Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

Nyx bounced slightly as she waited, holding Castor to her in a grip that wasn't tight, but wouldn't have the hathcling falling out her arms, a pack full of things to keep Castor happy was slung over an arm, and she did have a couple of knives on her person-just in case something happened. She'd protect Castor, with her life if she had to. Having left the egg safetly nestled at home, with the certainity that it wouldn't hatch just yet, she waited for her sisters, quite excited to see them. She had missed her siblings, more then she thought she would. Letters were one thing, but seeing them physically was something else. And she wanted, quite desperately, her children to know their Aunts, Uncles and cousins-no matter how large a circle that would bring.

If there was one thing that Nyx had learned, it was that family was important.

She saw Hermia first, and thrilled to see her, Nyx closed the distance, shifting Castor, she hugged her older sister, smiling.

Niesha

building one, the infirmary

Nieaha went to get the sheets, her head bowed. She was trying, damn it. Yet right now, she felt like if she didn't have Sophia, she'd just leave. But she couldn't take Sophia out there, not when she was still one handed. Everytime she tried to help, people just saw what she had been, and not what she was. She clutched a sheet tightly. All she could do was try. Even if it didn't get her anywhere. She'd tried for Sophia. Even if it hurt her. She gritted her teeth, and began to tear the sheet up, making sure that she was crafting bandage strip, doing so as quickly as she could, she carried as many of the bandages as she could, hurrying back downstairs, she put them in reach, out the way-or she hoped it was.

She stood a moment, trying to think what else she could do, she looked about. Water, maybe? Boiled, probably. Someone probably had that being dealt with. Frowning slightly, she shifted. "What else can I do?" She looked about, thinking she had gathered all she thought would be needed, but she may have forgotten something, and this would be important. So better to ask, and be prepared then not to be, and make a mess of it all.
Callie pondered that, feeling a little safer. It didn't really narrow things down, however it did give her an idea. "Sounds more like a guardian or Druid. Something along those lines. A god..there'd be more...just more" She said, thoughtful. Callie had a good knowledge of the supernatural, yet she'd never actually met either a god or a guardian. Druids...she'd met a Druid before, trading herbs but that had been a few years ago. She'd given him some pain amulents, his potions no longer able to help with the pain that old age inevitably brought everyone.

She let herself relax, figuring that they were safe, at least for the time being.

"He defientely seems intuative, at least" She said absently, leaning forward against the table, looking to caius, she gave him a small smile. @Kyrisse

Puntastic!
Cody looked to Gershwin, unsure off the answer. He had never tried to heal someone with his abilities, he wasn't even quite sure how he himself healed. It just seemed to happen. He frowned, and gave a soft sigh. Crouching by the former agent, he studied her a moment.

"I'm not sure"

He spoke softly, not particularly wanting to try, in case he did something wrong, but knowing that if Caits didn't get better soon, she could potentially suffer server consequences, and they did need her to be at, at least, a good measure of strength. It was a risk, Cody knew. Risk and reward, he mused. They'd certainly taken a lot of risks, the last few weeks.

He closed his eyes, letting out a soft breath, before inhaling slowly, laying a hand over Caits heart, He started to sing softly, a song he had never sung before, a song he doubted he'd even be able to recall, once it was over. It didn't even seem to be english. Power seemed to swim through him, but he wasn't even sure what it was he was doing. Light swirled around him, but he wasn't sure at all if anything was happening.

Maria shook her head, wearily. "And what would you have me say, Viccer? Beg them to help with the twins? To clean up a mess that is undoubtedly theirs, anyway? To make it so we seem weak?" She said, her tone low, dangerously so.
