𝗠𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗚𝗬

Xōchipilli, the Prince of Flowers, was Piltzintecuhtli's son and spent his time watching his worshipped bring offerings of corn and pulques. Particularly revered by the locals of Xochimilco, he spent time there while his siblings did their own thing. And he was interpreted to be a patron of homosexuals and male prostitutes by anthropologists. Xōchipilli was known for many things, such as the god of art, games, dance, summer, and souls. But, he was bored out of his mind, So when he and the other Gods were forced to live out their lives as mortals, Xōchipilli was excited.

Luka Vélez was known in Washington D.C. as a protector (of sorts) to the LGBTQ+ community, offering them services and support. He was able to do those things because of his nightclub, Dalia, and its profitability. For decades, he remained there until the Colossus was moved to Seattle almost ruining what he had built. Thank the gods for the internet and smartphones. He sold the Dalia to a wealthy couple and used that money to buy a different nightclub in the city's nightlife with a different name, Topan. Thankfully, the nightlife scene made it popular.

_{Out of all in the Greek Pantheon, she was the one of a few that Xōchipilli befriended and even respected. She wasn't like the others, living a simple life as a florist. Plus, her human counterpart was useful to him because it meant a supply of flowers. Her flower shop was where they met for the first time. And through small talk, became good friends and regularly chat although she was a Greek Goddness.}

Let's be honest. Who wants to spend hours walking across the world map? That shit was a pain in the ass for Assassin's Creed Odyssey. And I am afraid that Valhalla's gonna be bigger and more of a pain to deal with.

Luka Vélez was known in Mexico City as a protector (of sorts) to the LGBTQ+ community, offering them services and support. He was able to do those things because of his nightclub, Dalia, and its profitability. For decades, he remained there until he made a costly mistake and had to leave to protect his friends. He ended up going to the United States living a few years in San Bernardino before going to Settle. That was where he chose to resume running a nightclub with a different name, Topan. Thankfully, the nightlife scene made it popular.

It only took a few minutes for Miguel to walk to Angel's Hand, but it appeared to be closed for good. The windows were boarded up, so it was impossible to see inside the building. But upon inspecting the door, it was unlocked for some strange reason. He knew it was an obvious trap set up for him by ICE agents, waiting to snatch him up as they did to his parents. So, Miguel thought of walking away until he saw an older man sitting on a bench and reading a newspaper. Usually, he won't have paid someone like attention until he glanced up at Miguel for a moment before looking back at the paper. That made him feel panicky and assumed that man was some kind of undercover (which wasn't likely but the paranoia got to him).

With no other choice now, Miguel sneakily entered the building, hoping nobody saw him.

Upon inside, Miguel scanned the room and noticed how incredibly quiet it was, which made him more anxious. So in a panic, he let out a "Hello" and regretted it almost immediately. It was one of the stupidest things he could have done. He was thinking of just surrendering on the spot, but nobody responded. In a way, he was somewhat relieved to know that he wasn't foolishly walking into a trap. Now, he wondered what to do next? The note said to come over here, but it didn't mention a time. Was he supposed to wait until someone came? There were more important things to do.

Holly remained hidden behind the counter, not sure what to do next. Upon hearing the young man's voice, she convinced herself that it was most likely someone (or even one of the owners) that saw her and followed her inside. After all, she was trespassing. So, she slowly emerged from the counter and accidentally frightened him. Holly tried to calm him down by putting her hands up and then started talking, "Sorry about surprising you... I don't know who you were, but we don't have to make a big deal out of this. I was about to leave anyway! So...?"

Miguel calmed down when he realized that she was too young to be working with the government. But, then her hiding probably meant she was 'M.' That's what he at least thought. So, he pulled out the note and showed it to her. "How do you know me? Why the note?"

"What note...? Wait!" Holly saw that the man's note was almost similar to hers. So, she pulled it out and showed it to him. "That note's similar to what I got earlier in the day!"

"So, if you didn't write the note, then who-"

Before Miguel could have finished his thought, the door opened again, and another young woman walked inside. She didn't realize there were other people until she closed the door and turned around. All three of them stood awkwardly, hoping someone would speak up instead of them. But eventually, the new girl broke her silence and asked what they were doing there. Holly answered without hesitation, "Both of us got a note telling us to come here."

"You did?" Roshanna was surprised that two other people were given a note. And upon inspecting them, it was basically the same. But what now? She studied the area for anything clues, but the bar was pretty much emptied when it went under. So, she sighed and asked them if there was anything here. Miguel shook his head, but Holly remembered the phone and answered by showing it to her.

"I found it lying on the counter, but it's either dead or broken. I left my charger at home, so I couldn't check."

Roshanna also forgot her phone charger at home, and Miguel didn't even have a phone. None of them didn't know what to do next until they heard something coming from the kitchen. The noise got closer and closer to the kitchen door, which was a struggle. But, the door eventually opened and revealed another young man standing there, surprised that there were people here. "Ummm... If you guys own this building, I'm sorry about the backdoor."

"We aren't the owners. Wait, what about th-"

"Let's just forget what I said." Lonnie tried desperately to change topics. "S-say, what are you guys doing here anyway?"

Miguel approached the stranger and showed his letter to him. "We were told to come here by a note. I assume that you also received a note?"

Lonnie nodded and showed his note off. As everyone was gathered around to talk about their messenger, all of the doors quietly locked themselves. But then, the supposed dead phone on Holly started to vibrate and starting up with a strange tone. She dropped it in surprise, causing a crack on the screen. After a few seconds of silence, the screen changed to a green background with a white letter 'M' in the center. And then, it started talking. "I see everyone is here. Good. Let's get started."

"Hold on." Lonnie grabbed the phone for the ground and started questioning it. "Before you say anything else, I want to know how the hell you found me."

"I want to know how you know... me so well." Miguel joined in.

"I will tell you all everything if this works."

"If what wo-" Before Holly could have finished her sentence, blue-purple gas began rising from the wooden floor and surrounded everyone. All four of them struggled to remain conscious and desperately tried to escape only to find the front door locked. Holly and Miguel were the first ones to pass out while Lonnie told Roshanna to follow him to the kitchen. But, the door was also locked, and he spent his last breath trying to kick the door open until he collapsed. Once everyone was unconscious, the gas began to disperse as two strangers entered for the kitchen, wearing a mask.

"Are you sure about this? You know how they will react once they wake up."

"Let's just hope my theory is right. Then, we can worry about the rest."

Coral City, during the night, was still filled with people going to bars and nightclubs. While downtown and the boardwalk were bustling with life, the rest of the city remained peaceful for the most part. At one of the abandoned buildings, designated to be bulldozed in the near future, a police officer quietly entered. Nearby, Lonnie watched to make sure that nobody else was coming while Drew was putting the finishing touches on the masks. Lonnie turned. "I think that's everyone. You sure we're at the right place?"

"Positive." Drew answered. "The tracker is still showing she's in that building."

"Then, what are we waiting for? Let's save your friend." Lonnie put on his mask, a skull wearing a crown, and made his way to the building. But, Holly stopped him in his tracks.

"Hold on, we need to come up with a plan."

"Agreed." Roshanna approached both of them. "But what's the plan? You are the only one with powers at hand."

"I will distract the officers while everyone goes to save Drew's friend."

"You realize that there's a chance that they will beat you to death? I dealt with a few dirty cops in my life. They will not hold back." Lonnie crossed his arms and stared directly at Holly.

Miguel turned his attention to the building and noticed something strange on the second floor. It looked like a person being smashed against the window repeatedly. Suddenly, it finally broke, and the officer was shoved from the third floor. It felt like time slowed down as he attempted, in a foolish manner, to catch the falling officer. Normally, he wasn't the one to help out the authorities, especially with a warrant on his head. But, it appeared like he wasn't going to make in time. So in desperation, he stretched out his arm in the hopes that his powers were triggered.

His hopes were answered.

A strange violet hand appeared out of his arm and caught the officer before he met the concrete. Luckily enough, it appeared that he was unconscious as the hand carefully set him down. Miguel opened his eyes in amazement while everyone else watched in surprise. And then, the hand vanished as quickly as it appeared. He turned around, and his mouth wide open. "D-did you guys see that?!"

"That... was awesome!" Lonnie patted him on the back, which made Miguel blushed a little.

"Nice job."

Drew smiled and then stared at the broken window. "I hate to interrupt, but my friend's in serious danger. I would help out, but I'm in a wheelchair."

"I will stay behind to keep the van warm." Roshanna added.

Holly nodded and turned to the others, holding her statue of liberty mask. She knew what to do and made her way towards the building. Loonie was the first one to enter and immediately saw an officer's body. Holly went over to her and checked for a pulse. Thankfully, she was unconscious and not suffering serious injuries other than bruises. Miguel noticed more SWAT and police officers lying on the floor and stairs. All three of them raced up the stairs until they ended up on the third floor. That was when they noticed her.

A woman shield bashed an officer and then threw it at another officer. She noticed the strangers and greeted them while blocking a punch. "Oh, hey there! I assume M sent you to save me?"

"Yeah, but..." Miguel looked around and saw several more officers knocked out and then stared at her with astonishment. "It looks like you are doing well."

The woman couldn't help but smile at the compliment and bushed it off. She dealt with the last officer with a simple punch to the face. Holly approached her and took a moment to look at her, "So, what's your name?"

"You call me-"

"Katharsis." An older muscular man appeared from the stairs avoiding the strangers in front of him. He was directly looking at the woman with pure hatred. "It seems you still haven't learned, child."

Bates agreed with Badger's plan and tried to walk towards the backside of the building. Until the soldier from earlier stopped them in their tracks. "Don't bother trying to look for another way in. We made sure to destroy access to the roof from outside. To prevent any intruders from breaking in. Follow me."

It was a smart plan, Bates noted to himself until the power went out. He kept on walking until he was at the entrance to the arena. There were three more soldiers, making sure that nobody entered and exited the building. Bates had wondered about the layout and asked the soldier about it.

"Just follow the signs, and go up the escalators. You should be able to enter the security room and then the field hospital itself."

"Alright." Bates nodded and thanked the soldier. "We will go in and gather whatever fuel remains."

Upon entering the square, he saw and heard nothing. It was dead quiet besides the sound of the wind. Bates looked around to make sure that nobody was waiting to abuse them or hiding for them. He then walked up the escalator, and nothing was suspicious. But then, he saw a bloody handprint on the door to the security room. It was still fresh. The agent turned to his partner and signaled him to get his weapon ready.

Bates raised his rifle and rushed in the room, seeing two dead police officers on the ground. One of them bled out while the other was shot in the head, killing him instantly. He noticed that the security cameras were still working despite the building having no power. That was when he saw a doctor on one of the feeds, talking to himself while writing notes. The audio wasn't working, so Bates wasn't able to listen in. That was when he realized that the doctor wasn't at the field hospital, but another room. Was Bates kept in the dark?

The agent looked at his partner once more and asked, "What the hell do you think is going on? Two dead officers and a doctor, but nobody else. Do you think we should investigate further?"
