Argus may be joking about this whole situation, but granted the shameless Council Member could strip him down if she ever so wanted too, weather its by force or by the use of her fiber needles ripping his clothes apart. However, she was much more mature then that, and frankly she had almost did a thing with Nolan yesterday. So Argus is safe... for now of course. When he finished laughing, he clears his throat and continues talking normally once again.

"Anyway, uh, it's a pleasure to meet you as well. And in makes sense for someone with your sense of presence to be in such a, uh, prestigious position."

"It's nothing much." she says, trying to act humble, as she quickly glances at her red nails. Maybe she should repaint them soon...

"So," Argus then continues, "Now of anything interesting or fun that we can do around here? Bit of a country-bumpkin type, first time in the capital, so I've got no clue where anything is."

"Country-bumpkin eh?" Rainbow Majesty repeats with a raised eyebrow, "Never thought I'd hear that word here. Regardless, I do welcome you to Crocus, the Flower Blooming Capital. There's much more then just the Grand Magic Games located there in the Domus Flau arena. Here you can also find Mercurius, the King of Fiore's Palace to the north, with the town's famous gardens to the east. I know a few good bars if you need to be hooked up with a drink, or if you want to cool off, I suggest the newly renovated Ryuzetsu Land Summer Resort."

Sayatachi was fairly knowledgable of Crocus, as it was the hometown where she was born, but regardless its been sometime since she've been here, so perhaps she was a little rusty herself. Yet she wouldn't mind to delight another mage and showing him around town. First the Nolan incident, then the Ayame and Malice trip, and now this. At this rate, she might as well be a new and popular Council Member...

Lloyd Lombardi

Lloyd would begin walking along, trying to find his teammates, until suddenly bumping into someone. Unknowingly to him, it would be Makoto Kanemaru, one of his teammates. And he thought he was the only one that purposely slams into everyone...

"Ah... Darn it. My bad. Didn't mean to slam into you like that. Really, it's the truth!"

"Just leave the slamming to me next time." Lloyd jokes as he brushes his vest off.

"By the way, you know anyone here going by the name of Gil? It's one hell of struggle trying to find your teammate in this swarm of students."

"I'm afraid not..." the cheeky blonde responds until coming to his own realization, "Wait... aren't you Makoto? Seems like you've already found a member of the team after all!"

"I'm right here," then shouts a voice, in which happens to be Gill, "Can't imagine that I'm too hard to find."

It was then when Gil would glance over at Lloyd and held his left hand out to give Lloyd a handshake in greeting.

"Name's Gil T. Buckle. Weren't you about to start a brawl last night?"

Oh great. Someone still remembers that fight that could've turned ugly.

"Pffffft, nah." Lloyd responds with a carefree attitude, "That guy was just macho. He just wanted to be the big ole' alpha here. And yes, I'm Lloyd Lombardi, nice to meet you."

Tatsu Hiroshima

Striding away from the group, she begins to find her teammates, still puzzled that she was actually called. She has several questions about this... many MANY questions as a matter of fact, but regardless, she needs to blend in. As she walks, her height would provide the advantage here, as well as the rest of her senses in tow. Her hearing then picked up a faint sound, coming from a girl nearby...

“Oh hello I’m Gyuuki yes? You are Charlie then right? Charles is right here, but I have no idea of who the Tatsu person is”

Those were two of her teammates, and the sound of their voice is coming from over there to the east. She slowly walks her way towards the two people, until hearing another voice.

"My name is Charles Anderson, and I am 110% sure we can achieve great things together. However, we seem to be missing someone!"

Looks like she didn't have to wait long to find them all in one place. As she approaches the group, she towers over them as she announces her presence almost ominously.

"Tatsu." she says with little emotion as she looks at her teammates.

Damn were they pretty small.

The next day, both Lloyd and Tatsu followed close behind in their respected teamms and heard about the monitors. Lloyd was slightly puzzled at the "surprise" monitor, and raised an eyebrow, but otherwise didn't truly bat an eye.

"Really?" he thought to himself, "It isn't like we're preschoolers or anything..."

Tatsu says nothing as she stands by her own group...

Name: Akane "Kiryu" Yashiro

Age: 29 Years

Gender: Female

World of Origin: Original; Based off a Human/Kaiju Universe; KDF (Kaiju Defense Force)

Personality: Kiryu is noble and a prideful, with an admirable trait of honor towards both her friends and enemies alike. She's often very quiet, or at the very most calm and collective, but her face notes a very serious persona. In battle, she's concentrated at the agenda at hand and quick in her strikes and weaponry, making her a tough opponent for one to face. In addition, she is supportive of her comrades as well, and is quick to protect them if need be. She will even sacrifice herself in need be to provide an escape or distraction.

History: Akane Yashiro was born in Tokyo, Japan. When she was little, she lived with her loving family which took great care of little Akane. However, when she was 4, the mighty Gojira rose from the sea and attacked Japan, incinerating Akane's parents as he used his devastating atomic breathe on her apartment. Unfortunately for her, she was right outside the apartment when the ray hit, making debris fly in every direction. It was there when she lost her right hand, her right eye, and her parents at the same time, causing an unmeasurable amount of trauma that will linger with her for eternity. As Akane lay on the ground, expecting death to follow her, she was quickly found by the military who were not too far from where she was and hastily took her to the hospital. Her right hand was then replaced by a mechanical one and her right eye is covered by a patch.

Akane survived the experience, but at the cost of almost everything. She then lived with her Grandmother once she left the hospital and vowed to avenge her parents' death (as well as her right hand). In order to accomplish this, she joined the KDF at the age of 18 and became the famous "Kiryu", aka: Mechagodzilla! She participated in many battles and had rapidly went up through the ranks, reaching the rank of lieutenant. However, her emotional trauma still lingered on. So when Akane first attempted to fight Godzilla with her squad, her mentality broke down, causing her to be helpless as she and the rest got ravaged by Godzilla, all barely being able to survive and thankfully without any more limbs being chopped off. However, in her second fight against her 'nemesis', she broke down again, only this time she went berserk! Thanks to this she was able to put Godzilla and the fighters into a stalemate, yet they were heavily injured in the process. But Akane also provided some heavy damage to the city in the process and the KDF considered her berserk attack to be an unstable side affect, resulting in a suspension that lasted a month. They said that one could see a red light illuminating from where Akane right eye once was...

Several years pass by, with her return to the KDF and therapy treatments, Akane was able to rise as a teacher and began teaching new students on how to defeat future kaiju threats, without the fear she had as a young girl. But she would soon find herself participating in a much larger game of its own. On December 13th, 20XX, Akane and several of her top trained students went on a mission to defend Tokyo from an unknown alien creature. The battle was hard and long fought, but they were able to successfully take it down and save the city. However, it would be then where she would hear words that slipped into her head and ultimately fade to black as she passes out, unaware of what lies in store for her...

Abilities: Kiryu is protected by a sturdy yet lightweight metal alloy, which allows her to move around quickly while also providing almost bullet proof armor to protect herself from harm. She can fly via the rocket boosters on her back. Her right mechanical hand can also turn into a drill, which is strong enough to pierce through metal. Her twin laser cannons on both arms can fire red lasers and her chest can fire a Hyper Maser Beam OR be equipped with the Absolute Zero Cannon (Which freezes anyone that gets in contact with it), but takes out around 50% of the suit's energy. Kiryu can be equipped with the Type III Battle Pack, which features twin two shoulder mounted rocket launchers each capable of firing six rockets in battle before reloading.

Thankfully for her, if her cybernetics is in need of a recharge or repair, she comes prepared with an advanced traveling repair kit. It comes with a special charging pad, provided it connects to a power circuit, and can provide 100% power in as little as an hour. If in need of repairs, she has the help of two little robot helpers that can quickly patch her up.

Oh right, since it's shown that the character is shown to be from a more- advanced version of Japan, I've gotta ask the power of those rockets, too. Should we assume standard RPG-7 damage or more? Less?

Never said you had to remove the rockets, but I'm stating now that the supply for every given instance before returning to base is finite. Unless a good reason is given, I don't want them being rearmed outta nowhere because of reasons I wasn't made aware of earlier.

Still didn't answer my question about the frame of reference in regards to that drill hand.
