I'm sure I'll need a guiding hand or several
But at the moment I can't think of any questions or concerns.

Bɪᴏɢʀᴀᴘʜʏ
Sixth child, and only daughter of Wesley and Ellen Knoll; Annette was born on a muggy summer night in the bath tub of her pa's ranch. Wesley had delivered every one of his children, and plenty of animals- but no one had seen him ever smile that large until he heard that baby girl first cry out. She was treated like a little princess, but was able to keep up with the boys, climbing a few trees and getting her knees scraped a few times in the whirlwind of growing up.

As her brothers moved on and found their own families, Nettie stayed behind and helped her mother and father on the ranch, their old age quickly catching up to their overworked bones. Ma' went first, quietly in her sleep but Pa' kept on holding on, waking up a little bit later every day. Nettie took all the chores upon herself, pushing harder and longer until she too felt the stress. She was over 20 and hadn't found a man, besides the ranch hands that came and go with the seasons and old perverts who wanted to shoot the last of their remaining seed in someone's hot hole before they kicked the bucket.

Sitting at the kitchen table, hand in hand, Wesley spoke to his daughter, their matching bright blue eyes looking at one another. "I gotta sell the farm. For us." he said, and Nettie tossed his hand down. "No!" she yelled, standing up. How dare he throw away everything they had worked so hard to keep? "Is it money you need? I'll get it. I'll work harder. I'll do more." she pleaded, her eyes welling up as she shook in anger. "Nettie.." Wesley started before another boisterous "No!" escaped from Annette's petite frame. "Don't fucking take this from me. I did this for you. I won't stop." she yelled again, storming off to her room. The door slammed. Ending the conversation and the night.

By morning Annette had already taken her father's revolver and one of their horses and took off into the town.
Will work on character tonight :)
Interested, if you'll have me :)
I too am interested in these things.
I've not done too much fantasy work but would love to learn :)
I will give it the rest of the week :)

As the girl settled in, giving her greetings and hugs alike she leaned back against the kitchen counter and enjoyed her cookie. She wasn't too picky of where the group was headed, she just wanted to get away from town with her best friends. Jet picked Minnesota, and Gia rasied her eyebrows, quickly swallowing her cookie before speaking, "The Mall of America is there!" she said, laughing slightly. She was all about shopping but knew that her other friends wouldn't want to spend that much time there. "Besides that, we could probably camp there, it's very pretty. So I've heard." she smiled, looking around as other people piped in their opinions. "I have my passport." Gia mentioned, but shook her head. "I think it would be best though for us to stay in the country, less to worry about. Though I wouldn't mind showing you all my home some day." Gia said, grabbing another cookie for herself. She had just eaten breakfast, but the sweets were too good to not have another.
