The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

As for running a dice game, simply do much what you do in a real game and add the results of your dice rolls either within or at the end of your post. Players are encouraged to do the same when they post altering takin appropriate actions such as during combat or a skill check. The way dice games tend to be expect more turn-based moments to be somewhat short; can’t detail how your character is throwing twenty attacks unblockable tj the enemy’s face when they statistically only have one attack at a +5 chance to hit.
Don't applaud yet; Malakaus just caught them with their pants down. Now we gotta see if these mercs can defeat the boar, otherwise we got more problems.
Malakaus's ambush was doing well. At least 1/10 of the camp was on fire and most of the soldiers were still in disarray. However within that same chaos, Malakaus saw one of his warriors over extend and get overwhelmed. The warlord snarled; it was unfortunate but inevitable. While ambitious all of these warriors, while trained and hardy, were young and untested in a true battle. Most have only hunted and this would be their first chance to kill men. They were the eager ones who wanted to fight for Malakaus without really considering why the more veteran orcs turned him down. Still Malakaus was able to train them well enough to control them. He saw two more riders attempting to break off and avenge Oyarg's death, but Malakaus roared to get their attention and return to formation.

That being said, it wasn't as if Malakaus didn't intend to get revenge. Those soldiers were among the only few sentries who were ready for a fight, and Oyarg's final moments did a good job gathering them close together. Malakaus would not let it go to waste. He and his riders hurled more flasks of oil at the black tent and the soldiers surrounding it, riding away before they could engage the orcs in melee. Shortly after, more flaming arrows rained upon the camp, burning the oil, tents, and soldiers alike. This was as good of a send-off as a warrior could get; not only did he die in battle, but he had the honor of having his remains burned so that his spirit can join the ancestors in the Grand Fire, commonly known as the sun.

Additionally, for the soldiers who thought they could put out the flames with water they would be in for a nasty surprise. Many may consider orcs as crude and unsophisticated, but that would only make them underestimate the orc's cunning brutality. When the soldiers would dump water onto the flames, the oils which fueled that fire simply jumped out and spread onto anyone and anything nearby; the oil was made of an alchemical grease devices by the clan shamans that can burn even on swamp water. Only by smothering the flames with sand or something fireproof could properly kill the flame. And it's highly doubtful that these mercenary soldiers would think to do anything like that as their soldiers fled and their camps burned.

Malakaus lead his riders out of the camp as blew on his war horn, calling form a deafening roar where the first horn came from. It sounded like a thousand orcs were ready to descend upon the camp, but what came instead was a black cloud that rushed towards the encampment. And within that black cloud was glowing red eyes and a twin sharp tusks. It was an illusion of sorts, but an illusion befitting a brutally cunning orc. With the chaos around them Malakaus would make the army believe that his small group of 30 was in fact a larger force of hundreds or more. With the black smoke moving towards the camp, they may even suspect some sort of magic. But in truth, it was only one boar carrying two large bundles which created much black smoke, so thick that not even elven eyes could pierce the darkness. Only the flames that lit the bundles could be seen and they were positioned in such a way that they looked like demonic eyes. But the brutality of this tactic was that while there was not an army of one hundred orcs within this cloud there was a mighty boar beast, the strongest of it's kind. The terror of the Tartarus Mountains, a spawn of the Erymanthian Boar. While not as large or as unstoppable as the legendary creature, it is still far more dangerous than the boars that Malakaus and his rider's were mounted on. It had a hide thick enough to ward off pikes with tusks sharp enough to tear apart walls.

The only problem was that none of Malakaus's warriors, not even himself, could actually control the damn thing. They had merely lured it here with bait before setting it on fire to ravage the camp. Hence why Malakaus and his riders now needed to quickly clear the area before they too become a victim of the Erymanthian spawn. With any luck the boar and the mercenary army will sufficiently weaken each other enough for Malakaus to drive one or the other off. Worse case scenario, the boar proves to be too effective and drives off or even slays the entire army itself without taking too much damage, making that Malakaus and his riders need to figure out how to drive it away before it destroys the town. But Malakaus doesn't really see that as too much of a problem. He had a plan for that too.

As his group gathered back together he shouted orders for them to switch. Those who were archers now joined him with oil flasks, and those who rode alongside him into the camp took out their black bows. Many fear the orcs for their savage strength and their sheer numbers, and they are the classic barbarian hordes who would ravage a countryside with axes and clubs. Malakaus's clan was no different, at first. But he was different from the other orcs. He knew their true strength when they did not. Many would think the longbow is an elven weapon, meant for those with greater accuracy and dexterity. But what they don't realize is that a proper war bow is not a dainty weapon for some graceful waif. It requires great strength to draw back an arrow that can kill a man. Humans need to raise archers within multiple generations, making sure they have a noble's life to keep them strong and able. But an orc doesn't need that sort of pampering. Orcs had raw strength, and that's all they needed. With their raw strength even a novice orc could use a war bow with a draw strength close to 200 pounds. All it took from there was training them to hit their marks, and then to do that while mounted on a moving boar.

As Malakaus and his group changed formations, he raised a banner high into the air for Maren to see. The banner was also topped with an orcish crest, a symbol of his clan. The banner belonged to his father, Sir Aeon Archange. He had been one of the knights loyal to Maren who escorted her to safety when her brother had usurped the throne. An idealistic man to the very end as he was killed when Malakaus's own tribe had ambushed Maren's party on their way to Tamberle. He had thought, because he had a lover in the tribe, that they came to his aid. But instead they too had been paid by that treacherous Mago to hunt down Maren. When Malakaus had learned what had happened to his biological father, he had rebelled and slew the tribe leader. This created further chaos within the tribe as multiple clans fought for power, while Malakaus's own clan, Clan Vorinclex, fled for their own safety.

Malakaus wanted Maren to see this banner along with his clan's crest so that she knew where his loyalties lie. He came here representing his clan, but he was fighting on behalf of his father, who had been loyal to Maren to his last breath. Hopefully this would be enough to convince her and her allies to see that Malakaus isn't a threat to them and help out in some way, either by attacking the mercenaries once they were weakened or at least not shooting Malakaus and his warriors when they approach the town.
Alas, he died as he lived: with honor and glory.
War horns sounded in the distance. But they were not from any normal human horns of brass and metal. No, this was a sound more akin to a great beast, bellowing a ferocious roar. A beast with an insatiable hunger. A hunger for violence. From the opposite side of the horns came a hail of flaming arrows peppering the war camp of the entrenched mercenaries. Arrows meant to sow chaos and confusion as oppose to causing any major casualties, but this strike was aimed specifically for a food and wood storage within the camp, to ensure that major supplies are burned to the ground. Pouring out from the hills affair came a strange sort of cavalry; instead of horses, they were large boars. And riding them were not men, but orcs.

Leading the charge was their leader, Malakaus Urabrask Vorinclex. A half-orc bastard of a knight who once served Maren. He died sometime later due to treachery, but before he passed Malakaus learned of him and his claim to bridge an alliance between his savage tribe with someone who could claim the throne. Orcs have always been a regular enemy to humanity, but Malakaus had dreams of uniting his people to become more than raiders and murderers who lived in caves and camps. To that end, he had watched this mercenary army to gauge their strength, and in turn gathered up a small band of orcs willing to fight for him. It wasn't a large force, only about thirty including himself, but Malakaus was not here to defeat this army, but to drive them away. Their tactics was to disrupt and weakened, and hopefully Maren's own forces could actually clean up the rest.

It looked as though Malakaus and his small unit of boar riders were going to catch the disorganized mercenary rabble, but instead he shouted out something in his brutish mother tongue and hurled clay flasks of oil onto more tents and solid structures. Long range archers then fired more flaming arrows, running away before the mercenaries could catch or fire back. They had to keep moving; while the orcs and their boars were naturally strong and vigorous, they lacked the more sophisticated armors and weapons the humans had. Malakaus himself was the only orc who had a proper metal breastplate and a steel battleaxe, while the rest of his kin had only harden leather armor, bows, and stone-tipped spears.
The trio of goblins soon came across a scene of a struggle, likely where Jeeze was. First thing Orchid did was look for any blood or remains. If animals got to her, there had to be some bloodshed. But no, Orchid didn’t see much. Perhaps she didn’t look hard enough. But as she was looking at the scene she figured it out somewhat quickly that Jeeze didn’t put up much of a fight. Orchcid could see where Jeeze was and where she was knocked down. No blood near that spot, so whatever beast or monster got to her didn’t just immediately tear into her. But soon she saw Jeeze’s little goblin foot prints walking farther away. She had lived, somehow. But there were more tracks also going the same direction Jeeze was. Rat tracks. Orchid would recognize them easily, even upscale as they were right now.

When Orchid heard rustling she readied her sharp club for combat, but it turned out to be Sqwal. The little twerp saw Jeeze get taken. Orchid was angry at first but calmed herself before she did anything; Sqwal wasn’t that big of a fighter either. Even if he was there at best he might’ve been able to wound them, but likely couldn’t kill them. He wasn’t wntirely useless though as he gave Orchcid valuable intel. It was strange rat creatures, including one that walked on two legs.

Crispy and Orchid would reach the same conclusion though Crispy was more vocal about it. The other monsters from the cave, reincarnated like Orchid, had taken Jeeze. But why? They obviously attacked her here. Jeeze was hardly a threat to them. She didn’t even have a weapon. If they had killed her to eat her Orchid wouldn’t been furious, but frankly that’s just how life is out here. But Jeeze was alive. They took Jeeze alive. Why? As a Slave? To eat later? Surely those rats don’t know Orchid, not would they have bothered to keep her hostage to asway Orchid’s wrath.

A little thought came up in the back of Orchid’s mind. A thought that she’s been harbouring for a while, but one that now has resurfaced with more strength. ”I cant trust them. Not the humans.” Once more it appeared that the selfish acts of other reincarnated humans continued to inconvience Orchid. First was the attack on the goblin camp, and now one of them have taken Jeeze. Orchid couldn’t claim any innocence, but neither could they. All of her problems have literally started because of something they did.

”We get Jeeze back, and if those rats are still here we’ll kill em. We still need better gear before we start any fights with those weird monsters.” Orchid didn’t have a spear or anything for Sqwal, so she simply took out her spare club and handed it to Sqwal. ”Sqwal you’re with us now. Stay near Biggs and watch his back. Crispy, you and me take the lead. If we find those rats and they have Jeeze we’ll distract them while the other two save her. Once she’s safe then we’ll burn them all nice and crunchy.” Orchid was certain that those monsters still remember Crispy, so he’ll make for a good distraction. With their literal firepower up front that ought to keep the rat’s attention while the other two went to save Jeeze. Orchid only hoped she won’t be too late. Once everyone formed up

Nah I made that post on my cellphone. The n is really close to the space bar so when I’m typing in a rush I miss out on the n, and when I follow it up with more letters auto correct doesn’t make a compound word. “Could t” doesn’t combine into couldn’t for example.
As the party reconverged back to the cave, they had to face off against the lone violent bidoof. Celina’s peck seemed to have done a small bit of damage, poking into the beaver’s skin enough to make a small wound. Oddly enough, no blood. The bidoof flared at Celina but knew it could t attack her while she was still in the air. Instead it turned its attention to the insulting seedot. Figuring him for easy prey the bidoof ran full tilt and tackled the seedling. Unlike running into the walls, this actually hurt Nathan, but not enough to knock him out.

It was in that moment that Trevor and Lance would have the most optimal moment to land a hit on the bidoof, but when their claws came I to contact with the Pokémon, they felt nothing. Their hands went right through the bidoof as if it was thin air. But it surely wasn’t an illusion as Celina and Nathan could attest; it had some physical presence to harm and be harmed. But those experienced in Pokémon might know why their attacks didn’t work.

Somehow or another, this Bidoof was also a ghost type. It snarled as it readied itself for its next attack.
Looks good to me. Sorry for not having write a post, I kinda felt like there wasn’t anything Orchid would need to do that isn’t just “see’s the crossroad, watches carefully”.
Ethan

Ethan took a leap off the rooftop to try and cross to another rooftop. However the sheer exhaustion in his body was too much for his determination. He barely caught the edge of the rooftop and prevented himself from falling to his doom, and still managed to clamor his way up. But in the process Ethan's torch would fall to the ground, leaving him with only a sling and the blinding darkness ahead of him. Fortunately, the clouds moved to provide some moonlight so Ethan isn't entirely stumbling around in the dark. By the time he managed to run across the roofs to find Red Chaser, he'd see her locked in pitch combat against the last surviving goblin. The sallow skinned gremlin had managed to shatter her bow, but she wasn't defenseless as she drew her shortsword and sliced the goblin's shoulder. It was a deep cut, but not enough to kill the monster as he winded up for another attack. Ethan could barely make out their forms from his position, and could only discern the difference thanks to the height distance.

He still had some stones. While he would have a disadvantage to striking the goblin from here, perhaps if he was lucky he could still land a useful blow. Or perhaps if he could do something to distract or even scare off the goblin. There was much Ethan could do, and very little time to do it. He must take action.

Antaeus

"Mr? Sod off wif dat, I ain't some old salt! Just Kat'll be fine." As everything was arranged into Maeda's home, Kat would soon take his leave. "Sorry mate, but I gotta hit up Barthen's for he closes up shop. I'll be back though if ya still need me. If not, I'll probs be at da tavern. Take care of yerself." With the orc gone, Maeda began to strip the silver hair girl of her clothing, applying medicine to her cuts and bruises. She listened to Antaeus telling her about the attack but she simply nodded. Maeda seemed much more focus on operating on the girl. "Of course I can save her. I've seen worse. But it is a good thing you brought me as soon as you did." Maeda took out some small knives and began to cut open the girl in order to operate on her broken bones. But what Maeda found was far more interesting. She looked over to Antaeus with a small smirk. "I'll take good care of her. It's getting rather late though, you should head home. Stop by tomorrow and I'm sure she'll be thankful in the morning."
