Uhhhh @Lugia. Bowser isn't even at the tournament. He's close yeah, but he's behind an alley way several blocks away, in his Bowser-Mobile, overlooking the operation. This is exactly why he didn't go directly into that tournament, for he knew that even with said disguise on, he could still be caught. He's just laying back ready for his minions to come back with a nabbed Peach and go home.
