Someone remind me to stop staying up into the next day. I'm way too tired to function as I write this.

Hello people of this website! I'm a dude, I just really enjoy playing female characters, don't ask why 'cause I don't know. I'm something of a die hard Mass Effect fan, and that's about it.
As he and Eclipse Princess fought side by side, Nyx could feel the Outlaws starting to grow fearful of the devastating pair. He even saw a few of them wising up and running from the battle, but that's roughly three people in an entire army of killers, which ends up making no difference. As he kicked one of the many combatants into the way of Eclipse Princess' sword, he could almost make out a fireball flying overhead...
The momentary distraction cost him. He was run through the midsection by a fellow assassin, the shining dagger being reddened by the Harley's blood. Instead of falling however, Euphoria ticked and gave him just enough health to look into the fool's grinning eyes. As that grin faded when the Outlaw realized both of the defenders remained standing, and he realized just how screwed he was. In motion quicker than the eye could follow, Nyx shot the rogue in the knee and ripped the dagger from his stomach, the wound closing as his only combat-oriented ability activated again. The skull seemed to bore it's way into his victims soul as he stabbed him between the ribs and forced him to the ground, and promptly removed the blade, holding it high in the air over the bleeding avatar. Not a single enemy approached him, too frightened to do much except be cut down by the berserker fighting with the assassin.
"DO NOT."
He plunged the dagger in again, this time working to instill more fear into the army. The blade was pulled from the poor man again.
"FUCK."
The piece of steel pieced flesh again, left just above the rib cage.
"WITH ME."
In a horrid, gut-wrenching display, he ripped the dagger downwards, breaking bones and splitting muscle until the knife bit the sorry sod's pelvis. With a loud crack, Nyx tore the blade downwards one last time, blood and bone exploding from the corpse and coating both himself and the ground. In a final, sickening move, he picked the body up by the neck and shoved the stiletto through its head, from temple to temple. The body, unusable to even Necromancers, was dropped in full view of everyone.
Nyx himself now fit the bill of a demon. Coated in the blood of that poor, nameless rogue, he called out to the crowd, making a point by shooting wildly into it. "Come and die, already! Or run and save your precious levels, it's all up to you!" His voice came out as something close to a growl, the mask's eyes almost seeming to glow in response to the bloodlust filling Nyx's head.
Euphoria ticked again, and the aspect of hell in front of Corpse Collector's army smirked triumphantly. Fear of both himself and Eclipse Princess was in their faces. @KoL
Jiro Katsurou
Jiro Katsurou pushed open the door to his dorm, back from the graveyard shift his manager had made him work once again. The asshole hated him for some reason, it was probably the hair, and had no right to treat him like garbage! Sure, he had done decently well in his Deep Ground career, claiming to have reached level 8 as a berserker before his nineteenth birthday, and it must've been true. He'd seen the idiot's grades, it's almost like he's proud of them! Solid D's throughout high school. "Yeah, very impressive... dick." And why the graveyard shift? Because people need fast food for breakfast at exactly 5am. Every. Single.Fucking.Day.
Recovering his usual aloof state from that outburst, Jiro realized just how tired he really was. Deciding to take a shower to remove the smell of egg sandwiches and french fries (And yes, someone had come in that morning demanding a large fry for her first meal of the day), and made his way to the bathroom. Starting the shower and allowing the water a moment to heat up, he stripped down and checked his torso in the mirror. Just fine as always. He entered the shower.
After a solid twenty minutes of cleaning himself and contemplating life, he exited the bathroom to find his phone buzzing wildly in his work pants. Throwing on a pair of pajama pants and retrieving the cell phone, reading through nearly fifteen missed calls, all from the same person. Cyrus McCormick, an Irish exchange student he'd become close friends with at his old school. He called the European back.
"Hey Cyrus... yeah, I've been pretty good, yourself? ...Heh, yeah. Anyway, why'd you call? ...Wait, what? ...You're serious, people are actually hunting Corpse Collector down? ...And the Black City's under seige? By dissolutions and Outlaws? ...Fucking Christ. Where are you now? ...You got killed by a level one Slime... It's not my fault you fight with a spear! Look, I'll call you back, Arms Slave probably needs a hand... Shut up, I know he already has four. See ya." Jiro plugged his phone into its charger and collapsed onto his bed, logging into Deep Ground in the process. Sleep felt amazing.

Welcome, Phantom Regality. The last location you logged off in has become the site of a battle. Do you wish to spawn here?
Without hesitation, he responded. "Yes."
Very well. Good luck.
Phantom Regality spawned just outside the walls of the Black City and watched the spectacle in front of him unfold for a moment. He saw Eclipse Princess and an assassin guarding the gate, one cutting down the distracted army and the other causing quite a bloody distraction. On another note, he spotted Arms Slave repelling down the wall a little ways away. Within moments he was running in his direction, attempting to catch up with the tall Avatar that vaguely reminded him of Pyramid Head.
As he caught up finally, he noticed his intended target; the cannons assaulting the city gates. Running alongside the Sweeper, Phantom looked up at him. "I'll get behind the cannons and bond them, you just kick shit!" Picking up the pace, he soon slid into some thick brush beside the cannoneers, and proceeded to take a black book from his belt and opened it. A deep breath and in a readied stance, he began the incantation he'd used to cripple so many before. "Qui mortuus est pro vobis, ille accipit vindicatio est..." A black fog enveloped the cannons, nullifying visibility and slowing the cannoneers progressively, likely long enough for Arms Slave to arrive and spill blood. All in all, Necrotic Bond had taken hold.
Phantom Regality, for the first time, was in no immediate danger for the first time while using that ability. @Lucius Cypher
@KoL Alright, I'll make the requested changes soon, although I'm having a very difficult time following the necromancer rework. Could it please be reworded so it is more understandable when you get a chance?
First, thanks for the portrait guide @KoL. Second, take all the time you need to discuss the abilities. I can always make nerfs where requested, @TheWindel. Third, I have accidentally made an FE9-style portrait. Fourth, Phantom Regality shall gladly serve under Arms Slave, given he gets approved, @Lucius Cypher.
History: Born into the dead center of a large, working-class family in Ueda, Japan, Jiro Katsurou was nothing too special. He had friends that cared, a family that supported him, and a mind that worked just fine. A perfectly normal child. And then he hit High School, a couple years into Deep Ground already. Things started off normal, maintaining grades and keeping his friends… and out of nowhere, his mother contracted an aggressive form of breast cancer towards the end of his freshman year. Over the summer, he started grasping at straws with her, doing anything and everything in his power to help her. Cooking her meals, fluffing pillows, cleaning the entire house with the help of his siblings, and even more and more. It was, in all reality, denial taking over his life. His one hope was that somehow, in some way, she’d pull though. She never did. Unable to cope with the situation, he broke down at the funeral, dropping the façade of an unfeeling yet caring friend for the first time and crying over his mother’s coffin until forced away from it. His father had no idea how to help, nor did his brothers and sisters. As a result, school started falling out from under him, and assignments mysteriously disappeared the moment they were in Jiro’s hands. One day his father sat him down and started reprimanding him, a near-empty bottle of whisky in his hand and the smell of alcohol heavy on him. The words were enough to ready him for the move to Purple Crown, and he couldn’t be happier. “A fresh start,” he had called it, and moved out right as the new school year began. Soon after his move, the Black King reemerged, and he jumped at the chance to join up. He enjoyed fighting for the underdogs, and has done so fiercely so far. And he shall continue to, until the bitter end if he must.
Personality: Easy-going and calm, Jiro is a living ice cube in most situations. However, he’s deeply concerned about his friends, and will gladly put his own life on the line to save one of them. A true believer in the phrase “The needs of the many outweigh those of the few.”
Avatar Class: Mage - Necromancer
Avatar Title: Phantom Regality
Avatar Level: 3
Avatar Guild: Ebony Strykers of the Black King
Avatar Abilities: Grave Digger – Active – Phantom Regality calls forth the souls of the dead, raising the bodies of a maximum [X] nearby fallen NPCs or Avatars to fight for him and his allies, which become classified as thralls. Thralls affected by Grave Digger take 25% reduced damage from firearms and bows, and 100% increased damage from magic. Thralls affected by Grave Digger also deal 50% reduced damage to all targets. The maximum number of thralls raised scales with Phantom Regality’s level, and no more than [X] thralls may exist at any time. (Three at Lv3, four at Lv4, etc). Thralls remain until they are either killed or Phantom Regality releases their soul, at which point they disintegrate to ash. Medium mana consumption with a three minute cooldown. Martyrdom – Active – Phantom Regality inflicts heavy damage equal to 60% of his total health to himself, sacrificing part of his soul to remove all temporary debuffs on allies in a large radius and direct them towards himself. Phantom Regality cannot be killed by Martyrdom, and will quickly regenerate 2% health per debuff gained through the ability. All debuffs gained through Martyrdom will end in thirty seconds. Low mana consumption with a five minute cooldown. Necrotic Bond – Active – Phantom Regality reads from his grimoire, causing the spirits of heroes long dead to grasp at the lives of his enemies. Creates a fog of shadow in a large radius that progressively slows enemy movement and attack speed. The longer Necrotic Bond is cast for, the heavier the movement and attack speed reduction for those caught in its radius. Phantom Regality can cancel the spell at any time, although he is completely vulnerable while it is cast and receives 50% increased damage from all sources. Enemies that die within Necrotic Bond’s radius will immediately rise as Phantom Regality’s thrall, coming under the same effects as thralls resurrected by Grave Digger. Progressive mana consumption with a four minute cooldown. UNLOCKED AT LEVEL 6:Ethereal Bulwark – Passive – The souls of the damned readily defend their master, providing Phantom Regality with ghostly armor that blocks 15% of all magic damage. UNLOCKED AT LEVEL 9: Public Execution – Active – Ethereal chains bind a target Avatar in place, leaving the victim at Phantom Regality’s mercy for five seconds. All damage done to the victim while Public Execution is active is doubled and is returned to Phantom Regality as health at the end of the ability. Avatars killed while Public Execution is active will immediately be raised as Phantom Regality’s thrall, coming under the same effects as thralls resurrected by Grave Digger. High mana consumption with a 24-hour cooldown.
Feat:Monodextrous Casting – Enables you to wield a melee weapon in one hand.
Other: Phantom Regality is the rage Jiro never feels, and Jiro is the mercy Phantom Regality never has.
