I previously stated my intention for Zephyrion to create oceans and I still intend for him to do as much unless something beats me to the punch. Expect it within my next 1-3 posts.
In any case, there should be a lot of water on Galbar. Between Jvan's salty tears making an entire ocean and Zephyrion seeding the atmosphere with tons of hydrogen to make water, I'd imagine that Galbar is getting pretty wet. There just needs to be some more lowlands for the water to accumulate in.
Sounds about right. Good thing I didn't connect the caves, that would have flooded everything including the Hall of Reathos.
