Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

Bio

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Should probably wait to see what the rest of the dungeon looks like first. Darc's secret tunnel is probably going to be connected to the Sanctum to somewhere else in the dungeon, and maybe a few more tunnels connecting to other rooms if possible.
@Mae I'll go with the Tier 1 Secret Tunnel for now. It's more important for Darc to have as many escape routes as he can first before he starts rigging the place to be as deadly as possible for people who walk on two legs or more.

Edit: I should also note that these secrete tunnels would be one that generally speaking, only Darc and other slimes can practically use. Things like ventilation shafts on the ceiling (So they're hard to reach without stacking something to the ceiling) or sewage pipes beneath the floor (Smelly and cramp). Maybe other small sized creatures could get through but for the most part Darc is designing the tunnels for himself first.
There were four guardsmen here. From the look of their uniforms, they weren't of very high rank, more or less basic grunts. One of them seemed to carry himself with more swagger than the others, perhaps due to some level of seniority. "Aye. There is a problem here: An orc slave ship just showed up, sans orcs, but with many slaves. These lands are still Doros and we don't tolerate slavery in this country. Added that we have some trouble with orcs as of late, you'll understand that we'll have to confiscate this property and bring the slaves in for questioning." From the way the man speaks, you're well aware that this is the moment he expects some form of bribery. The other slaves look on from the boat, a mix of fear and uncertainty on their faces. Your deck wizard had something to say about this. "You don't see any orcs because we killed those orcs. And precisely because those orcs have been a menace, and by the Right of Acquisition, that ship and their possessions are ours to do with what we wish." Nyx stood her ground, arms crossed, but hidden in her hand was her small wooden wand, ready to join you if you want to start something.
The girl would leave to go fetch another wagon. As soon as she was out of sight Buddy turned to you with a note. "Sereph? Like Pylia's friend? Suspicious." Buddy seemed to have the same thoughts as you did when the girl introduced herself. As you were waiting a few people passed by, some commenting on you and Buddy's strange appearance. It wasn't along before a pair of guardsmen came over. Unlike the ones in the market, these men had much fancier armor and were bigger. "Excuse me. We've received reports of some sort of accident happening here. Would you two have any information about what happened?" Buddy looked at the guards but you could see that he was glancing at you to answer, for obvious reasons.
Darc would definitely want some secret tunnels scattered around the dungeon, to help facilitate his own movements in and around the dungeon. Maybe a couple of strategic pitfall traps that adventurers would need to take time to deal with and then BAM! Darc and his slime bois come outta no where and push em into the pit.
@Dark Cloud

Hmm. See if this works.

If it doesn't it won't matter too much. Tis just for appearances anyways.
Well I ain't got no girlfriend, hell I don't even know if this qualifies as a girl, but I do have an idea for who Darc's Vile Friend is! Say hello to Cthylla, Darc's mutual friend back when they were both still barely sentient slimes. Unlike Darc, Cythlla ended up tagging along with a new master to the Cradle Abyss. Unlike Darc's master who died an inglorious death at the hands of adventurers, Cythlla's master elevated themselves beyond humanity and has become one of the eldritch abominations that come from the Abyss. Cythlla herself has received a massive power upgrade and is basically a dungeon lord herself, however she still acts in a servile role to her new master, hence her attire.

Darc finds it strange that despite being levels above him and even their former master Cythlla still acts the part of a servant. However she gave Darc a handy lesson in handling power and authority and how sometimes it's easier and more efficient to operate behind the scenes acting as if you're just another pawn, instead of the true master mind. With that in mind Darc mainly sees Cythlla in order to figure out how he too can grow stronger and become a monstrous being like her, as well as give him important connections via the Unfathomably Unknown (Aka otherworldly knowledge) if he needs anything. For a price of course. In exchange she has vague plans that may involve Darc in order to spread the influence of her eldritch master, which Darc is A-Okay with.
@Mae

Do we get to make up our vile friend or will it be a more vague and random NPC?
They’re no so much zombies as animated dead puppeteered by my own slime. They have about as much a chance of eating you in your sleep as Darc does.
I actually propose that our Imps are skeletons and zombies, with the traits of stupid and creepy. We don’t need them to be competent when it comes to combat and in fact would want them to be dumb enough to sacrifice themselves on our behalf. The creepiness will ensure that anything that be Orcs spot them will be scared of them, and won’t have any funny ideas of trying to investigate.

As for how we get zombies, they’re more or less Darc’s slimes animated the remains of people and things we’ve killed. Kinda like what he’s doing with the dwarf who’s skin he’s wearing.
