Once upon a time, I used to cheer for May the 4th... now I cry with disappointment. *Except Clone Wars S7 and the Mandalorian - they are awesome*

I never noticed this before, but does "Sector: Alpha Centauri β" mean some kind of a Beta sector in the Alpha Centauri system or the B component (Alpha Centauri B, the smaller of the binary stars) of the system and the space surrounding it?

Is the space station in orbit around the Alpha Centauri B (as suggested by the name) or does "Sector Beta" refer to a Lagrangian point, possibly between the two stars?

My intention is not to pick on this, but rather I am curious to find out more about the universe created.

Exactly that. Trying to get some real-life stars and astronomy into the mix you know? After all, this all takes place in the Milky Way Galaxy... OUR galaxy basically. So there will be some famous stars mentioned and possibly you may visit a few more you know?

Like wouldn't it be great to be on a desert planet that's just habitable enough to orbit around UY Scuti (the biggest star in the galaxy known at this point)? Or maybe visit a planet near a black hole and have a whole Interstellar thing happen? The possibilities are almost endless, you know?
So here we go. Yes I resued this post from the old RP, but its fitting as many of you wanted the briefing first. So here you all go. (More original posts will be posting after everyone goes)

Sector: Alpha Centauri β

As one of the first space stations to have been constructed by the Earth Federation, Space Station Solus (Or "Triple S") is still an impressive space station to behold. It has a cool retro 2050s style, consisting of many sleek curvatures and elegant archways, with a romantic touch of fantasy added in. Already being active for a good 30 years or so, it's famously known as a major trading pub for the Earth Federation, as well as an entrance way into the vast networks of different solar systems in the Perseus and Orion-Cygnaus Arms. In return, it services as the last major stop until you hyperspace to the Federation's homeworld of Earth. This system is also known for the Ivirnius species, who have been the Federation's first and closest closest ally since their arrival.

Within Station Level 34b, just a little distance from Hangar K, lies the central Headquarters of the Galactic Adventure Hunting Lodge, also known as GAHL. Founded and directed by Richard M. Malkovich, the name basically speaks for itself. It's a legal hunting lodge that makes money off various deals, sunny or shady, by exploring new uncharted worlds and hunting for creatures desired by their clients. Of course, not many support their job hunting these creatures, but they're legal as long as they keep to several guidelines and restrictions. Regardless they aren't all about hunting as previously stated, it's just that its simply based around it.

Now having just hyperspaced on the west side of Solus, GAHL's personal transport ship, SC Sirius, has arrived right on schedule. It's coming back with a wide variety of hunter, both old and new, yet all unique in their own right. Onboard, is Commander Phoebe Quinn, a human female who is one of the older members of GAHL. She has been tasked in collecting these (mostly) new recruits and is finally returning back to home base to meet up with the CEO. Traveling to the cockpit of the ship, she presses a button that directly contacts Mr. Malkovich on the station.

"Malkovich, this is Quinn aboard the SC Sirius," she announces in a rough voice, "I've just returned with our new hunter recruits. Permission to land in Hangar K, over."

There was a short pause before their was a response.

"Roger, this is Malkovich. Permission granted to land in Hangar K. Welcome Back Commander Quinn." a friendly hipster-esque voice came on the speakers.

Slowly, the Sirius gets into position as it slowly lands in the Hangar Bay dedicated for them, with a low hum emitting throughout the ship as it lands softly in the hangar bay.

"I'm currently in the main office," Malkovich says on the speaker to Quinn, "So so just take them there. I'll give you all your assignment there."

"Roger." the Commander responds, "We will be there shortly, over."

With that, she stands back up and heads to the passenger room, where he can see all the faces of the new hunters, all looking ready for their first missions. Quinn simply smiles as he claps his hands, getting their attention.

"Alright everyone," she says, "Here we are. Triple S station. Gather your belongings and follow me to the Headquarters. You'll get a brief intro first, followed by your first assignment there. All of your questions will be answered there if you have any, so let's go, on the double!"

She turns and exits the ship, waiting for everyone to gather their stuff and to follow her.
@6slyboy6 It's Saturday for me here lol but no I'll get a post up in a bit
Oh, @Lmpkio, okay to make Nova's Nano-Shot increase reaction time too?

Sure.
@thewizardguy I see you take reference from the Star Forge from KOTOR. (I mean duh, WORLD Forge) Good man.

If Titanica is the same as a Vassal, wouldn't it make this statement false?

Well... maybe MOST Vassals then. I was putting it in perspective as in, what if this character, and it alone, became the most powerful being in the Nexus. You know what I mean though, right?
<Snipped quote by floodtalon>

Ghelgath: "I probably can freeze the whole Nexus and put it into a new Ice Age."

Mephilius: "Holy people aint got shit on me. Heaven can FACE. MY. WRATH."

Unit-T: "GRAAAAAAAAAAAOR!" (I CAN KILL GODS!)

Zeruel: "Yo ass is annihilated in seven dimensions."

Titanica: ...

In all seriousness here's the verdict (Basically from weakest to strongest character):

Maxed Ghelgath: If Ghelgath has max powers, he basically can be considered a god of snow. He can control it to his will, unleashing ice and snow across probably the entire Nexus if he wanted too. Not only that, but he can also create an almost unlimited amount of soldiers, golems, literally anything made from ice and snow. His freezing touch can also freeze even the hottest things in the Nexus and extinguish them and his blizzard breath can sap an army's worth of magical energy. Fire or anything hot won't be able to touch him. He's basically a male Khione (Norse goddess of snow).

Maxed Mephilius: If Mephilius has max powers, he will be untouchable by Heaven in his entirely. This is made more impressive considering Hell is supposed to be weak too Heaven. His shield can block any Holy or light based attack, his lance can probably pierce the hardest of shields, even if its just an inch into it. He can also wield fire pretty accurately, but not so much god-like. Either way, a maxed out Mephilius could end Heaven entirely if he wanted too. Definitely would surpass his "Mephilia" form by a long shot and a half.

Maxed Unit-T: If Unit-T has max powers and weaponry, it can easily kill most Vassals or most high-powered god-like beings. After all, it was designed specifically for that purpose. Already in its first battle was it able to tank hits from the Bull of Heaven, who has absolute strength on her belt. And it was only being tested in real battle for the first time. A maxed out and berserk Unit-T can eliminate even beings like the Snake of the World. It's a literal god killer.

Maxed Zeruel: If Zeruel has max powers, he will be virtually untouchable. The AT-Field will be basically equally strong, if not stronger, than the AT-Field he wields in Evangelion. That bullet which knocked him down in Arcadia, wouldn't even touch the surface without the use of another Laguna Angel that also wields an AT-Field. His beams can eliminate entire cities, his arms will be incredibly hard to slice off and pierce through the hardest objects, and can create virtually an unlimited supply of Laguna clones at his disposable. Basically, you're fucked several times over. The Nexus might as well be his for the taking.

Maxed Titanica: No explanation. Can wipe out everything in the entire Nexus. How? You don't wanna know.
What about you? How ridiculous could your characters get?

Ghelgath: "I probably can freeze the whole Nexus and put it into a new Ice Age."

Mephilius: "Holy people aint got shit on me. Heaven can FACE. MY. WRATH."

Unit-T: "GRAAAAAAAAAAAOR!" (I CAN KILL GODS!)

Zeruel: "Yo ass is annihilated in seven dimensions."
@The 42nd Gecko Size doesn't always matter though :P

Just look at Zeruel. 50 meters tall, got critically damaged by a single bullet.
