I already incorporated both of those into my plan, but it is good that you reminded me to be sure, thanks.

Eh, if you have an idea you'll be able to fund after the rewards for the current missions, tell me that too.

Oh, before I settle in to read it at last, did the team CODE mission collab encompass the whole thing? Because then I can start pre-thinking about ideas.

Also I've PMed Hearts the sensitive information and given her opportunity to ask me questions, so you're officially waiting on her, teams JPCL and BAST.

......We haven't even started the mission. That collab was the preparations.
YOU BUTT! HOW COULD YOU BETRAY US LIKE THIS!

Have fun :3
^That is what happens when Shirou and Kiritsugu team up.

Much obliged. Hmm, I think Oswald might be dead at this point in the kid's life.

Makes sense. Oswald will either become Death, destroyer of Grimm, or meet an early and untimely end after biting off more than he can chew and dying.
Sapphire has more selective tastes but I'd consider letting other people use her depending on who the other character was. @Multi_Media_Man, if you want to use Sapphire in the contest your more than welcome. I'd ask the same in return.

But of course. I won't be participating again, though.
Feckin' finals and projects and stuff ruining my LIFE.
@Lugubrious, weekends actually kinda suck for me. Work and D&D and homework, but I try to get on. Weekdays are kinda better, but I have classes monday and wednesday, and friday (part of the weekend but blah) is work and D&D

Also, apparently I started a war. By accident. When a dude comes with a band of warriors (orcs, so they're basically all warriors or warriors-in-training) after you kicked his ass once before and wants a grudge match, are you NOT supposed to kill the warriors or something? Because last time we saw them, it was kinda a big deal. Lotta people died.
There's a point at which there are official executions, and then there's a point at which you're just killing someone supposedly as punishment. Heck, I'll bet someone somewhere uses taste-testing bleach for quality assurance as a valid execution method.

The execution in Oswald's background was an official, sanctioned execution. The methods would not be acceptable in any of the Four Kingdoms, methinks...
I wonder who's getting executed in an upcoming contest entry?

It's like Prince can read my mind. Part of Oswald's backstory involves an execution!
POST. TEAM SASG, GET READY TO RUUUUMMMBBBBLLLLEEEEEEE

And by that I mean investigate!
Trawl- Docks->Sheriff's Department

Eventually, Team SASG's aerial journey came to an end and their transport landed at the Trawl airdocks to cloudy but fair weather. As they landed, a lone man greeted them, dressed in an unconventional Sheriff's outfit- a pair of bright yellow pants, a bright orange reflective coat, and one large harpoon gun slung across his back. "I suppose you're the team from Beacon. Good to see you. Name's Captain McDougall. I'll be giving you your full brief and going over tactical options with you. Far as I'm aware, you've got maps of the area, but the lay of the land is where I come in. Follow me to the Department and we'll get set up." Gesturing for the team to follow, McDougall walked off towards a squat rectangular building visible a few thousand feet away. "Walk'll only take a few minutes."

As the team arrived at the Sheriff's Department, they'd notice that the locals seemed to be on edge, and that the beaches seemed to be utterly desolate. The Department itself wasn't particularly interesting, but rather than conventional firearms and weapons, the Sheriffs seemed to be armed with weapons suited for aquatic combat, such as harpoons, tridents and the occasional weighted war net. Of course, each had a pistol on their hips and a baton, but a large armory filled with such equipment was visible from the entrance. "As you might've noticed, we're accustomed to dealing with minor Grimm incursions here. Can't be having some stupid devil fish dragging kids away all the time, after all, but the worst we've ever handled was a Megaladeus, and that took damn near half the deputies and a leg or two. We figured we'd better call in the pros for something like a Siren. And, well, that's where you come in."

Leading the team into an empty office with several maps laid out on a table, McDougall indicated their 'war table.' "This here's a layout of the area." On the map, several areas were marked with symbols, such as triangles, circles and 'X's. "Triangles are where the beach gets hilly and rocky. Wanna avoid that area, too far up for a Siren to go out too. Bastards can walk on land, but they ain't too keen on it, and they never go out more than a mile or past real tough terrain like that. This 'X' here is where the victim, Daisy, was last seen by her friend. If you'd like to speak to Miss Rookwood, she's just outside, but she's damn hard of hearing, even with her aides. Don't gotta talk slow or nothing, but she might miss a few words here and there. Be ready to repeat yourself if ya do."

Pointing to the circles, the Sheriff's face contorted. "Here's our estimated perimeter of activity. We tried to check the area out, but we couldn't find anything more than some faded footprints which disappeared into a small cave. Unfortunately, the trail goes cold from there. We don't have a map of the cave, but the circles approximate where it covers underground before it lets out into an underwater lake. Thing's big and cold, lot colder than the ocean. If it's living in there, be careful. We're not sure if it gets out through an underwater passage or lugs itself out on those stubby legs it got, but I will advise you not to collapse the cave and call it a day. We do have to live here, after all, and we're not sure of the long-term consequences that'll bring if you do."

Stepping back from the table, McDougall looked between the team members and nodded. "I'll let you folks take it from here. Any questions for me or any of the locals, feel free to ask. Just let 'em know who you are and what yer doing, I'm sure you could get a hot meal from some of the folks here."
