That tune. That song. There was that song again.

Her slate grey remained closed as she let the music wrap around her ankles and travel up the foot of her bed. It traveled around her ankles, swirled around her slender legs, fluttered around her belly, to eventually come to a rest in the pit of her heart. There was something about that song that made her feel more alive than she really was. At least she thought it was the song, it could have been last night's mix of meats and dairy making her feel like she had something crawling under her skin.

"I can feel you sleeping there. Did you want to say something or did you want a show?" Charli mumbled, her eyes still closed tight. When most people got tired, they went to sleep and got up later- refreshed. If she went to sleep, she couldn't retain enough energy to remain alive. The last time she had gotten that low, well- she couldn't really remember what happened, but apparently it was bad. So though the girl was appearing to be in a deep sleep, Charlize was really just on stand-by; just as a computer or phone would act.

Charlize began to roll over, lifting the blanket and flashing Dodo her naked back side.

She made the full turn before covering up again with the large quilt that adorned her double bed creation. Charlize turned her head looking over her shoulder her eyes slowly opening and blinking. Her slate eyes stared at the teacher. He was dedicated. That, or he was paid very well. Without warning she jerked the bed sending the man between the two mattress into what one could call a blanket cocoon. "Bring me breakfast next time, and I might let you suck on something more than my hair." she snickered, the quilt wrapped around her as she waddled over to her suitcase.

Getting ready for the day with the various mundane tasks most humans did, Charli finished her routine with putting on a pale pink blouse and a pair of dark pegged jeans. Before the incident she had a long, thick, jet black mane. They assumed the hair died and the pigment along with the regrowth. It was offered to her multiple times if she would like to have it restored to it's original state, but she declined; She started to find it a pretty shade of grey after awhile anyways.

The music had eventually come to a stop in her head. Charlize had noticed this as she pulled her hair into a small pony tail and clipped a few bobby pins in to keep her bangs out her way as she worked today in class. "Don't stick around too much, you might find my secrets." Charlize told Dodo as she slipped on her boots and jacket, leaving the room with a slam of the door behind her. Treading through the school and outside into the cold and wet atmosphere to head to her first class of the day and of the year.

They arranged themselves like before with Hadley gently placing his hand on her shoulder. He shook a bit from her certain movement she surely learnt fast. He placed himself such that there was a comfortable distance between them so he won't eavesdrop on their whispers should they choose to leave him out of conversation after his last comment. The fact they weren't alarmed after his comment meant they were strong, kind hearted people who even cared for a plebian like him."It maybe rude but how old are both of you." Pyktis asked as they began moving.

For a second at Py's comment about now wanting to jeopardize them Alex returned an uneasy glance to Hadley showing where he stood on the matter. "Ah yes the infamous torture chamber." Alex chimed in seeming to have spaced out for a second. "Oh um i'm fifteen years old." Alex said to Py when he asked about their ages.

"Staircase incoming." Hadley stated as they had reached the first step of the first flight. She was happy that she was a relatively small and in shape girl, or this would be torture to climb up and down multiple times per day. "I'm sixteeen" Hadley responded to the question after Alex spoke his age. They all seemed so much mature than that, Hadley wouldn't have been surprised if they were all in their late teens or early twenties.

"No problem" Hadley commented, nodding and giving a warm smile to the both of them; though only Alex can see it.

"Thank you" Py said in a low tone as he felt Hadley's hand touch his shoulder. He got up from his seat and turned to face Hadley."I'll follow you both, let's get going." He stated calmly."As for us being family, I appreciate the thought but we aren't a family. I don't want myself being connected to you for your own safety. Should the demons of my past come hunting, I don't want to jeopardise such lovely people for my sake." He said in a dismal tone.

Py's last comment had made Hadley feel uneasy, and her glance to Alex could probably probably show that bluntly. Letting a small nervous laugh escape from her throat she moved some of the chairs out of the way before placing Py's hand on her shoulder as they had done when they first entered the building. "Back to the torture chamber!" she announced, walking now slowly back to the music room with Py behind her and Alex at her side.

Hey there.

Yep! For the most part that is how most people work here (Though I have seen some people have character sheets in the interest check or in another subforum entirely) BUT, you are correct- most GM's give everyone a sheet to fill out and then you post it in the OOC and wait for the GM to accept or decline your character.

Once you character is accepted you just have to be a little patient for the RP to start in the IC. Then you can post there and the roleplay begins (:
