Honestly, I only see the Grineer interacting with the Daleks in order to get their hands on some better weapons. Although if they get the idea to use Dalekanium or Metalert for their Famorians, then everyone's boned if they get some from the Daleks.

Dalekanium famorians, hmm, sounds like something that could compete with the Dalek ships, I look forward to what you can come up with. I played warframe for a while, I love that you went with the Grineer. I'm an Ivara main myself, though I've lost my fervor for it due to constant connection issues.

As you can imagine, internet in the Philippines isn't the best.
@Zarkun

A sign of a dedicated roleplayer! We need more of those now a days!

Well, we can work out first contact whenever you're ready.

Alright, that'd be great, Dalek's first contact, whew this is gonna be nerve racking.

Depending on how their interaction works, there's likely some tech that the Raiders will be willing to trade of the Daleks prove trustworthy.

The Daleks will at first be very, "abrasive" as one would expect of a race that knew nothing but hate all its life, but as I said, I would be changing something for them to help them out.

Like a node perhaps? that could be some nice imagery with the metal tree blooming

That's what I was picturing actually, it would look beautiful.

I'd imagine the dummies would almost certainly become interested in a sudden open transmission from the Glacier (I'd imagine a lot of tech countries would).

Hmm, so she would need Dalekanium too. Or is it safe to assume that the flower has metal-enhancing properties?

It is safe to assume so, I believe you could try making a coating using gold and the sap from the Arkellis flower. However the Arkellis flower has one more property that I forgot to mention, it can only grow on metals, so you don't need soils, but something metal for it to root into.

If they leave the trashcan, could you play basketball with them? XD

A basketball with a single eye, a big ol' brain for a body, and tentacles... Sounds like space basketball, I'd say possible!
<Snipped quote by Liotrent>

That'd be fine. Just...be aware that they'll need to send a response to avoid being shot down XD

The Daleks aren't that headstrong, they'd know when to land and open communications. They may be evil balls of hate inside a trashcan but they are smart evil balls of hate.
@Liotrent
What does the Arkellis Flower do to the Daleks? What are its properties? My alchemist might be happy to get one of those.

The Arkellis Flower's sap is combined with gold and Dalekanium to make Metalert, a Dalekanium construct that's more durable and temperature resistant. The Arkellis flower was only found on Skaro, so it was unique to only the Daleks, and so is Dalekanium.

Dalekanium gave Daleks a secondary resistance to bullets, laser fire, and bombs, Metalert makes that more so. Daleks are basically Tank soldiers, but they can be killed by a direct radiation burst through the Eyestalk or concentrated combined heavy weapons fire. Concussion is also an option, the casing may be immune to bombs but the thing inside is still flesh.

I can offer information, but not much else XD

EDIT: They could also maybe send an Envoy to stay with the Raiders, see how things work for them? Bit of interaction at all times with a good aligned faction, since the distance between the two factions is great XD

Once the clones are fully grown, they can finally send out scouting missions, they can't leave the base, they're trying to create a clone ship basically. (That's spoilers) It wouldn't be a fully fledged warship, but it would still be able to do some rightful damage if it had the chance.

Scouting parties consist of a minimum of two Daleks, maximum of four, and the Dalek Supreme (AKA Dalek Sec) can communicate through them.

EDIT:
I can send a party towards you.
