Raid Boss: Angelic High Lord Ruman

Description:
Residing high in the mountains behind the White City in the Stronghold of Angelic Might, Ruman awaits worthy challengers upon his throne of silver. Only when his forces are defeated and his fortress destroyed will he rise, only to cut bloody swaths into those gathered to defeat him. Few have ever bested him in combat, and even less have taken a trophy to prove their victory besides a number on the boss kill page.

Combat:
Following a slow start which allows for heavy combo-ing at close range, Ruman gives no quarter. His greatsword deals heavy cleave damage, his shield blocks any and all damage, and he gets more aggressive with every hit he takes. This isn’t a multi-stage fight, it’s a single event that will stress test every single member of the present party. Even worse, he cannot be stunned and he brushes off the worst debuffs like a mosquito.

His drops, while few and far between, are highly valued by Duelists and Berserkers. At market, each piece sells for absurd amounts of EXP, so many choose (and fail) to try their hand at grinding the Angelic High Lord.

EDIT: I was gonna go with Plantera for the sword drop although Victoire is a much better idea now that I think of it. And Valkyrie raid boss aho!

Thanks, although the equipment isn't related to Nyx. It belongs to an NPC avatar that's supposed to be famously dedicated to the game, thus awesome stuff and Harley association.

Either reduce the damage of the original countered attack or increase the damage taken in. And where did you get that Equipment?

I can remove the amplification, just have it be a flat Marth-style counter. Armor was gathered over the course of a straight month of grinding the boss most likely to drop it (If you want I'll put together proper dungeon boss pages for these), as was the sword in a shorter period of time.

You need a faction alignment in there somewhere. Also, please stick a hider around the whole thing, saves some scrolling and makes everything look neater.

Lodestar Abilities n' Stuff

Lodestar Abilities:
Tipper – Passive – The tip of any bladed weapon Lodestar wields deals 20% increased damage, however the rest of the weapon deals -10% less damage. Attacks with the tip ignore 5% of an enemy’s armor.

Astra – Active – A rapid 5-hit attack in the shape of a star. Each strike deals 35% damage. Each successive hit after a strike that deals damage cannot be blocked until Astra finishes. 3-round cooldown.

Blade Squall – Active – Two clones of Lodestar’s sword are formed that lag behind the original by 0.5 second and 1 second, striking once for each blade. The cloned swords deal 75% damage and last for one round. 2-round cooldown.

Grand Counter – Active – Lodestar blocks an incoming attack, only to direct it back at the attacker. The damage the original attack would have done is amplified by 50%. Mistiming Grand Counter leaves Lodestar vulnerable, increasing damage taken by 15% for 0.5 seconds after the attempt. Can be used at will.

Seeing Stars – Active – A powerful shield or pommel bash that stuns a target for an action and deals 75% weapon damage. Stunned targets take 10% increased damage under the effect of Seeing Stars. 4-round cooldown.

Feats:
Lv3 - Furious Blows - Increase attack speed by 10%.
Lv4 - Readied Mind - Increases your ability to react to your enemy.
Lv5 - Icarus Attack - An attack from above, using gravity as a means to enhance the damage even further. The user also takes no falling damage when using this skill. The higher the fall the more damage done.
Lv6 – Boomerang - You can throw your weapon at your target and it will return to your hand shortly after. The attack will do as much damage as a regular strike would have.
Lv7 - Unburden - Your equipment, regardless of what it is, no longer encumbers you or your agility.

Equipment:
Legendary Set – Grand Valkyrie Warden – A set of expectantly rare and high-level revealing armor, the Grand Valkyrie Warden set bonus provides a 15% bonus to health, movement speed, and attack speed. A lesser 5% bonus is granted to attack damage and damage resistance.
'Let the bombs fall, they can't stop you now.'

Mythical Weapon – Rosethorn – A saber modeled after a lethal rose, a rare drop from the boss of a certain plant-themed dungeon. It has a 10% chance to poison enemies on contact and, as most rare weapons do, has a higher base damage output than most weapons.
'Slay it with flowers.'

EDIT:
I decided that the other NPC not related to Jiro wasn't really needed. Can just be a random mage that's cool like the rest of the Harleys. Also is the plural of Harley spelled Harlies or Harleys? General question.

Probably not that long, but the drugged effect will be lasting awhile. It's like an actual drug, it has to work it's way out of your system.
