@Lmpkio Are you saying you want to immediately re-submit him as tier 5 and not use him to fight until it becomes available? If so, I am OK with that but I would like to see what other staff have to say. @Rilla Your thoughts?

Basically yeah. I'm reliable with my characters so he won't commence or be involved in any fighting until tier 5 is officially available.

Tell you what. Until Tier 5 comes around, Zhul will, for the most part, not be in combat, rather he'll simply be in a cave or in some place that doesn't have any combat nearby. Then, once tier 5 comes along, I can put him in combat. You guys can keep a close eye on me just in case I somehow forget (even though I'll remember it anyways, its just for the chance of contingency reasons).

Is this fair?

@Pyromaniacwolf Actually he has to be delayed according to Circ, until tier 5 characters are open. He said it shouldn't take long but you know. Otherwise he does like the character so he's not like totally denied. Just needs to wait a bit.

Remember that her 'screen' isn't actually a screen, it's a gaping portal to the intradimensional void where Smudge lives. It's not displaying tv snow, that's actually what her living space looks like. She can store all kinds of things in there so long as nobody's ever expecting to get it back.

She doesn't actually need to eat.

Half-elf? Nebulius didn't quite understand what an elf was, mostly due to the fact that he has never seen one before. He has seen many humans throughout his travels, but has never heard of their close cousins. Regardless, he didn't bother to ask about it anymore as he looks down at the little creature. The frantic girl collected back her book and actually ATE a man's brain in the process. The blue alien was disgusted by her nature, but he's still curious on just who she is and what she's doing here. The alien drops down to a kneeling position to be on the same level as the girl.

"Please," he begins to ask, with a hint of begging in it, "We mean you no mischief. We just want to know who you happen to be and the contents of that book. Perhaps we can help you find your way towards your destination if you can explain?"
