John chuckled and sat up saying “love, it never stops for me. The longest I’ve gone without something happening is one weekend years ago and when I tried to hide out in that nut house…and even in there it didn’t last long. Chas found me at the end…” he rolled his neck and sighed. “But it takes time to get used to…”

Serena held onto him till he laid her down and she flinched. Her whole body was killing her. She looked up snd nodded. “I grew up in Kent…my mom worked in the city at the market place…had a booth for a long time…why? What’s…” she held her head as it swam a little and Trish stood by Josh and frowned. “She needs rest…her body can’t take much more of this”

John paused then said “well I think the others have it handled. Now, what do you want to do about all of this? You seem you need to talk about something on your mind?” Trish jumped off and left the room to find josh, knowing the pair needed to be alone.

Serena looked over and said “that’s…where I’m from…before I came here…why would it be telling us…” she paused as Trish walked around the corner. “Bro, you better get her a chair…” Serena swayed and her legs buckled, falling fully into josh.

John nodded and rubbed his neck. “We will need to work on that bond then so we won’t have what happened yesterday happen again…” they heard the crash and John frowned. “What the bloody was that?”

Serena was shaking as Josh helped her up snd said weakly “I think the energy just snapped…where…on the map did the mark show…up…” she was barely on her feet stable, the last few minutes taking the last of her strength. She was barely hanging on now as she leaned on Josh.

John leaned back in the chair and thought for a few minutes then said “well then it’s not a bad thing and it sounds like it was up to fate really…when then I won’t worry too much about it unless Fee said we need to?”

Serena nodded and moved to touch the map. She gasped as it opened up fully and a mark appeared on it, not in the normal red but in silver. It flashed and then pulsed outward and sent Serena flying into the wall. She hit and slid down, hitting the floor.

John moved to sit down in the desk chair, Trish sitting on the couch as John said “did you learn anything? I have been looking here but I haven’t found much that makes sense”

Serena let them carry her down the stairs to the map which was shaking and glowing. Serena flinched and said “I know I’m going to regret this…but I need to touch the map…it might help me focus…”

Serena flinched and said “I have no idea…can you help me to John? He might be able to help me get a focus…isn’t there a map that tells when something bad is happening?”

John looked up and frowned. “Alright love…where would you like to talk?” Trish looked up, looking a little confused.

John loooed at Trish and said “that was your way of saying something was wrong without freaking your brother out more?” Trish nodded and said “he has a gift…but he doesn’t realize it fully yet. My gift freaks him out a bit…”

Serena looked up at them, her vision blurry as she said “someone…needs help…I can’t get a focus on them…it hurts…” she held her head again and was shaking now. And now her hair was drying so the boys would notice the hair difference

Serena was sitting on the floor, holding her head as she tried to listen to voice calling for help. But she was too weak and it was painful to try. She gasped in pain snd muttered “I need a focus…”

Serena nodded and said “ya…” after Kay left she quickly got out and dried off, moving to the mirror to see her hair. It was half black and silver now, now that she saw it, it reminded her of Banes fur in her mental plane. She touched it and said “I must have really pushed my luck today…” she got dressed and was heading into the hallway when a sharp pain hit her mind, like a hot poker. She gasped and held her head, a rush hitting her chest as something was reaching out to her. But she couldn’t hear it clearly and she slid down the wall, holding her head.

Trish looked around then said “bro, grab the one in front of you, the Bloodline one. I think that one will help…” she paused then turned. “That’s odd…I heard the door to the bathroom open but not shut”
