Current Hey, I hate to say this, but I am probably leaving this place for the forseeable future. Those who are waiting for me on RPs can just... stop waiting, I guess. Sorry, all.

Well, @Truant, I believe what's wrong with you is in the name... your ability is Truant, you only get to act every other turn.

@Ampharos Boy, I guess that means you're going to get cave adaptation by the time this whole thing is done, and you'll vomit as soon as you leave your house, lol.

You ever read one of your RPs from years ago and just laugh at how bad it is?

Dragons vs unicorns, huh? I'm horribly biased in this case 'cause I HATE horses, so... dragons.

Dorter, Trade City

@Cyrania
"I see... so your kin is all that remains of your kind? That's quite sad," Livia responded to your question. She then opens the door to an oddly out of the way house, where several viera, just like her seem to be gathered. The place didn't seem large enough to fit all of them, and each one seemed to have different specialties. One of them for instance, seemed to have a bow, quiver of arrows, and was clearly an archer, whereas another held a staff and wore green. A mage, but something told you her spells might not be for damaging enemies. They appeared to be in the middle of some sort of debate when you entered, with three of the five present (minus Livia, herself) saying that they should stay here, in Dorter, whereas the other two seemed to want to leave, explaining that without everyone else, there won't be anything for them here... that they should go with the rest of the town. Livia took her side, apparently wanting to leave, making it a tie. After a particularly heated argument where a few breakable items were thrown at each other, two of them, Livia, and one of her sisters turned to you, and the sister asked "What do you think? Should we stay here, in Dorter, where we already know we have walls, or should we take our chances in the wilderness?"

@Evanist

You try to calm and mount the red chocobo...

...and you make a new friend in the process! The notoriously short-tempered red chocobo seems to calm down at the sound of your voice, as if remembering when you took care of him, and, of course, your natural knack for taking care of chocobos seems to have come into play. (New mount: Red chocobo... would you like to name the chocobo?)

After seeing you ease the riled bird, the other keeper finally tells you something "Ah, yes... shame what happened to the old rider, and a shame that you're too late. Had a bangaa come in earlier, and tame her. Dunno where HE ran off to with her, though," from his tone, it was clear that he wasn't lying, unfortunately.

@Lugia

The town seemed bustling about, with several trying to move, and or pack as many of their belongings into whatever containers they had, obviously something was going to be left behind. A familiar white mage passes by you, as well as a similarly familiar meat vendor. Both of them seemed as if they were going to move with Dorter, and neither of them payed any real attention to you, of course, since they didn't know you, that was probably a given.

Forest around Dorter

@Eklispe

A familiar voice suddenly erupts from further inside the church "Yes? Who's calling my name?" the voice of a supposed dead man rung out. Of course, you didn't have to go any further yourself, as he quickly made his way towards the entrance. "Ah, Arus, one of my newer recruits. I'm sorry, I was in the middle of my prayers, you see," Holliander seemed to be clutching onto a rather odd deep red colored stone. It didn't look as though it was a beaststone, after all, where would someone from this world get one of those, and stranger yet, it seemed to have an odd etching... one the depicted a constellation, but not a familiar one. What was this stone, what kinds of power did it hold, and what sort of importance did this church hold for that stone?

Darkness... pain... and a few nightmares here and there until finally, I awaken in the middle of some sort of hospital. My vision was somewhat blurry, but I could still make out a tall, reddish, possibly pinkish humanoid, feminine shape entering the place, and asking... something. For some reason, I couldn't hear too well, either. Another shape, this one much more round, and significantly less humanoid seemed to stay in the room even after the humanoid shape left. I muttered something, which seemed to surprise the round figure, which I eventually recognized as a Chansey... a pokemon. She asked me "Oh my, are you awake?" though, at first I couldn't hear it, she repeated herself, and I responded with a groan. The Chansey didn't seem to have anything else to say, but, I did start to feel more energetic, and I did start to feel my wounds heal up a bit. I finally tried something, I tried to move my hand in front of my face. Unfortunately, however, I was greeted with a wing rather than a human hand. A wing similar to a bat's, yet... it wasn't quite the right color for a Zubat's, or even a Crobat's. "Wha... happened?" I finally ask, rather than mutter, which got a response from the Chansey with "Oh... you came out of the Stargate, when I found you, you were severely hurt, as well as the others..." The Stargate...? Wait... was that what I saw in my dreams yesterday? I came here from my dream...? I thought, though it sounded downright strange for any sort of dream to have an effect on reality, and yet, here I was. I finally managed to move out of my bed, and start trying to walk around this strange place, leaving the med cabin or whatever that place was after thanking the Chansey who rescued me, and not even giving a second thought to that word 'others...'

After a few failed attempts, I finally got the hang of flying, and I started to wonder where I should go after this. I wonder... perhaps there are some pokemon I don't know anything about... and if these pokemon can speak, perhaps they can write, and if they can write, I'm sure they'd have some sort of records about themselves... maybe I should head to the library, and figure out about these pokemon I don't know about. I decide, heading for the library, or, rather, flying to the nearest pokemon, and ASK where it was, and THEN head to the library after getting hopelessly lost in the town which I eventually learned was called 'Medburn', and was somewhat famous for, well, having access to the Stargate. Once I was in the library, I searched almost until I found 'A Compendium of Pokemon Species and Types' by ... someone who wanted to remain anonymous for some reason. Reading through the book, I found out about literally hundreds of pokemon that I didn't know about before, but... something got to me... there was a whole TYPE I didn't know about... it was listed after steel in this, and once I read the name of that type, I nearly screamed. I finished the book, skimming through and reading only whatever details might become necessary, and then I heard someone behind me "Oh, are you finished with your book?" I turned around to see a Sylveon... one of those new 'fairy' types. I accidentally used screech on the Sylveon, something that he (I could tell he was a he, judging from his voice) didn't appreciate very much, and I flew off in a panic... those fairies were immune to dragon type moves, and, not only that, but their moves were effective against dragons, like myself. I had no clue where I'd end up in my panic, but I honestly hoped that it would be far away from the nearest fairy... I didn't need one of those ruining something what was now REALITY.
The mayor, upon hearing all of us speak for a while, eventually decided "Then I will have the town move! I've even got the perfect spot to move to... erm, if you don't mind acting as members of our budding army for just this trip, that is," I was shocked by that. Us? In any army, let alone a kobold army, which hasn't existed for more than a century!? "Um.... well..." I end up stuttering, eventually coming up with "We'll help, but, I... um... don't feel as if I'm worthy of being in any sort of army," the mayor seemed content with that, and, upon exiting the town hall, with me following, he shouted "MY BRETHREN!" once he seemed to have everyone's attention, including the non-kobold ogres, goblins, and even trolls that were in the town, he continued "WE ARE TO MOVE OVER THE MOUNTAINS TO THE EAST! THERE'S A DRAGON STRONGHOLD THAT WE CAN USE AS OUR TOWN IN THAT DIRECTION!" he shouted loudly enough so that as many civilians could hear as possible. An ogre raised his hand and asked "How will we fight the various creatures or humans that may impede our travel?" the mayor's eyes almost seemed to shine, and he turned towards me for a moment, gesturing for me to step forwards, which I did, and afterwards, he continued "OUR ARMY, AS WELL AS THE TOWN'S SAVIORS WILL AID US, THEY WILL SURROUND US CIVILIANS AND ENSURE THAT NO HARM WILL COME TO US!" he then spoke directly to the ogre, and said, in a much more quiet voice "That was a good question, by the way, thank you for helping me clear that up with everyone," with that, the entire town seemed to start packing whatever belongings they had into whatever containers they had... it was honestly quick, given that most kobolds were used to moving around, and constantly moving from city to city.
I'm just kinda wondering what's going on right now, and where I'd have to be.
Well, I know everyone's going to wait on that, so... TIME... SKIP!
[Spruce]

I was about to finish off the last sneasel, even having a one-liner ready just for that, however... that murkrow dive-bombed into him, instead, finishing him off for me, and taking the final KO himself. "Say... who exactly are you, mystery murkrow?" I ask the murkrow, having not heard anything about him, and having not even seen him until recently. "...Daniel..." he said to me with some hesitation. He then continued with "Also... I'm a shadow pokemon," I took a few steps back with that, not wanting to shake his wing, even though he did offer at that point. Instead, I shouted "ANTHONYYYYYYYYYY! I need to talk to you!" I then ran right over towards him, in his usual spot for this adventure, on top of Kamina's head. "Ah, there you are. Uh, Kamina, mind lowering Anthony for a bit? I need to speak with him about one of his, and temporarily our party members," after Kamina lowered Anthony, or if he didn't just after a bit of hesitation, I started whispering to Anthony "You... do realize that murkrow of yours is a shadow pokemon, right?" he looks at me with a look of disgust, and then says something I didn't expect him to "Of COURSE I knew. Why the heck would that matter, anyways, huh!?" Anthony also shouted rather than try to keep it secret, and I tried to say something, but he wasn't listening anyways "But... shadow pokemon are evil, aren't they? M, you have to agree with me on this, right?" of course, it might not have been smart to include M in this as he was being quiet again, probably reflecting on the battle at hand, so, I ended up also asking "Celes, you agree with me, right? That shadow pokemon, like Desia, are evil?" it started to get late, so, Anthony, ignoring me, said "Let's just get some shut-eye, and no, Spruce, nobody's leaving the team,"

For some reason, everything just seemed better to me, and I mean everything from the food to the floor just seemed amazing as I had my dinner, and left, that is, after a brief interruption by the guildmaster which I wasn't paying any attention to, honestly, and headed right to my bed. Sure, there was some complaining and random noise going on around me, but it just didn't seem to matter at this point, not with what I just overcame. Oddly, I was almost silent through this entire trip, which seemed somehow longer than it usually was, and, once I got to my bed, I had the most amazing dreams. None of them included my father, and a few of them included Spruce leaving that eevee he was with to go with me, instead... heh, as if that would ever happen, but it still made for a pleasant dream. I was already certain that I would wake up in the best of moods tomorrow morning, and I was almost certain that my team would take notice. Oddly, I also felt some sort of energy as I slept, no, it didn't wake me up or anything, but... maybe I'm almost ready to evolve... or maybe I'm just excited to wake up tomorrow, knowing that my own nightmare can be overcome, that he can be defeated... that he has. The thought that I, along with the rest of Team Green can thwart his evil plots, and even possibly arrest him just seemed to bring me nothing but joy and happiness. Of course, there wasn't much else to do now that I was asleep, aside from sleeping.

Rebbecca was a little slow to get to dinner, well, comparatively, anyways, but she had a pretty funny conversation with 'Team Awesome' about their poses, and she was completely right. In fact, one could argue that they weren't poses, but just a muscle twitch that each of them shared. Once I left the table, I overheard a scream from one of them, possibly that snivy, the stuck-up, arrogant jerk, and looking back inside revealed that Chip kicked him in a splinted that lodged itself in the back of the snivy's leg. I chuckled a little bit, and made sure that I wasn't the last one to bed, and once I was there, I thought to myself Wow, my first mission and it was a huge success! Not only did we get paid a lot of money, but we even defeated a rival team... ON OUR FIRST DAY! I think 'perfect to the last beat' is a fitting motto for us, at least, it is for now. I then start dreaming various, random dreams that made absolutely no sense outside of their logic. I can't even begin to describe them, as I don't remember any of them, all I remember was that they were weird, and that they followed no logic... as most dreams do, of course. During a brief time when I was awake in the night, I wondered whether or not there were pokemon who actually remember their dreams, or if there were any whose dreams had any sort of logic... I then laughed myself to sleep on that ridiculous notion, and continue dreaming up those random dreams.
Alright, posted to the characters tab, and I'll start working on my first IC.

Name: Trevor

Level: 5

Ability: Infiltrator

Moveset: -Screech -Tackle (Even though I could also know Leech Life, and Supersonic by level 5... you said TWO moves... kinda odd.)

History: It all started with the first memory Trevor ever formed... and it was a bad one. His older sister was mad at him for whatever reason, and in response, she threw her tiny fairy doll at Trevor, though, somehow, she managed to throw it right into his open mouth, causing him to choke, and nearly die from the thing... yes, his first memory was of a near-death experience. For a few years after that, he was afraid of anything resembling that fairy doll in any way, and just when he thought that he was finally done being afraid of them, his sister made him try out the Legend of Zelda, a hand-me-down from his uncle who was trying to get rid of his old gaming systems at the time... with what she called 'special, and amazing' cheats. She led him to the fairy fountain, or, one of them anyways, and she told Trevor to try to get one of them... he did, but due to her 'cheats', the fairy didn't heal him like it should have, instead, it made a loud noise and hurt Trevor's character, killing the character, and causing his sister to laugh uproariously, though, Trevor was still young, so he actually thought THIS was what normally happened when you got a fairy in that game, so, he started avoiding them in all future games. A few years later, his uncle brought another old system, the Gameboy, and another old game Final Fantasy something or other... Trevor's memory of that game was kinda fuzzy, but he does remember one thing there, the pixies, now, he didn't know that these things had the defenses of a piece of paper, so he stupidly tried using magic on them with all of his party members and predictably, it didn't go well, with the entire party getting knocked out, and just that one pixie remaining. They've struck again... was Trevor's thought at the game over scene played.

Trevor started playing pokemon after that, starting with his uncle's Red and Blue versions, yes, he had both, and his sister didn't want either of them. Thankfully, there weren't any fairies, or, at least, any sort of 'fairy-type' in the game, and the fairy-like pokemon in the game didn't seem to give him that much trouble. Trevor found a new favorite game series in pokemon, as he quickly went on to get the Silver version, and then, once he finally got a new system in the Gameboy Advance, he got the Emerald version, given that he didn't have the GBA until after Emerald came out. This was the last pokemon game he played... sure, he eventually got a 3DS, but he kinda moved on from pokemon since then, at least, that's what his parents kept telling him, so he got Bravely Default instead. Unfortunately for him, the game pretty much started off with a fairy helper, though, at the time, he didn't think anything of it, and just moved along the story as per normal, with the fairy helper getting more and more... well... strange as the story went forwards. He eventually purified the last crystal in the last world, and that's when he got to fight... HER. His party was underleveled for this fight, and he didn't have the right classes to keep everyone alive, so, every time he booted up the game, he got steamrolled by the boss... and he couldn't go anywhere else. They've struck again... was Trevor's only thought at this, remembering that this boss was, in fact, a fairy.

Then the remakes of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire were coming out. Trevor was, as expected, excited for this, and he saved up some money to get one of the games for himself, even if his parents didn't want him to get it. That's when the dreams started. Much like with Bravely Default, he didn't think much of them at the time, but, they kept getting stranger day by day, but, this was the day, the new pokemon games were finally coming out... he just had to sleep through tonight. He did just that, however, where he woke up wasn't his home, but some sort of rocky wasteland. Trevor didn't get a lot of time to think about, or observe this place, as the next thing he knew, he was attacked by pokemon, as well as other strange creatures he didn't really know about, but assumed were also pokemon, and was knocked out almost immediately. He woke up again, this time in some sort of medical cabin, with a pink, tall pokemon looking over him. He tried to say something, but couldn't due to a mix of exhaustion and pain, and he tried to move his arms only for a wing to come into his view... a wing that resembled a bat's. It wasn't the right color for zubat, golbat, or crobat, so he had no idea what he was, other than that he, at least thanks to the what he now knew was an Audino's speech about how he got here, and where this was. Since that day, he looked around in some books to get information on the pokemon he missed in gen 4, gen 5, and gen 6, and when he was looking at types... he saw it, the fairy type... no... that can't be! It was right after steel, and was immune to dragon-type attacks. He also checked what kind of pokemon he was, and figured out that he was a pokemon known as a Noibat... which was a dragon type. They've struck again...

Personality: Trevor is cautious, if not simply timid. He'll usually try to help out others, however, he'll also be the first to flee in any dangerous situation. Due to some history with his childhood, he's particularly afraid of the fairy type... that being said he doesn't know some pokemon ARE fairy-types, so he won't fear them until he figures that out.

Just a heads up, I may or may not make to so that my character played up to Gen 3 in pokemon. (but he wouldn't know anything about Mystery Dungeon, that might get TOO meta.) The reason for this would be so that he'd assume some pokemon, even if they actually are fairy-types, aren't. IE: the Ralts line, Togepi and Togekiss, the Jigglypuff line... you get the point by now.
