• “So imagine time for a moment as a great river. This is drastically oversimplified, of course, but nonetheless imagine time travel as pouring a bucket of water into said river. If you throw one or two buckets inside, then not much will happen. The river may shudder for a moment, but it will continue on all the more powerful. If you throw a lot of water into the river, however, you can create changes in course and floods. This is your normal time travel, the kind you see in Back to the Future or Terminator. This changes the entire way that the river flows and alters it course. But sometimes, the river can become so fluctuated that it breaks completely. An earthquake, for example, can cause the water of a river to flow backwards, retreading previous events. When this happens to time, it can cause certain...anachronisms to occur. Those anachronisms may not exactly appreciate being awoken, and in this particular case, this anachronism really wants the CRONUS for his own purposes. This should be interesting.”

Real talk tho most of them are really well-developed. They don't act that differently from, say, some particularly gung-ho soldiers who go across the ocean to take out "the bad guys". That said, the weakest one personality-wise is definitely Francisco, who has no reason to be in SG other than the fact that he likes killing people.
