Let me be clear to you all. Keep your discussions civil, I'm alright with Vuur and Spodes f'ing each other but when things get heated, I have to intervene. Same goes to skype as well. Let's not fight over petty little things. Not everyone agrees on said opinion.

Uchihas
I have said it time and time again and I don't have to repeat it all over again. Yes some of us hates them to death but don't start a stupid argument that yeah so X person is an Uchiha, said person is born for greatness. If you want to start a debate, settle it privately. I have deprived Uchihas from their hax. In fact the only reason why the prominent Uchihas we see as hax was due to the fact that:

Madara and Sasuke are Indra's reincarnations.
Obito having So6p powers.
Itachi by author favoritsm.

Now on my verdict.

No Uchiha is an incarnation of Indra nor get Author's(Rper/creator) special treatment. This also applies to me.

Stuff on sharingan
We know what it does
What I will officially put:

Sharingan here boosts the user speed +2
Genjutsu resistance. But not entirely. Even a D Rank Illusion can fool a sharingan user.
chakra drains by a margin.
Copying jutsus require seeing handseals or seeing how it works. Doesn't mean you'll get it easily.
No mod version of sharingan.

You can be resistant to genjutsus but it will take time to snap out of it.
Sound Genjutsu users is the sharingan user's worst enemy for they can easily pawn a sharingan user. A manga fact.

Lastly; No MS as of this moment. No MS means no MS, Rinnegan and Super Rinnegan.

Last but not least. Common sense and consideration, it all matters and depends on your writing.

Just because you're an Uchiha, it doesn't mean you are so godly. In this RP anyway where no special treatments apply. This is coming from me an Uchiha fan and a Sasuke fan.

Zeno Hakarasu

The Hokage has returned from his two month Shinobi Alliance meeting; peace conference, to some Kage it was a nuisance to discuss such horrendous topic about the Turtle Island crashed in the borders of the Snow Village. Regardless, only animals were injured and no deaths have been recorded, such news is to be kept civil and altered from certain shinobi. Zeno is relieved to hear the news from Michio Nara, the leader of the intelligence division team that the village is safe even though he left a shadow clone to watch the village. The hidden village of the leaves; indeed it has its ups and downs, one Hokage after another, it either rise or decrease in economy or power and since then the hidden village of the mist is is ranked 2nd as the most powerful village tied with the hidden village of the clouds, the leaf being 3rd, 4th being the sand, 5th is the stone. The 1st is none other than the rain, such progression is indeed noteworthy for the fruit of their labor.

Arriving in his office, Zeno's shadow clone disappeared as the memories of the clone surged to himself, merging with him and in the process, Zeno received all information required. He snapped his fingers as his clothes changed; a business suit of a ruler, the militaristic dictator of the leaf, Zeno Hakarasu. He's still processing all the information from the scattered shadow clones he had in the village because the past two months were crucial for he was away and the real him only at 20% of his power and over 10,000 shadow clones were depleted two months ago and now that quantity of information is processed as Zeno rests at his comfortable Hokage's desk. It is then Zeno notices Tsukiko, one of his elite jounins. He felt relief for seeing his loyal subject at one piece. However; having a good rest right now is no option, the Hokage must be ever ready for what's coming. Zeno snaps his fingers as he signals a few jounin to escort Fujitora and Ayame to his office by his absolute order. Because as of now, things are crucial and a meeting is to be held.

"It's good to see you, Tsukiko but fret not, I am here. All your work is certainly appreciated for the past months but I'm afraid you are still needed and therefore, I can't allow you to have your vacation but in return, I promise you. You will have a raise." The Hokage Office is filled with Clan Leaders; both shinobi and non shinobi as well as politicians and jounin. This council is called council is called, Council of the Root; derived from Danzo Shimura's ROOT. "We'll commence the meeting once Ayame and Fujitora are here." He throws an ominous looking book and a katana.

I was gonna say who cares about Uzumaki and Senju anymore but now i wil say thier numbers are extremely less compared to the Uchiha.

Also for Senju blood, dunno what to say but how can he be related to Hashi? But i am interested in it for plot stuff. It does make sense.

The Naruto as ancestor makes a lot of sense.

Well from what we know:

Most Uchihas today in the rp came from Sarada. Plus assuming Sasuke have more children then we get the ressurection of Uchiha fast but i say otherwise. Less Uchiha, less problems for the rp. So let us keep it with Sarada.

Now for the Uzumaki. There's quite a handful of them scattered in the world but they aren't great in numbers either. It is fine to say Naruto as ancestor but to be more direct it is fine to say Boruto as well.

Whoever is creating characters that are said and discussed in Skype, it is fine. However as this is effective; Everybody is given 2 characters, 3 is my consideration and from then on nobody makes anymore characters. Do not flood the NPC also, NPC are only neccassary for plot stuff and making enemies, they arent so significant. Don't make NPC only related for the sake of development for your character and for that I ban it. Because interacting by yourself is boring and redundant, please interact with others.

Teamwork is very important.

Tundra controls Sentou and I know it may sound awkward and contradicting that you control Jaakuna and Sentou, would be weird if those two interact and controlledby you but whatever.

Breaks. The minimum break for the rp is 3 days or 1 week. 2 weeks or a month is a max. If not hen mark the rp as hiatus if you guys are so busy and then you may resume.

Power ups are given in arc 3 or 4. Not everyone is obliged to get one. Nobody is getting S Ranks because it is my call. Nobody else will get a third A Rank because it is my call. Break it and you will face severe consequences. This only apply for chuunin. Nobody else makes a jounin, it is enough as it is.

As of this moment, Vuur is in charge along with Savato, Nero, Kal.
Tundra, Renny, Crimmy and the rest are cooperations.

Crimmy is now promoted as Co-GM.

Sixth Arc: Grand Magic Games(PROLOGUE)

OOC: Let the current stuff be an open ending. The show must go on.

I'm not in a good condition right now here are the details:

X-815, January 7th.

Four have come to past; and there is only two weeks before the Grand Magic Games. Viper Bolt and Harpy Wing are no longer united for Harpy's Guild is restored in Magnolia. Changes have been made and struggles have been rising; the resurrection of Fairy Tail Guild is what the masters and Sable have been going at but it isn't going in Sable's favor. Going back to the events of X-814, September 24, it was a mission failed for the Magus Hunters; Avatar is still on the run and it was thanks to Alec Roganoff that Lamia Scale isn't disbanded by the Magic Council. The unknown dragon slayer is still at large for other villages have constantly been plagued by her magic and she leaves no trace of herself. Gwen and Sairis have had been training together for the past 4 months, Aiden, Brad, and Black Mamba are relieved of their duties temporarily in the Magic Council for Kyou had taken interest in Sable and personally recruited him with benefits included although he isn't an official member of Magus, Sable receives training from Oriel with the supervision of Kyou. The rest of the months especially New Year's Festival, Lamia, Harpy and Viper had a party. Since the death of the King of Fiore, a new King has risen and it's none other than the former council member, Drake Roganoff. Lunar Wolf remains in the shadows and have yet to make their move till the grand magic games, and Sabertooth holds the rank of being the 2nd strongest guild in Fiore. It is a free roam segment and everyone is free to do what they want but don't abuse your freedom.

GMG is handled by Kal, Renny, Nero and Kio
