Hmm, how do I do this. I was planning to have Astarte give him to power to have all mortals on Galbar have the ability to use the 5th Element, but enforce a certain set of rules and guidelines in order to use it. The sheet explains it better than I can here.

He will cretae these guidelines, then teach it to his select few. Then create an army, or a division of them.

No idea actually. Theres so much going on at this moment, that planning a DBZ level fight is gonna be hell. Right now, the idea was to have Sin meet for an alliance between thier lands, and let it spiral from thier.

Sin doesn't fear anyone, he made that abundantly clear when he went at Astarte. In the end, his main goal is to take over the world and become a god, everyone, is just a pawn to the cause. EVERYONE!

On another note: I don't think that this 5th Element is what makes gods...godly. In our Universe, I would argue that 5th Element = Might, and Amartia pretty much has that already. I would say that gods are more attuned with the purest of energies, an energy that predates the Universe. This 5th Element would at most be a branch of Astarte's Magic Domain. Of course, it would prove a powerful weapon in the hands of mortals fighting against mortals, but I wouldn't really dub it "the power of the gods."

Yes, we have talked alot about thier meeting together. While it began as peaceful relations, it spiraled into hatred and maybe war.

While one the subject: Saying that its the power of the gods, is just him obscuring it through the eyes of a mortal. The power to create pretty much anything from nothing (not what it will do) makes it seen that way.
