>Personality: When you first meet Alicia she seems to be very standoffish and very sarcastic and very blunt at times, but that is only to those who are not a part of her fireteam. Due to her sarcastic nature at times it has gotten her into some trouble with commanding officers but she still follows her orders no matter what they are, but she is known to question some of the orders given to her. She is best known for her skills as a sniper and actually enjoys taking out targets from a great distance. Alicia is very close to members of Fireteam Erebos and cares for them as well, the members have gotten used to her sarcastic nature and joke around with her as well.
However during a mission when she is assigned to sniping she is very quiet and actually takes it seriously, she is also known to have a series of tally marks etched into her armor for each kill she has taken.

>Positive Traits: Friendly to those of her fireteam and other Spartan III teams, known for her comedic approach to certain grim situations, loyal to those she works with. Great in long range combat, and stealth missions.
>Negative Traits: Alicia's sarcasm has certainly gotten her into a lot of trouble with her superiors, rumor has it she has been demoted numerous times but no one truly knows, if asked she will either simply ignore the question or change the subject. She is not as proficient with close quarters combat, if she is ever in a position like that she will try and gain as much distance as possible.

Induction Phase One: "This one has quiet a spark to her, very defiant and does not know when to listen and questions nearly every order. She has been punished multiple times. But eventually after several beatings she can actually learn to listen to orders given to her.
Weapons Training Phase Three: Alicia B-169 is very proficient with long range combat it seems she hits nearly every mark with a sniper rifle which is good. Midrange combat she is good with as well, however close range combat appears to be the hardest, but able to hold her own for some time.

Fireteam Erebos was assigned to enter an ONI controlled facility captured by The Covenant, and destroy the facility with a HAVOK tactical nuclear weapon to prevent The Covenant to gain any valuable research data on an unknown artifact the HAVOK nuke however was damaged in the firefight, Original member Jessica B-138 stayed behind and waited until Erebos was out of range and activated the weapon by hand.

Fireteam Erebos assigned to assassinate known Insurrectionist terrorist Robert Smith on the colony of Venezia, and eliminate any other Insurrectionist activity within the colony Alicia was injured within a firefight between both Erebos and the Insurrectionist.

Fireteam Erebos on the Frigate UNSC Boston discover a distress call near Covenant Controlled Space from a UEG cargo transport, that has failed to enact the Cole Protocol. The ship was found adrift in space, already a covenant SDV-Class Heavy Corvette was already on scene. The UNSC Boston was ordered to engage while Fireteam Erebos were ordered to board the ship. Fighting several waves of Covenant within the ship Erebos managed to destroy the navigation data, and the ship's onboard AI. Original member Gracie G-187 was sucked out into the vacuum of space and presumed MIA
