I guess so too :( we didn't even get to the excitement! We couldn't even last a whole rp day.

This is not dead unless you guys want to make it dead.
People need to post to keep things going :/
"Damn, damn- damn!"

Ivy thought as she pulled up with her shitty car into the parking lot of the stadium. She hated being late for Colin's events, even if it was just some practices. She wanted, no needed- to be there for him. She blamed herself for her art class running over time, even though it was clearly out of her hands. Taking the keys from the ignition and grabbing her purse from the passenger side, she hopped out and did a slight jog into the stadium.

The sun beat down on the bleachers harshly as Ivy finally sat down and adjusted against the hot metal, pulling her bare slender legs under her in an criss-cross applesauce fashion. "Damn, you'd think I was out there running around." Ivy grumbled to herself reaching into her purse and pulling out the water bottle she had brought with. Uncapping it she lifted it to her painted red lips and took a big swig. Refreshing, but it wouldn't stop the heat. Coach Carriel wasn't always to happy with Ivy watching in on their practices and warm ups, but she was one of the most loyal fans in that sense. Sitting through hail, rain, and most often this damn heat. Placing her water bottle down she used the hand as a shield against the rays as she tried to spot the only reason she was there; Colin.

Spotting him in not too much time a big grin came across her face. Damn did he look great. Her grey eyes focused on him doing the last of his stretches, until she started gazing across the field looking at some of the unfamiliar figures that had joined the team this year. It always blew her mind how big some of these guys were, even if they were a couple years younger than her. As far as Ivy could see, it looked like they had a pretty good sized team for this year. She hoped this season did as well as the previous ones the team accomplished since Ivy started attending with Colin a couple years earlier.

Watching a few plays, the practice was wrapping up when Ivy stood up, her thighs sweating as she wiped the back of them with the palm of her hands. She gave a few 'woop woop's' as the team strolled by heading out and towards the locker room. She walked down to the ground as she waited to see what Colin had in mind for the day before he changed into his street clothes in the locker room.
Sorry that I haven't posted today! Been out and about- definitely will post when I get the time tomorrow!

▸ Biography: "When you grow up Ivy, what do you want to be?" The question came across her mother's lips like any curious parent. "A turtle." the young girl replied, her big, bright grey eyes gleaming with joy. "You can't be a turtle Ivy, that is impossible." her mother discouraged, shaking her head. "Nothing is impossible. I'm going to be a turtle" Ivy replied, determined to show her mother what life was really about.

Fast forward 10 years, 5 schools, 8 homes, and 7 stepfathers later, Ivy had not become a turtle, but she did escape her shell. Growing up as a little Midwestern girl Ivy was an easy going kid, her father hadn't been in her life much but he seemed like an okay guy when he was around. Her mother had always been there, working hard, trying to do what seemed like the best for herself, and sometimes Ivy. The constant moving wasn't very helpful for the young girl's growth, but hey- if it pays the bills, it pays the bills.

Ivy found refuge in her artwork, drawing, photography, painting, the works. It was in her art she could be anything, she could create anything.

On the eve of her 14th birthday her mother announced she had fallen in love once again, and that they were to be moving to California, as to be closer to the new man's work (A plastic surgeon). "Great." Ivy spat out, packing up her belongings once again. "Honey, I promise this will be the last time. I promise." her mother assured her, her petite frame, minus the large breast implants barely taking up the door way of Ivy's empty room. "Mmmhmm." she mumbled. It was the last time every time.

Ivy's mother had become employed as the hospital secretary soon after the big move, and through the job came the meeting of Ivy's mother and Colin's mother. It wasn't too long before the women became friends, coming over to one another's houses to have a few cocktails and gossip about how work was going.

Soon, Ivy met Colin.

Meeting Colin was the best thing that could have ever happened to the girl. Colin was her stability in a storm. Her lighthouse in her darkest of days. He balanced her out with his calm and collected state of mind, even if she did know how to perfectly press his buttons. It would take their whole freshman year of high school for him to ask her out. It was most likely because of his focus on academics and his busy schedule with football. At least that is what Ivy likes to think was the case! Years came and went as the two grew together. There were some rough times, but for the most part the two were pretty confident in their relationship lasting for the rest of their lifetime.

Tying a bracelet around his wrist before his big final game their senior year she kissed him gently on the lips, "Good luck my love." she said, watching him as he help brought the team to victory. She couldn't be more proud, though the glaring eyes of scouts for schools across the country made Ivy nervous to the say the least. When the news of Sentinel State recruiting Colin to the team came soon after the victory, Ivy was scared to lose Colin in the transport.

It was then, that for the first time in her life that her mother came through for her. Her mother had been saving up all this time for her one and only daughter to go to any college she wanted, and of course Ivy put her sights with Colin at Sentinel. The two moved to the campus quickly and with no complications have been continuing to grow in both their own paths as well as the one that intertwines them.

I'd be interested :)

c: Suhweeeet. Let's do this!
I'll be making my character as soon as possible~
I'd like to play a role of girlfriend to a player who finds out she is pregnant during the season. I thought that could add a little something something dramatic and life changing for someone. Maybe the player has struggle with not knowing whether or not he will quit the team now; or if he will strive harder to make sure that he gets a good job for his family to be.

:D If anyone who is joining would like to take that plot line with me- just hit me up and we can work it out a little!
This might be interesting. Keeping an eye on it!
