retires to their rooms for the night. For now, let's just enjoy the evening." With that said, the Dragon sat upwards, and casually reached out to fill his plate with various berry and vegetable dishes, and buns.

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Eastern Residential District]

@Ninian
The Totodile-once-human strolled through the darkened oak wood streets alongside his Psychic companion. A sigh escaped his blue lips as his gaze panned to the many houses that dotted each side of the street. "Hopefully. If we really can't find them, we can always just ask someone else that lives around here. They would probably know Ember considering how uh...Loud she can be.”

Devon rubbed at his bruised snout a bit, before looking over at Lilisette attempting to see into windows. The young Pokémon a bit too small to even reach some of the sills. A smile spread across his maw. "Hey, Lilisette. Want me to give you a boost? We could probably spot Ember in the windows from the street if you stood on my shoulders."

Letho the Sableye
[Folio's Trunk - Waypoint]

@Shiny Keldeo
The broken Sableye standing in the darkness of the hollowed out trunk started to tremble. The gravity of the events that just unfolded before him forcing his emotions to all bubble up inside of him. It didn't help that Breeze began to scream her head off in protest. The disturbed ghost snapped out of his depression to whip his head towards the shrieking Shaymin. "Breeze! What!? What's the matter!?"

Letho sprinted over to her, crouching down to put a claw to her temple. He sighed and shook his head. "She's unconscious....Fucking perfect. Can you carry her Sparky? I'll get her bag." The imp trudged back across the room to the unlit fire pit. Leaning over to pick up the discarded messenger bags and nodded at Fuse's words. "Yeah...Yeah I know. They were something else alright...You're right though. Like it or not, we need to tell Glyph and the kids mom."

His hand dug around inside of the bag with the golden tree badge, pulling forth a glass blue orb. A tiny forced smile spread across the Darkness Pokémon's face as he walked over to the Luxio. "At least we'll be able to catch dinner....Right?"

The Wonder Orb was flung at the trio's feet, shattering in an array of sparkles that overtook them. When the sparkles cleared, the three defeated Pokémon had vanished without a trace.

Now with proper access to his bag, the excited teenager pressed his thumb into the black plastic clip of the strap. The latch releasing and dropping the white backpack awkwardly to Devon's feet. The wild haired brunet crouched down and began to rummage through it's contents. "Alright, just let me grab a few things...."

Shock's wide brown eyes peered down into his Trainer's bag for a moment, before the Ampharos assumed a straight stand and nodded at the Zoroark with a grin. <Ooooh yeah. Devon's been totally obsessed with these birds ever since Flappers left. And I can see why, since it'll be pretty sweet when this dude evolves and we don't need to walk everywhere.>

With a smile, the scarred boy pushed his bag aside. A small orange spray bottle sat in the grass near his right knee, while in his hands he wielded a yellow spray bottle and a handful of red and blue berries with a bit of bread. "Let's do this. Just gotta take it slow, don't scare em..."

The Trainer's pinkie finger extended outwards, the tip pushing the button on the static Great Ball. A brilliant flash of white light blasted forth from underneath the ball's lid as the small Starly appeared before the trio. While the bird was still dazed and paralyzed, Devon would reach out behind the bird's back and give it a few spurts of the Paralyze Heal. He also attempted to distract the tiny Pokémon from the bottle by holding out the handful of yummy food and giving a friendly smile. "Here buddy. I'm sorry for not letting you eat earlier, so you can have all this for yourself. You should be feeling alot better soon."

Devon the Totodile, Raiden the Feraligatr, and Glyph the Flygon
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Ninian
The giant scarred gator grunted when Lilisette reassured him. "Just be careful you two."

Devon's eyes went to the green dragon currently consoling the injured Heliolisk, and nodded. "Yeah....It looks like Robel's not doing too good." He whispered.

~~~
Another sigh came from Glyph as his antennae began to droop. "You know I can't do that. You can always talk to me if you need to, or one of the other members. We all care about your well being, mental and physical."
The awkward cough caused the Flygon to shuffle awkwardly to face it. His long, striped tail almost smacking the duo in the face as the old Guildmaster turned to face the recruits. A look of surprise on his face as he attempted to collect himself. "O-Oh! Devon, Lilisette...How may I assist you? Are you enjoying dinner?"
The small Water-type before the humongous dragonfly smiled. Wiping off the little bit of Oran berry juice left on his snout with a hand as he looked up at his new mentor. Tail wagging behind him slowly. "Yeah, it's great Glyph. Thank you. But we don't want Ember and Selena to miss it, so can you tell us where they live so we can go get them?"
The kind Mystic Pokémon fumbled with his claws. "Ah yes, it would be a shame for them to miss this now wouldn't it? Both Ember and Selena live in the eastern part of the Residential District. Selena's household is a bit farther out however, but I'm sure you won't miss either house."
The brown eyed Totodile grinned toothily. "Thanks! We'll try to make it back here quick." Looking past the Flygon for a moment, Devon tried to flash the sad Generator Pokémon a tiny smile before turning around and poking Lilisette in the shoulder playfully. "You coming Slowpoke?"
Letho the Sableye
[Folio's Trunk - Waypoint]
@Shiny Keldeo
With the Shadow Claw merely grazing the cruel Psychic, Letho let out an annoyed growl and shot a claw at the fleeing duo, sprinting full speed across the room. "Oh no you don't! I'm not letting you run you crazy pricks!"
But the Sableye's charge was in vain. As he got close to where Lilith used to be moments prior, he swiped at the air and was met with the sound of the echoing cackle. The imp's gemstone eyes seemed to flare with rage as racked the floor with his razor-like fingers. Leaving three deep craters in the mossy wood floor. "GRAH! STOP LAUGHING AND GIVE ME A REAL FIGHT ASSHOLE! BRING THAT KID BACK OR SO HELP ME I'LL....I'LL...." The ghost's entire form seemed to sag as his arms fell to his sides, much like his head. The rage fading from face in seconds as the meaning of the situation dawned on him. "....I...I don't know...Fuse, Breeze I..." Clenching his fists, he looked away. "I'm...Sorry. I couldn't do anything...I lost Gren.....I just let a kid die...."
[Forest Beyond Route 701]
@Ninian
A blue and white Poké Ball came flying out from the trees to smack the whining Starly in the side. The capsule's top popped open as a white beam shot out of it, engulfing the small bird in a cloak of light that was quickly sucked back into the container. The Great Ball's lid snapped closed as it fell to the ground and began to rock gently back and forth. A quiet whirring sound coming from the sphere as it's release button blinked red once....twice.....three times! A satisfying ploo noise echoed out through the woods as an excited Ampharos and Sentret jumped out of the bushes and high fived each other. "<Woo hoo!>"
Sentret!Devon quickly waddled over to it's double, patting Nasir on the back as he reached behind him to fumble with his tail. "Great job you two! We finally caught a Starly! I've waited years for this man! I can't wait to meet em!"
The guised teen then began to grab at his chest where he thought his back pack strap might be, looking over at his Illusion Fox with a stupid smile. "Nasir can you uh, drop the illusion? I can't really find my bag's zipper like this."
