"Sir, the judges must decide! I cann-" The announcers began before one of them, an elderly, and fat man wearing a a thick gi, pushed through the door and pointed in anger. "I, as well as the other judges demand a rematch on accounts of false judgement!" The old man shouted in anger before seeing the, now rather annoying, demon. Fearful of his power, the man backed off. The announcer let out a sigh as this spared his life. After a minute of mumbling from the crowd, the annoncer skidded onto the arena.
"The all powerful judges demand a rematch, and so, I, your credible and beloved announcer, must ask all current fighters to leave the arena to let the previous match commence once more!" He shouted and the crowd screamed eagerly.

23 stood to enter the match, and was coming down before he heard the announcement and let out a sigh of releif. "Thank god, I'm not ready to use up my battery today"

Juri grinned evilly. "Lucky for you I'm next." She said, tapping the screen on her watch. "Okay, I'll be in the ext match." she then looked at all of the contestants. 'None of the fighters seems to fierce, just mere toys me. I'll get back in touch when I'm done playing." Juri then gave 23 a stern look. "Wanna learn something? Study how I fight in there." she smirked. " Use what I do to better yourself." Juri then waited for the current match to finish so she could step in.

23 was doing the best he could to keep from lashing out at the fact he was being downplayed by some condescending monkey from space. He was actually rather tough, but knew better than to allow his foes to see his full strength yet. He had no ki, so he was pretty much undetectable. "I see, well, I take it your confident in your victory?" He asked with his eye twitching a bit.

Suddenly the announcer shouted. "Hold it! Miss mizune, you by destroying the opponents body parts, you are here by disqualified from the tournament. Doru, by rules, is the suceed er in this match, unless he wishes to fight regardless. Please allow the paramedics to come to you if you decline my last off!"

Juri who was leaning against the wall looked over at the beaten and discouraged 23. "Because you don't fight with heart." Her voice was stern. "Plus always watch your opponents eyes, show no mercy." she then chuckled. "Aim to kill, that's what my master told me when I was like you, he also stated that true power comes from within, you don't have to be strong to win, just be smart and make every strike worth it."

23 Gruffly nodded and kept watch, breifly looking to ken. Was he even trying to be subtle about his oddness? Some of the spectators where more concerned with the fact he was flying with their favorite fighter in his hands. The majority cheered now, very excited to see the outcome of this amazing match. The shell of insercutity of how these two may fight was now gone, and was replaced with patriotism for their favorite fighter in the ring so far. The hive mind seemed to roar like a lion.
"I don't think I've ever seen the crowd this riled up in all my years, it's great! What a spectacular display of skill and power, like they are gods!" The announcer shouted, his sunglassed glinting and his hair wirring with every block and blast. "who can you possibly expect to come out on top? I don't know, but either way, the strength they bare is obserd" He finished with somewhat of a dance. As this happpens, the old champ awakens and looks around only to freak to see herself so high up.
"H-hey, who are you? Who won?" She asks nervously, looking down to see the battle and jumping back. "so strong!"

Mean while, 23 looked at the sayain before him. Her tail told him exactly what she was, his datalogs figured this out quick. "Ah, well, regardless, I won, though it was a tough match. What about you? How did you do on your match? I expect well from someone as strong as you, and with discipline from such a master no doubt"

ok, it's usually the last battle, so why not introduce yourself to 23? His last fight made him seem like an average human, and he has not shown anything to really make him seem any different other than shocking his foe for a second, and jumping an eight foot fence.

Not really a request just more of a suggestion regarding the super sayains, if you don't want too many make a limited number on them like slots and as the rp goes on make more. And thank you ^~^

Shocked and afraid of what would happen next, The announcer Jumped back fearfully way. He didn't want to get anywhere near this match. 'Let this match begin!" He said, shouting hoarsely and hiding behind the wall. It was both exciting and scary, and most of the crowd was too fearful to cheer.

23, meanwhile was pouting in the corner. "I didn't get barely any cheers, just because I'm not some super powerful monster like the rest of them.... It's no fair, ya know.... and i'm not a hipster" He said weakly to himself before looking to the fight.
