I like the idea of diverse imps, actually, that's pretty cool.

I actually propose that our Imps are skeletons and zombies, with the traits of stupid and creepy. We don’t need them to be competent when it comes to combat and in fact would want them to be dumb enough to sacrifice themselves on our behalf. The creepiness will ensure that anything that be Orcs spot them will be scared of them, and won’t have any funny ideas of trying to investigate.

As for how we get zombies, they’re more or less Darc’s slimes animated the remains of people and things we’ve killed. Kinda like what he’s doing with the dwarf who’s skin he’s wearing.

Undead is bad news, Krieg falls asleep wakes up to being chewed on by zombies, not good.

I would agree if we were in a crypt.

They’re no so much zombies as animated dead puppeteered by my own slime. They have about as much a chance of eating you in your sleep as Darc does.

You can now add a Vile Friend to your sheet. During the next phase you'll have the opportunity to make friends with a monster or neutral creature in the region who is sympathetic to your cause. They are more or less friendly to you, and can be contacted for help, items, information, minions, slaves, and so on. This will be one of your points of contact to the world beyond the realm of your Dungeon. For example, Zaz'ac might be interested in a Kobold Rogue from Myre's Root.

@Kenshi so the location information provided is basic for simplicities sake. But there's no reason there couldn't be Minotaurs at Frontier Town or Myres Root for example :D
