Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Eh, you're generally one of the best to write with. And you've been so good about changing things here. I can't complain, really ^.^
Oh well apparently my brain likes to be smarter then it is after just waking up.

Okay then ^.^
Nal, it would have been great if you could have edited your post because it actually effects how others react.

And...reading whole posts, especially ones your mentioned in, can help greatly. Giddeon did offer to have her in his team.

Um.

And I see what you were doing with Clifford Panther, seeing that you intentionally got the name of the bully/drew wrong cause why would Clifford care about his name? So that's okay.

How is everyone going? Ita a busy time of year and I just wanna check in
I am working on a post now ^.^
Callie had the best night sleep in months. She hadn't slept well since her parents died, but safetly nestled in Caius's arms...it was definetely something that helped her feel safe and cared for, and that equaled a deep sleep. Always an early rising, Callie woke at the first rays of sunshine, and for the first time in a long time, she felt rested. Rested and happy. There was something to be said for sleeping with someone.

It just made everything better.

For a moment, she lay where she was, quickly making a list in her head of everything that needed to be done today. Replenishing her herb stock was top of the list. She couldn't do anything without it. Her potions all required it, and some of her spells required herbs as well. That was something she couldn't go without.

She let those thoughts go a moment, turning to look at Caius, something similar to dread in her heart. What if it had all been a dream, a delusion? She was almost too scared to look to him, in case he wasn't there. @Kyrisse
Cool, i'll try and post now but I might fall asleep

Callie watched Claudia and the Vampire Scott, a little bemused at the way that Claudia was acting towards the vampire. It was a little refreashing, really. She watched Claudia practically drag Scott out the store, and gave a soft laugh, turning to lean against Caius. There was always that warm, happy feeling around Caius, that knowing that she was safe, cared for. Protected, and loved. That feeling that whenever he was near of closeness, of simply moving and knowing he would be there. At his question about closing early, Callie was sure her heart beat was going as fast as a humming birds. And then there was always that, such a wonderful coupling...She blushed deeply, and hasitly threw up a spell to warn her if any one approached the store.

Professionalism seemed like a good thing for profits.

"Oh, well, Eretria will be around after school finishes for her, I can leave her to close up..." She trailed off, the thought of some alone time was delightful to Callie, and she made a mental note to tell Jaxon to bugger off for the afternoon, so that they'd be well and truly alone, and not have a pixie audience. She smiled, wondering when her life had gotten so...amazing. That she could plan to have a few hours free, to be with her partner? That was something she'd never thought to have. She was well aware that Caius had the stronger attachment-imprinting was something humans, even witches, lacked, but Callie knew she loved Caius with all her heart and soul. She gave a soft, happy sigh.

"All going well...we could have most of the afternoon to ourselves" She said brightly, knowing full well that Caius could hear the way her heart was beating faster, the slight change in her breathing, and probably even feel her flush. That had long since ceased to embarrass her-she couldn't keep her reactions to herself, and besides...she didn't hide anything from Caius. It would be nice to have some carefree hours. If Callie was right, they weren't going to have the chance for many soon.

Niesha

building one (infirmary)

Niesha glanced to the infirmary doors again, still thoughtful. Her mind went over the last few years, drifting over the few things she'd had to do that she still wasn't sure was the right thing. She shook her head, and sighed softly to herself. She wondered, briefly, if something had been different, would she be here, right now? If Sophia hadn't been there, to stop that man from killing her? Would she have been able to other throw the man by herself? If she hadn't found anyone, in the beginning, would she be here? Would she had died in that first wave? She knew that those thoughts were nothing but unanswerable questions, and all she took from there was the fact that she shouldn't take for granted what she had.

Sliding down the wall, Niesha sat cross-legged, leaning back against it, looking down at her hands. She closed her eyes again, listening to everything around her. She bit her lip, her thoughts, and indeed feelings troubling her somewhat. She knew she was truly dedicated to Sophia. She knew she cared about her, and the thought of losing Sophia was devestating to Niesha...She drew in a breath, and let it out slowly.

Things were different, now-a-days. When you didn't know what was around the corner...shouldn't you take even a little bit of happiness? Wasn' that best, when it could all be taken away in the blink of an eye? She smiled to herself, and opening her eyes, she glanced to the door again, waiting.
