Roleplay Interests: Star Trek, Final Fantasy VII, Pokémon and FFXIV. Pretty much exclusively right now. Doctor Who if you can sell me on a plot idea. I am very hesitant to roleplay in an original world, because I enjoy fleshing out my characters, and a lot of times original worlds lack a lot of the information I need to effectively roleplay. I roleplay PG-13 scenarios. I'm 30 IRL, but mature themes just aren't my cup of tea in general. If you desire more, I’m open to conversation. I tend to avoid relationship-based RPs, though some of my characters are more prone to it than others. I have no control over Emet-Selch—he does what he wants.
Roleplay Style: For the most part, I can't RP a child. Which of course is entirely awkward for most Pokémon RPs, so on the whole I'd much prefer to RP a Pokémon instead of a Trainer. I also largely RP males, though I've been known to play other things. I'm also entirely fine RPing Canon characters of my preferred Fandoms, and I like to think I do a good job? You can expect two paragraphs minimum from me, pretty much universally, with no cap. Sometimes I won't shut up. That said, I try to write concise posts—meat and potatoes. Once upon a time I wrote in purple, but I really don't have time for that anymore. With certain partners I can do bursts of rapid-fire, but at that point my responses will shorten.

Oh yeah I'm aware how RPs go, I just haven't been able to find a steady group RP in about two years. *sobs* Yeah there's RP on Reddit, a few different RP subreddits. Most of them are dead unless it's like Harry Potter. The Pokemon one literally just has me and my 1x1 partner active, it's pretty sad.

Though the Lucario could not read Devon's specific thoughts, he was able to discern a few specific emotions, and extrapolated from there. Flicking his tail, he communicated his observations, Pent, this Trainer is interested in us.
Shinon then looked to Cyan with a smile, noting her confused aura. <Oh, my apologies, Cyan. I'm able to communicate with my Trainer. And it's a pleasure... I do hope he feels better soon.> Looking to Devon, he nodded with a soft grunt. <I see... he has a kind, determined aura. I'm sure you must be happy with him.> Once Biscuit was pulled from her daydreaming, the Aura Pokémon looked down at the brown, easily excitable Eevee. Furrowing his brows a bit he replied to the odd question. <Hello Biscuit. A-And, no, I suppose the spike on my chest makes it a bit harder to have a traditional hug.> Presenting his bracer, he nodded towards Cyan. <You have a good eye, this stone is called Lucarionite, and it is indeed a Mega Stone. You claim one of your teammates also holds a Mega Stone? I suppose that explains your Trainer's interest in me.>
Pent let out a dejected sigh as Devon mentioned he had not seen such a girl. "I-I see... Well, it's nice to meet you Devon Lyton." Finally, his light brown eyes fell to the small Pokémon at the teen's feet."Cyan and Biscuit, it's a pleasure meeting you both." Nodding he let out a soft chuckle. "It would appear that they have introduced themselves, yes."
Though Pent was prepared for the teen's question, he realized that perhaps he wasn't as prepared as he thought he was. "Ah... yes, it is a talent inherent to Lucario. Essentially, yes, Shinon can sense my thoughts by reading my aura. He is able to do this with any living creature, though of course it is not mind reading by that exact definition." Resting his gaze on Shinon he continued, "I can hear and understand Shinon perfectly, yes. It seems like it is in my head, but... it may just be a way my brain copes with the sensory information." Gesturing towards Shinon's temmie-like appendages, he continued his lecture, "Those appendages are what Lucario uses to sense aura."
Standing proudly, Shinon nodded at his Trainer's explanation. <Your battle against Maylene must have been difficult. Being able to anticipate the next action your foe will take, along with being able to receive a command at a split-second's notice...> Shaking his head Shinon let out a small grunt. <It's not fair. This is also why we choose to avoid conflict if at all possible.>
I KNOW AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. DETERMINATION SAY SOMETHING.
But yeah, just keep on keeping on. Love is hard.
In other news, I'm quite happy to see this Pokémon RP I joined seems like it might not die. Only Pokémon RP I've had not die so far has been a 1x1 with a friend, and that's about it. D:
As the teen turned his Pokégear towards him, his eyes lit up and a smile spread across his lips. Not only was he pleased about the fact that he now had a map to reference, as he left it in his suitcase, but also having the chance to see a Pokégear up close for the first time. Finally the flustered man managed to calm himself a small bit, nodding, and then finally speaking, "Oh! Yes, yes I would, thank you very much. I cannot seem to find my map..."
Shinon let out a worried grunt. It's in your main luggage that we still need to pick up.
Turning to Shinon, Pent blinked a few times before letting out a slightly nervous chuckle. "Ah, you're right my friend. I suppose I did keep it there so I would not lose it..." Looking over the teen's Pokégear, he furrowed his brows somewhat. "Quite a vast region, and I suppose I have to do some traveling to reach the ruins..."
When the Marill spoke, Shinon nodded towards it. <Indeed... the landing in fact made him quite ill, and I'm afraid he's yet to recover from the shock. By the way, I am Shinon, and my Trainer is Pent. It's a pleasure.>
Feeling that Shinon was introducing himself, Pent's eyes widened, glancing down at his Lucario before his eyes shot up to meet the teen's. "Oh! Ah, thank you for allowing me to look at your map. I'm Pent, and my partner is Shinon. Have you happened to see a young girl with red-hair around here?"
Shinon groaned. I hope you realize you sound like a stalker.
The nervous man then studdered, "O-Oh, you're quite right, Shinon..." Looking Devon in the eyes, he chuckled, scratching the back of his head. "N-Nevermind my last question."

I had a friend also like you who could not like someone until after knowing them. Which of course makes everything difficult. Really, I guess just cross your fingers and hope to find a lady who has the same ideals.
@Light Lord and I will definitely be doing our fair share of collabs. He also has a standing order of permission to bunny my characters if it's convenient.
Oh sometimes I'll stay up until 5-6am but that's been difficult to accomplish with sleeping pills. It's 10am and still drowsy might just go back to sleep....
Sorry that you r been blown off though ;; that's no fun. Yeah the friend thing. *hug* :( I think a lot of girls, especially younger ones (Highschool and younger) can't see a male friend as anything but a friend. Eventually that will stop for the most part.

Sleeping pills are pretty good. Started taking melatonin for something unrelated, which paired with my sleeping pills really knock me on my ass...
