Athinar's main advantage is a weapon which is incredibly powerful for the 'powered' tier level, probably high powered.
It does say in the sheet that she has near instantaneous reaction speeds.

In regards to things you have to take for granted, well frankly it's impossible for the character to exist with that ability without certain physical abilities. Her body would have to be adapted for moving at that speed, in regards to bone density and muscle tone. The same way that Judgement has to have incredibly strong bones, to support huge weights. You just can't have the ability without these factors existing, it would be like saying you have to state a human has eye-balls when they can see.

The mons pubis is basically the fleshy bit below your belly button and above your groin from what I vaguely remember.
@Athinar Just so you can subscribe, intro will be up soon-ish.
Tier 4, Mid powered

Conflict between the Vampire known as Adrian and the Void Lord in his lesser form, Athinar. Unranked, T1 post by post combat, powered tier level, set in the Hallowed Halls.

Name: The Hallowed Halls

Size: endless halls and corridors each 20 x 30 feet

Properties: Hard marble walls, endless corridors, various old coffins and weapons scattered about the place.

Player Capacity: up to 4 players (per room)

Description :

Flavour Text: This old cathedral was destroyed years ago, but was brought back by a benevolant spirit to exist on our mortal plane, it now exists and as an infinite number of corridors that lead nowhere in particular but set the stage for endless conflict for those who want to fight it out.

You guys are fighting Powered or Higher powered?

Powered, unranked.

Turning her body sideways while running that fast would make her topple to the ground and roll in an impromtu cartwheel.

Just remember that for all intents and purposes we should assume her running speed is as familiar to her as ours is to the best human acrobats and parkour practitioners, her reflexes would also be similarly formidable. I can think of many ways she could move out the way of that strike, especially with the aid of her shield, hell you could just parry with your sword if you really needed to, and then let your momentum carry you forward to strike anyway.

You know I've never thought of rocket boots until now, but that seems hella useful. Most I've had was a tail or something.

Your character in the techno fight with the Clockwork Man had a jet-pack variant, she used it to dodge bullets.

Looks more like he's screaming in pain to me, but we'll take your word for it Melon 117.

Definitely throwing his head back in a hearty chuckle.

You should probably assume that she has experience with her own running speed, though in this one case some acrobatics might be useful.
