As the door opened Ana gave a slight wave, before continuing the movement and running her fingers up to her hair to adjust her bangs again. She often did this, which probably explained why she wore the beanie so much, as a matter of oppressing the urge. "Yo." Ana responded to the girl's nervous greeting, clearing her throat before trying again, "I mean," Analise started, " Hi, I heard a huge thump and I-" she paused, narrowing her eyes as if to say 'If there is something wrong please blink twice and I will rescue you' sort of way. Ana adjusted her stance, letting her weight fall back onto her other leg before continuing, "I was just seeing if you guys were okay.."
This girl probably thought she seemed paranoid, or stupid, or possibly both. Ana let out a light laugh "Also, I wanted to come over and see who I'll be living next to for a long time. I haven't even met my room mate yet, and I probably won't for awhile!" she exclaimed, her hands motioning as she spoke.

The large sound made Analise jump in her skin, and a small gasp escape from her lips. The woman from earlier.. "I hope she's alright!" Ana thought to herself, deciding to take the plunge and check for herself. Scooting to the edge of the bed she took back on her boots, tying them tight and getting up. Her sense of adventure made her hope there was a damsel in distress, but her first day butterflies that plagued her tummy prayed otherwise. Striding to the door to her room she opened the door and slid out, quickly turning the room next door.
A deep breath came, followed by a sturdy knock on room 102.
