I have attempted to make a Character Sheet for Yukihisa, the wielder of Masamune. Feedback will be appreciated. ---
Yukihisa
Age: 21(?) Gender: Male Race: Human
Weapon
Masamune
A very powerful blade that has no ranged weapons loaded into it. When Masamune slashes through Dust, the Dust will turn into a vortex of nothingness that sucks in other Dust with great force. If Masamune is empowered by the user's Semblence, Arbiter, the user will gain the ability to strike through anything, in exchange for no longer being able to counterattack Dust attacks for several minutes. Arbiter allows the user, if careful enough, to let Masamune completely absorb Dust rather than destroying it. Whenever Masamune consumes Dust, however, nothing happens to it. Yukihisa can physically touch the voids he creates. Moving the voids with his blade can send them towards different directions, but he could not move them without his sword. Masamune can technically be used to create a solid surfaces that Yukihisa could use to advance towards normally unreachable places.
Semblence
Arbiter
Arbiter affects both Yukihisa himself and Masamune. Masamune is empowered with the ability to erase Dust and turn them into effective black holes that drag in other Dust particles. Yukihisa has a passively heightened nervous system that can only be manipulated by himself. When he activates Arbiter, Yukihisa gains the ability to strike through anything. When used against biological targets, the attack can slash through a target (but does not actually cut them) and attacks their nervous system, sending a large jolt of pain to the target's head. When the attack is used against non-organic targets, if the object cannot be regularly sliced through with the sword, Masamune will be propelled away from the target. If the object can be sliced through, nothing happens, and Arbiter's active effect will be disabled.
Specialty
Yukihisa forces his opponents into using different fighting styles against him. Against people and the likes, Yukihisa mixes various strategies and fighting styles to utilize a single hybrid battle style that can fluently transition from one strategy to another. He excels at both dueling and dealing with multiple targets, making it monstrously challenging for many of his opponents to see through him clearly. He is far stronger against Grimm, as he can utilize techniques specifically made against them. He is very aware of his surroundings. As a team member, Yukihisa boasts a flexibile role in his team, as he can perform different kinds of tasks despite only having a sword. Yukihisa will never accept an “assassination mission” of any kind, and will always try to show himself to his opponents before he begins battle.
Personality
Between a lustrous woman who pretends to need help and an aged man who desperately needs someone who could stand for a good cause, Yukihisa would instantly choose to help the man without any hesitation, albeit with a strange anger that cannot be explained easily. Some have described him to be colder than even the most frightening of blizzards, as he could be brutally honest at times. He is generally one who thinks before speaking, but ultimately prefers to express his emotions through actions. As a team member, Yukihisa strives to help any inner turmoils his allies face, regardless of how light it is. He sees getting along with his team as a mission rather than a potential bond he could form. Despite being brutal at given times, Yukihisa enjoys serenity and finds peace in areas filled with nature. He tends to think outside of the box because he prefers not to think like an artificially-programmed fool. The warrior is obedient at times, though he may branch away from certain rules and orders given to him to do what he believes is just. He never takes his mask off due to his face’s disfigured condition. Behind his good actions lies malicious thoughts. He helps people only because he thinks he needs to help others in order to survive in a world that doubts him. Every single one of his achievements known to Remnant were done out of pity rather than good intentions, as if to mock how weak much of the world's people had become. He ignores the words of those who are not related to him as either a team member or a faculty member. While he boasts talent with great swordsmanship and making up strategies quickly, he feels inhumane, and has an ego that hardened his heart after years of isolation. He sees both Faunus and Humans as equal... and equally useless.
Color
Snowy Turquoise
Emblem
-"Truth is hidden beneath a well filled with lies."- Yukihisa
ima go hit the bed. night y'all
Done! I think I created chaos. Rosalyn is going to kill Drew. Rebecca is going to kill Leon for cockblocking her. (It would it be another c word that may be a little harsh even for this group) And Quincy is going to get in trouble for not caring about the spiked punch.
You did not just say cu oops
Our theme though is alice in wonderland andI will be carrying a stuff beemo doll all around ^^
Yeah see, that woulda been cool, but I live in Texas in a small town full of people I naturally HATE, so every year it was the same fucking Night under the country stars theme, and nobody appreciated my idea for a venetian carnival with masks and stuff. No, they wanted hay bales, cowboy hats, and flannel shirts *gag Gag GAG GAG!!!!!* But yeah, most of my high-school class were drunk idiot rednecks anyways <.<
-sends you a pat on the back from a nearby Texas location- (oh yeah, and i'm back from hawaii; that explains why i was actively roleplaying here all of a sudden lol)
-puts a chibi Shezmu into a meditation pose- -gets shrekt-
I feel like this is turning into a "try as hard as you can to bring out dark stuff" thing. Let's move away from it before we start breaking RPG rules. (ie. getting 100% descriptive) Anyway, Disc does have his own secrets, as surprising as it sounds. One of his themes is "False Belief."
Writing up a post right now, and, Chuk... You do know that that hider is just begging to be opened by me, right? Anyhow, if we are talking about backstories, the ones I have here are actually really cheery, compared to some of the other characters I have created. Made one about a demon that actually killed everyone she once loved and grew monotonous because of that, and so she now is a heartless killer. So, yeah, poor thing xD
I know. It was half on purpose, cause REASONS. Let me try to think of some of the tragidies I've written. Artemis Nexus, who watched his girlfriend get smashed by a semi truck. Liara, who started dating a guy, he cheated on her, tried to rape her and chased her, she stabbed him with a butcher's knife then killed herself. And that's just the begining of her story. Elis, a humanoid weapon who was bound and used to slaughter thousands of innocent people.
Everyone, let's list out our most tragic characters :DDDD - Apophis: Tried to stop his brother from killing his own children, but got controlled by the same demon that possessed his brother, and eventually destroyed dozens of worlds. Apophis taught children the beauty of what their parents looked like by hanging thousands of them simultaneously, put a little girl in a blender (in an old roleplay), and mindf-cked several major roleplay protagonists (in the old Guild), only to bring their dead corpses into OTHER roleplays as his own minions. Has one of the least relatable backstories, ultimately letting me go full ham in certain roleplays. - Shezmu: Kinda explained it earlier. - Ma'at: Apophis's brother. Believed in Apophis, only to get controlled by a demon and being released while he was raping his dying wife. Dies after seeing that a possessed Apophis wiped away everything else. I'll be honest, I have a lot more, but those three are the only relatable people I could share out atm. EDIT: The three things I mentioned above are the original backstories of the characters, so some people might remember majorly toned down versions in the less darker roleplays.
if it really happened don't say "a dream"
It's said "dream" because that's how Shezmu remembers it. Dreams that allowed Shezmu to feel pain. Dream magic. dreamland confirmed
My Fairy Tail characters actually have a MUCH darker background than anyone here.
If your Fairy Tail characters experienced dreams that involved them getting murdered, castrated, and raped consecutively over and over again for over hundreds of years and then proceeding to murder children and bathing themselves in blood psychotically, then I humbly grace you with the title of "Edgemaster".
There's a difference between Candy Cain's naptime and Cynthia's actual history.
There's also a difference when the dreams were actually direct flashbacks, which actually did get Shezmu to feel pain and experience everything. It's a loophole of nightmares artificially created, as Shezmu wouldn't have been able to feel what his family went through otherwise. (Thank Apophis for allowing Shezmu experiencing the loss of one's virginity without being able to control the body he was in) And killing the unborn by slicing them in half before the parents' eyes might be psychologically traumatizing, if you ask me.
