Once upon a time, I used to cheer for May the 4th... now I cry with disappointment. *Except Clone Wars S7 and the Mandalorian - they are awesome*
With her cyborg opponent now compromised, Samus used her cannon's grapple beam to bring its weapon straight to her. However, as she quickly glanced and moved the weapon about, she soon realized how surprisingly heavy the blade was. Even for her, the blade was quite unwieldy. So much for her original idea. She quickly tossed the weapon aside, before seeing the two remaining cyborgs began to embark on their explosive suicide quest. The bounty huntress quickly hid behind a wall as a large explosion rocked the Bridge.
Once it was over, Samus quickly scanned the area for anymore lifeforms, before concluding that the area was secure.
"All clear." she announced before turning to the group, "Now let's disable this ship before more show up."
As the fire oni searched for a suitable weapon, she would hear the distinct sounds of something patting behind her followed by sa greeting. Jukati stopped as she perked her head, before slowly looking back to see whoever dared to approach her. Alas, it was not another werewolf guard, rather it took the shape of something smaller. It was one of those miserable rat-people, or what the others called a "Ratatoskr". She recalled a small bandit gang of these guys that would occasionally raid her village in the dead of night, mostly stealing supplies and sometimes a weapon or two. They were usually harmless overall, but they sure became quite a pain in the ass to deal with. The onis could easily crush them with their bare hands if it wasn't for the fact that they were quite agile and speedy to catch in the first place.
She growled at the tiny thing as she turned to face this so-called thief.
"Oi." she grunted loudly, "Waddya want, rat-man?"
The rat-person squeaked back, referring to how she too had escaped and mentioned the pile of corpses the oni had left in her wake. So far it didn't say anything about wanting to steal from her, and even then if it attempted to do so it would be terribly disappointed. Of course, the oni initially seemed to suspect this naive rat was simply sweet talking her, as it complemented on her strength to face off against so many guards. Yet seeing how it made its presence known way before hand - which is something what normal rat-people wouldn't make much of - perhaps it wasn't here to even try and steal from her in the first place.
For now at least.
Jukati grunted as she crossed her arms. "Yer' lucky that you weren't in my way." she bluntly expressed as she turned to flip open a large rock, "I wudda've squashed you without hesitation, whether ya were a guard or not."
Underneath the rock were two coal-dusted bandage wraps that survived the fall of debris prior. Picking them up, she proceeded to wrap them around her scarred muscular forearms.
"Now waddya want?" she asked again while wrapping her right arm.
A mighty howl boomed through the abyssal murk as a lone werewolf warrior was punched straight in the face by a hard, seething, fist. Its body was thrown straight back as it collided within a stone wall, breaking right through it with rock and debris flying everywhere. Down the opposite corner, a pack of these human-wolf monsters were rushing towards the scene of the crime. Everything was going wrong down here, just as much as what was going up on the surface level. Now the prisoners were escaping and they were seriously outmanned, especially for the herculean task that they were coming up against.
The werewolves turned the corner, each howling and snarling at one another to take position with their swords, spears and shields at the ready. They faced a pitch-black hallway, one which they could barely see just a few meters into to. They couldn't see their target, but they could certainly hear it. Seething, nightmarish growls echoed in the darkness alongside thunderous stomping as the prisoner slowly made its way towards their position. The werewolves bared their fangs, each gripping onto their weaponry as hard as they could. They were visibly fearful and rightfully so.
Suddenly a large spear-shaped boulder came rushing out from the darkness. The wolves had barely enough time to react as two of the soldiers were tossed back into the same wall their comrade collided with just seconds ago. The guards looked back in horror as they witnessed half of their squad taken out in merely an instant.
"GRAAAAAAAAAGH!"
Suddenly a burning fist rushed towards the closest guard. It had barely time to react before it found its body colliding with the floor and its head spitting open from the impact. The last werewolf alive would then glance upon the full might of what it was going up against. It was a huge female fire oni - named in the official prison records as "Jukati-Oni" - a huge, dark skinned, monster of a being, that nearly dwarfed the guard's size thanks to her height and huge bulging muscles. The werewolf knew that it had no chance in hell against such a monstrous being, especially as the oni looked at it with rage burning in her eyes. And yet, with the world falling around it, what did it matter if it tried to escape? Would it be caught by the raging demon? Would it be caught by another terrifying prisoner within the abyss? Or would it actually escape, only to face the destruction wrought upon the surface?
It's choice?
With a bloodcurdling howl, the werewolf lunged towards the great oni with a spark of seemingly newfound courage. But it would only be in vain, for the next moment it found its neck being squeezed and several feet in the air. It whimpered and yelped, trying to claw itself off from death's inevitable door, but her grip was just too strong. After all, with the amount of strength that she seemed to hold back, it would be easy for her to snap its neck in an instant. Jukati glared at her former warden as her grip tightened by the second.
"You damn wardens are startin' to really piss me off!" she growled infernally, "I finally escape my cell and was expecting a challenge coming from you lot. But ya'll've proven yourselves to be nothin' but a bunch of miserable lap dogs!"
With that, she slammed the helpless guard face-first against the wall next to her, smashing its skull in. As the oni let go, the limp corpse dropped the the floor in a bloody mess. The werewolf's face was nearly unrecognizable at this point as it sighed its last breath. Jukatai sighed annoyedly as she proceeded forward through the wall she created, popping her into another part of the prison block. She had indeed heard of the events that had taken place outside, yet had not a clue as to why and what was going on. All she knew was it that allowed her, as well as the rest of the inmates here, to escape their prison and make their way back to the surface world. For her, it was about damn time. She had unfinished business to take care up there...
Especially with mankind.
But first, Jukati must escape the Abyss alive. This, however, shouldn't be much of a problem for an oni like her. Eventually she was able to leave the winding hallways and found herself in a large space known as the Lagoon. She had heard about this place from several rogue prisoners earlier, with word having said that this place had weapons and other useful supplies for them to loot. It would be foolish to leave this place without stocking up on a few supplies, or without grabbing a weapon of one's choice. The oni could see several figures in the distance, however she couldn't quite tell as to who they were. Nor did she care for that matter.
For now, Jukati needs a weapon. While her bare hands alone make her a powerful combatant, there was one particular weapon in particular that she missed. If she could find one here, she would be more than ready to face whatever guarded the entrance of the Abyss and beyond. And so she proceeded to wade through the shallow murky waters, while scouring the ground for her quarry.
Kanabō: The staple go-to weapon of a traditional oni warrior, the Kanabō is an iron spiked club that is used to brutally whack opponents to a bloody death. Jukati wields an exceptionally large variant that's stained with dried blood and gore from her past fights.
• Species Traits:
Enhanced Strength/Durability: Like most Onis, Jukati has an incredibly musclebound body that can both deliver and absorb powerful melee attacks. Her immense strength allows her to pick up huge objects such as heavy boulders or large pillars and be able to chuck them for impressive range and speed. She can even punch through solid stone/brick walls and break bones with ease. In addition, a typical adult oni's muscular structure is incredibly dense and durable to the point where it can be capable of tanking hits that would normally crush bone and tear muscles. Such durability varies depending on the kind of oni and its age, which in Jukati's case, plants her as one of the strongest onis in the region.
Elemental Resistance: Depending on where the Oni is located, they are able to harness a particular elemental power that is present in the region they reside. Their methods in gaining such powers vary from element to element, with some being naturally born with it, while others have to train and/or consume various objects related to said element. The confirmed elements that have been found in different Oni "sub-species" are: fire, water, earth, ice, electricity, poison, and darkness. Light Onis are theorized to exist, with the last supposed encounter being thousands of years ago according to ancient text, however no images of such an oni currently exist.
• Special Abilities:
Pyrokinesis: Being a fire Oni, Jukati can channel her attacks throughout her body. She can concentrate them into her punches and kicks, as well as channel it into her Kanabō for more explosive attacks.
Bloodlust: With Jukati's abhorrence for humanity firmly cemented within her mind, given enough rage and fury coursing through her veins, she can temporarily go into a furious berserk mode. Her third eye opens in this form, from her forehead, as her strength and speed intensifies significantly enough to cause a miniature explosions with every punch or kick she makes in rapid succession. She also has a tendency to eat her victims, which after enough victims (which vary) will satiate her bloodlust and revert her back to normal. Human blood in particular gets the job done faster and keeps her more satisfied. Otherwise, she will have to let it wear out over a period of time or simply beat the poor opponent to the ground.
• Inventory:
Arm Wraps: Usually seen wrapped around her arms.
Iron Chain: If she ever needs to restrain/whip somebody.
• Background:
Born in the village of Jun-Kari, located deep in the heart of the northern Apocalypta Volcanic Range, Jukati-oni was born to a local Fire-Oni clan. She was the daughter of the clan's chieftain, Jaëghata-Khan, who was both beloved by his people and utterly revered by his enemies, and had a younger sister named Rikata-oni. The Khan had both a fiery spirit and a fiery temper, both of which had been passed down and magnified within both daughters, with Jukati being the more hot-tempered of the two. Still, the two sisters had an incredibly close bond with one another, even if it was often the older sister who often resorted to playful-bullying and horse-play. And by the time she was 15, the older oni sister was an extremely powerful warrior.
However, they were born within the midst of rising tension that shifted throughout the local area. For the past 10 years, the tribe had encountered more and more of their greatest enemy - they being humans. The onis thought of them as greedy and selfish apes that had no regard for sympathy and would steel anything they can to advance their agendas, while the humans considered the onis as mindless and savage monsters that endanger their very civilization. They had a history of great wars and skirmishes, followed by uneasy cold wars, before going into another war with one another. Peace had been suggested by both sides before, each for different reasons, but none would let the other faction take control. Their conflicts would usually result in stalemates, with only minor victories from each side.
As Jun-Kari was protected by the natural elements, with unstable terrain, volcanic activity, and the chance of encountering rogue onis or monsters, it was very difficult for a non-oni individual to get to - let alone a human being. However, while it's extremely difficult, it doesn't mean that it was impossible. The humans slowly began to double their efforts, as more soldiers began traversing for a way to rid the base, and indeed they found a secret passage way for them to get closer to the village while bypassing the worst of what Apocalypta had to offer.
And when they reached the village, the humans showed no mercy. And the village onis had no idea that they were coming until it was too late. Donning crude masks that mocked their long-time enemy, the soldiers proceeded to ransack the village and slaughter all who were in their way. Jukati fought well as she killed a great number of humans, however the soldiers they brought were not your local variety. It was comprised of an elite guard that was sent by a King a hundred miles to the south, one who also abhorred onis just as much as the local militia. In the end, the fire onis were no match, and as their Khan dueled the head captain of the elite guard, he ordered his daughters to escape the carnage. As they reached the exit, the two were separated as rock and debris planted them on opposite sides. Jukati found herself on the other side of the wall, while Rikata was stuck within the now burning village. Despite her impressive strength, she was unable to break through the debris and was forced to leave the scene and mourn the lost of her sister and her clan.
When she returned just a day later, she would find that everyone she loved was dead. Her father had perished and her sister was nowhere to be seen. This prompted Jukati to reveal a strain of raw, unbridled rage from within her body, one that demanded vengeance to be placed upon the humans who murdered her people. So when she discovered a patrol who were scouring the wreckage for any survivors, she viciously attacked them in a bloodthirsty rage. She ripped and teared through the soldiers, each crying out in utter agony and pain as they were given a violent, gory death. It was this very event where the enraged oni first tasted human blood, which she found herself enjoying it. So much in fact, that it was able to calm her down...
As well as jumpstarting a vicious craving for more.
Jukati then proceeded to rip apart every human who got in her way, often eating them if she felt hungry enough or simply just for sport. For every man, woman, or child she killed, she craved more blood. No one was safe from her wrath and she was revered for having ravaged entire villages and hamlets just to quell her thirst for the crimson ichor of man. To the oni, she believed she was doing her village a favor for killing all of these humans, something she did almost constantly for 3 bloody years. For the very few who survived her vicious bloodthirsty antics, they brought with them terrible stories of her destruction and mayhem. They begged for the local kingdoms and prayed to their gods for anything to quell her fury, for they believed her to be the devil incarnated.
Yet they were given only one option to keep Jukati at bay... they had to toss her down into the deep, dark, Abyss.
It was not an easy feat to pull off, as they had to lure the oni for hundreds, if not thousands, of miles towards the nearest entrance. They were even forced to sacrifice many of their own just to ensure that she would follow them. yet all would soon pay off. As soon as they reached the entrance, one final battle took place that almost costed the life of every soldier fighting for their lives. Yet in the end, through the help of some exceptionally powerful allies and magic, they were successful in their efforts and imprisoned Jukati within the dark prison. Tried as she might, the oni would be unable to make her escape, forcing her to remain trapped there for over a decade. Humanity could breath a sigh of relief, knowing that at least one evil had been taken care of...
For the time being.

Super-Transforming-Armor-to-Bike-Set (STABS): Yuki's primary asset is her specialized bike, which in turn can transform into a "power suit" for her to wear in more combat-oriented situations.
Bike Mode: In bike mode, it can reach a top speed of 150 mph and is able to grip onto metal surfaces via magnets in its specialized treads. The twin thrusters in the back allow her to boost for a limited time, which can also be directed downwards to allow for it to jump over any obstacles in its way. It also has a pillar-shaped compartment in the back to store small to medium sized objects.
Arsenal: Bike's arsenal is limited compared to its "Power Suit" mode, however it can still produce quite a punch. Most of these weapons are often fitted onto the vehicle before it goes into combat. It can be modified to mount twin plasma lasers on the front of the vehicle, or twin "Spiral Grenade Homing Missiles" for one time use. The storage compartment at the back of the vehicle can also be outfitted to be a rear-facing grenade missile launcher, which can also be only used once per battle. The only other installed weapon the vehicle has is a large power-drill that can emerge to be used either as a drilling vehicle or a battering ram to drill through opponents' flesh.
Power Suit Mode: From bike mode, Yuki can have it merge with her to become her power armor by pressing a button on her armor's midriff. Shares the same power bank as in bike form, but uses it faster.
Booster Pack: Power suit can allow Yuki to hover for a limited time so long as she holds down the boosters before the initial thrusters are reset. This can allow her to keep up with Arial Drivers, but being that it has a short time limit per boost, doesn't classify her power suit as one.
Hand Drills: Retractable drills that are formed by Yuki's "Twin Lance Drill Plasma Pistols", which can fire both lasers and customized-missiles. They can also be used to drill through rock and metal, as well as piercing GMG flesh and armor.
Twin Plasma Laser Cannons: Taking the form of a rapid stream of yellow energy blasts, the weapon can be cooled and recharged repeatedly as it fires, preventing it from overheating and allowing the suit to continuously use the attack for an extended period of time.
Spiral Grenade Homing Missiles: They are fired from the suit's hands and spin through the air towards their target, piercing their skin and flesh like a drill before exploding.
Plasma Maser Cannon: The armor's most powerful weapon is the Plasma Maser Cannon, a powerful Maser Cannon equipped on its abdomen. It can be fired in semi-rapid succession, however when it's being fired it leaves Yuki's abdomen exposed and compromises the suit's armor.
Weapon Overload: Only used in a last ditch assault, Yuki can overload her suit's systems to fire every single weaponry in her arsenal at maximum power. Doing this however drains her suit to dangerously low levels, if not completely, making her unfit for combat and has to be retrieved by MFF staff.
Mech Suit: Still in its prototype stages, this giant mech suit was designed to allow Yuki to face off against giant, or multiple, GMG threats. Schematics reveal that the suit would be able to transform into two separate vehicles, one ground and one air vehicle.
• Inventory:
Twin Drill Plasma Pistols: Yuki carries two plasma pistols that can also be used as drills for drilling and for combat.
Explosives: Depending on whether or not her bike's rear storage compartment is available, Yuki can store explosives in the compartment to be used in combat. Rear compartment is specialized with "anti-shock" padding that prevents the explosive material within to explode when riding on rough terrain.
• Appearance: Pladded in gold armor and standing at a height of 6'8" in human form, Ghidorah is a unique specimen, especially amongst the cast of primarily female monsters. He has naturally dark-tan skin, with long luscious blonde hair, red eyes, and sports both a strong and fairly-feminine physique. His armor is made primarily out of the golden scales that makes up his terrifying beast form, as well as a crimson undergarment, and a long cape with two long strands down the middle that represent his two tails. His cape can alsp turn into wings on the spot, allowing Ghidorah to fly in his human form. Two of his dragon heads act as shoulder pads while the third sits upon his head like a crown.
• Age: Unknown; Thousands of Years Old
• Monster Type: Hydra | Three-Headed Space Dragon
• Special Abilities:
Bio-Electric Capabilities: Ghidorah's iconic ability is his manipulation of electricity. Both his armor and morphology had evolved to fluently conduct all manners of electricity and is able to both power him up and unleash devastating electrical attacks. He can fire them from his fingers in his human form, or from his three mouths in his beast form. If he absorbs a significantly powerful surge, he can even launch electricity from his wing tips.
Storm Manipulation: Also due to his bio-electrical capabilities, Ghidorah is able to control localized weather patterns to create artificial storms on command.
Flight: Ghidorah's wings - both in human and beast forms - allow him to fly for extremely long distances. His wings in his beast form are also strong enough to issue powerful hurricane-force winds.
• Background: From the moment that Metphies Astrallius existed into the world, the Universe seemed to strive against him. Born on Planet X - the second planet of three in the Galgarious System - was a highly advanced monarchial society known as the Ghidorians. They were a long-standing race, having existed for several thousand years and was almost entirely made up of female members. However, every one hundred years, a male Ghidoraian would be randomly birthed into existence for reasons no one quite understood. However, what everyone seemed to understand was that male specimens were a sign of ill-fortune. This belief steamed from one male individual - who became king 2000 years ago - and issued a tyrannical rule over the entire race for a hundred years. His so-called "Reign of Terror" was only finally brought down after being assassinated by his own advisors who loathed him, only for another male (separate to the tyrant) to be born and swiftly killed shortly after due to the overwhelming fear of another tyrant king.
This, along with how different male Ghidoraians looked and behaved in general, was enough for society to deem them as inferior beasts at best, or cursed prophecies at worst. This lead to their queen, Xythania Ghidorah*, ordering all officials to confiscate and kill any newborn male specimens found or reported, regardless of their parents' lineage, heritage or otherwise.
Metphies was supposed to be killed when word broke out of his existence and indeed did his family* encounter the royal guard break into the very hospital they resided in mere minutes after he was born. They took the male Ghidorian to Queen Xythania, where it was decided that he would be burned alive. Yet just before they could commence the deed, the mother appeared alongside the guard to testify against their action and to save their newborn son. After several long, grueling minutes of having to hear their desperate pleading, begging and promise swearing, the Queen made the cautionary decision to - for the first time in Ghidorian history - let Metphies live. However, she would only allow it under the condition that he must not commit a single major crime or disturbance against the general public, or he will be executed without parole. The parents begrudgingly agreed and were able to keep their son under the watchful eye of the monarch.
For most of his youthful years, Metphies was able to stay out of causing trouble, partially due to his strict upbringing with his parents and how they masked the truth from him so he could potentially live the most normal life possible. However, this didn't prevent trouble from finding him. Being the only male within a sea of female citizens, he was constantly bullied and harassed by his peers. At first it would start off rather tame, but the older Metphies became the more brutal and harmful they became. He would find himself mentally humiliated, brutally beaten, and even sexually assaulted, and yet he couldn't do anything to them or else suffer the consequences. Yet whenever he would address this to other adults, they would only turn a blind eye and not address it fully. As a result, Metphies would always find himself alone, swimming in a pool of abuse and vengeful rage. With no one to turn to - not even his own parents - it would only be a matter of time before something sets him off.
And indeed, something does.
When Metphies was 19, he was assaulted by a gang of older woman on school grounds, who began mocking him. When he wouldn't react to them, the girls would then surround him and began trying to intimate him, as well as shove him around. This eventually would lead them to start undressing him right in public and proceeded to beat him, believing that nothing would come of them. Normally, Metphies would have to let them finish and hope that they would be done soon, for it wasn't the first time he had been under this situation. But this time, it was different. It was as if all that pent up rage that he held for all of his life was finally beginning to break free. He tried to suppress it as best as he could, but it was futile. So for the first time in his life, he fought back by breaking free and swiped his clawed hand at the leader's neck and slicing it open...
Killing her in a slow agonizing manner, as she laid in a pool of her own blood.
As the blood ran down the golden, pristine, stairs, Metphies could feel his world slow down as he took a good look at the mortified people around him followed by his blood-soaked hands. His dead-eyed glare was filled with utter rage for several brief seconds before he realized what he had done. Despite him trying to apologize, it would be too late. Terrified screams and vengeful curses were thrown at him as he would shortly find himself escorted to the Royal Palace and condemned for death the next morning. It would seem as if his fate had been sealed...
But little did he know, his life was about change forever.
Metphies would be approached by a member of a splinter group known as the Exifs*, who had been observing the male ghidorian for some time. The Exifs were made up of various different alien species, mostly being comprised of lesser sub-species of Ghidorians*, They believed that he was prophesied to take over the current Ghidorian regime and lead to a better, more equal society for all, and invited Metphies to come. Thus he does and after five years of being hidden, Metphies developed an army and stormed the Ghidorian palace, killing Queen Xythania Ghidorah, and taking the crown as King Metphies Ghidorah (simply renaming himself as Ghidorah).
Initially, Metphies was a fair king, however his vengeance and mental instability would quickly lead him to brutally subjugate his own subjects. He executed all whom he believed who conspired against him and attempted to produce more male Ghidorians by impregnating/raping random subjects every single day, which failed. Soon enough, he even caught wind that the Exifs who helped him achieve power weren't on his side either, as they wanted to use them so that they could get themselves into power and kill him once the time was right.
In short, had Ghidorah not caught wind of this treachery, it would've most likely went the way like the last tyrant king in power - being killed by his own "trusted" advisors.
This is when Ghidorah finally snapped. Realizing how he'd be unwilling to change the political atmosphere, being unable to produce any sons, and believing that he would be murdered as soon as he stepped down, he came to the conclusion that in order to preserve his own body, he'd have to blow up his entire planet - meaning that he would be killing ten billion citizens in a planetary genocide/exterminatus. He had no more faith in his species and believed that they would be better off extinct than alive.
To do that, Ghidorah would have to overload the main power core within the city that was directly linked the the planet's core, which would cause the planet to destabilize and basically blow up. However, his plan did not go unheard/believed, and eventually a massive battle between the King and the elite royal guard took place in the Core Room. The King, now having access to his monster form, was able to make short work of the resistance and proceeded to overload the core, dooming the unaware public on the surface. There, Ghidorah made a hasty retreat and floated in deep space as Planet X blew up.
Fast forward several thousand years, the hibernating Ghidorah found himself floating aimlessly in space before eventually finding himself on Earth. Now making it his new home, he now declared that he would conquer this new world for himself and destroy all who opposed him.
• Other:
- *In Ghidorian society, the rank of Ghidorah is essentially a title used adjacent to a king/queen. This also allows the user to tap into the traditional three-headed dragon form, at least based on their race.
- *Ghidorian parenting is often described as either managed by a single mother or two "mothers", with one acting more alpha-centric then the other.
