... awww.... but she blushed at Thessa! *Shakes fist* There goes that romance. Thanks Cuddle! (Just messing you with :p)
Thessa patiently waited for her master to dash into the unaware group, keeping her lightsaber at the ready for any spare shots fired their way. Within moments though, her master did what he did best - upfront combat and was fighting all of them in single combat. Even Thessa was impressed by this at times as she still remembered a time when she was little and marveled at what the Force was truly capable of and to see it used with such discipline and focus - for a good cause no less - it was inspiring. As soon as the signal was made though, she powered her saber down and quickly lifted the queen off her legs, causing her to yelp in surprise. Sprinting forward with an equal level of speed, she easily made it to her master, nodding and continuing to the transport ship.

It wasn't hard for the padawan, since she was using the Force to aid her physical attributes and the queen wasn't really that heavy, and she was putting the royal on her feet only within a few flashes later. She smiled lightly to the woman before turning and watching the soldiers opening fire on the Sith line as she looked to Koda quickly. "Now that she is safe, my master and I will see what we can do for your men.." She really didn't know the man and in a situation like this, she was more often professional and quickly made her way back to Honutu, igniting her saber as she cut down the last few remaining Sith soldiers.

"Master - the captain's men." Gesturing to the other side of the doors, she knew that her master knew exactly what was happening. Part of the hallways had been slammed shut and the familiar feel of the Dark Side was creeping through, forcing Thessa to tense in ready, but still fairly confident in her abilities - more so in her master's abilities. They had fought a few Sith Apprentices during their time during the war here, so they were no strangers to the padawan.
Going to apologize and make a promise for tomorrow. To be completely honest, I'm playing Skyrim.. I've hardly had time for myself, so that's what I'm doing tonight. I have three role-plays to reply to tomorrow, so I will be doing that. =3
Well on that note, my own will likely be later tonight... I'm tired myself. Might even take a nap, god forbid, haha. Don't worry too much about SimpleD though.. I'll keep him in check. ^.-
I think I'll post tomorrow. Today is a busy day, but I am loving this role-play so far! Also apologizes if at times I don't take the lead much? I'm more used to being a normal player, but I'll try and add some spice here and there. ^.^
SimpleD is working on a post for me, so I'll be waiting for that mostly, I think... on the off chance I'm being waited on. =3

Onderon Royal Palace - Hallways

"Of course Master," she replied as she used her training to block every single blaster bolt directed in her direction - or any directed as anyone else for that matter. She sounded confident but hardly arrogant, studying her opponent from behind the yellow shimmering of her lightsaber. She knew she was different than most, even more so than her Aura ability, because she was often asking, inquiring, and thinking while others often acted more on instinct. Though in the past it had taken a while for her to learn how to 'let go' or just 'feel' the Force, she had since then learned how to do it without thought like most Jedi, perhaps even enough that some masters might have considered training her as a Blademaster. However she was content on her role as a guardian, ever curious what her natural and unique ability could do, though now was not the time for training or exploration.

Instead, she kept laser focus on the task at hand, slowly making ground forward towards the hanger in face of the heavy fire. It helped that the queen was such a good shot. In fact, it impressed her and while she was not technically allowed such luxuries, she thought the woman was beautiful. It didn't get in the way though as she kept her march forward and her guard was flawless. "I can still sense them your majesty.. you'll get to safety. We will not let you down." Thessa had also been trying to extend her Aura to the republic soldiers, hoping the feeling of inspiration and morale it provided would aid them in surviving and making their senses more acute.

Biography
Left on the footsteps on the Coruscant Jedi Temple, Thessa's entire presence was a mystery from the start, though some of the more superstitious Jedi came to the conclusion she was born of the Force. Though extremely unlikely, there was certainly something about her that alerted many of the Jedi Masters as she seemed unusually strong in the Force, even as a babe. As she grew up among the Order, she was taken in to train in the way of Jedi and the Light Side of the Force, going over teachings when she came to the age to be able to read and write along with basic combat techniques as she grew into her preteen years. Among the temple, many there often felt her presence, feeling calmed and inspired at the same time and often her peers sought her out for advice and guidance. Despite that she didn't know much more than them, she came to expect the welcomed feeling from others, though she often kept them at arm's length - feeling none of them truly attempted to get to know her.

At the age of thirteen, during tensions between the Empire and the Republic, the temple was attacked. Thessa watched from the shadows, wide-eyed as she watched the destruction and sheer power from the invading Sith. Somehow, by a miracle, the same aura that lead others to her was now masking her entire presence - even to the Sith Lord that lead the charge. As they walked away, all the young girl could do was crawl away in a panic to hide before the temple was nearly leveled. By chance or fate, she had found the one place that provided shelter, leaving her one of the rare few to survive and the only one with injuries.

Before long, she was clawing out of the rubble when she felt Honutu's hand grab her and pushed the debris away using the Force. Instantly, she was thankful and followed him all the way to Tython where she was taken care of. Despite her silence the entire trip (and even spite Honutu's attempts to get her to talk), she deliberately used her Aura to make the older Jedi feel comfort in her presence - in a way to show him how she felt (which she later explained). Only a month past and Thessa found herself summoned to the Council chambers where she and he met once more, only she spoke to him this time and smiled. It was a pleasant surprise, but a welcomed one, when the Jedi Masters put her under Honutu as his Padawan.

What first started out as a visit to places for meditation and going over the Jedi Code, soon turned into something different as Honutu lead her to darker places, giving her gentle warnings as he did so - going against the Council. However instead of warning the Council or expressing any sort of worries, she simply accepted the different viewpoint and did as her Master asked, meditating at places of darkness. It was difficult at first, feeling and fighting against such negative emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness, but the Council had been correct - she seemed very difficult to truly corrupt. While she had nightmares, never once did she flinch from the Light, often displaying an unusual tenancy for kindness and compassion.

Eventually their journey together lead them to Onderon, to a Sith Temple where war broke out. Since then, she has been following her Master into battle, defending the Republic without fail. Along with her strong combat prowess (though nothing like her Master), her Aura often inspired troops into action, almost making them as courageous as the most valiant heroes, turning smaller battles in their favor - though the Sith greatly outnumbered the Republic on the jungle planet. To this day, there might yet be more to her powers, but she is uniquely gifted none-the-less and hopes that it's enough to defend the capital.
